Very nice and affordable hotel. Staff is gentle, polite and well mannered I had seen lot of negative reviews about this hotel but my personal experience is very good everyone is very nice happy to stay there. Breakfast is was too good cleanliness is on top😍 I will definitely recommend my near and dear to stay over there

I stayed there for 5 days with my family in this hotel from 1st October till 6th October. Lakshmi Ji was there to help us all the way round. You could reach her 24 hours a day and she will be arranging everything for you. The staff is incredible.

The Hotel service is good and the best part is food. The room could have been little better, but guess they are already improving. Had a good comfortable stay here.

Hotel is fine but staff is confused as they are not sure what they actually wanna do. The place is still under construction and they are too confuse with the room issuance. If you are staying for another day everyone will be nice with you , however if you are going to check out next day they will behave irresponsible, even I have asked for the doormat for 6times and no body is bother about the same... However, few staff members are really nice as they serve food very nicely even if we were late. Overall experience was fine but they really need to work on there staff behaviour and responsibilities.

Mr. Tanuj Tiwari(Restaurant Manager) and his entire team as Mr. Arvind, Mr. Deepesh, Mr. Mukesh who provided to us good one experience of hospitality. We expected to serve as standard wise Onion Vada, not upto the mark, we spoken to Restaurant Manager (Mr. Tanuj Tiwari) he sorted out all things in well mannered way.

The hotel is located in a very congested area. The reception desk keep on bothering, whereas I paid advance for 1 day before check-in. The breakfast was almost south Indian, hard to get north Indian food

I visted today morning for breakfast i.e., 19.05.2023 and ordered one plate vada and one filter coffee. I asked the waiter to serve me coffee after having breakfast. He made me to wait for 40 minutes to serve one plate vada. Without serving vada, he served filter coffee first. I said it is not the way to serve. Then, he took back coffee and served 4 vada in one plate. I thought it is Varanasi style serving 4 vadas in one plate. I couldnt eat and wasted food. All of sudden, he gave me two plates vada and coffee bill which I did order and I had to pay. I complained the manager but there is no use. They collected total amount. Very unprofessional. Un ethical. Very bad. It's not the way to get the money from customer.

Mr. Tanuj Tiwari (Restaurant Manager) was very cooperative and helpful for our sight seeing and local purchase. Restaurant was very neat and hygienic. Food was very tasty and verity of items were available. Wash room also was very neat and hygenic.

We're 11 of us, came in the Udupi Sagar Restaurant for take the southern food experience on here. As we expected, we got the beyond quality of food and service. Mr. Tanuj Tiwari (Restaurant Manager provide good service and responsibilities person) - All service very very good and staff are very good service and food quality also good taste our customer are very happy don't miss this restaurant in Varanasi must taste all foods.

The location of this hotel is probably the best feature. It really is in the middle of city, and once at the hotel you can walk to all the shops etc. The standard rooms are very average, and don't have windows. While not dirty, they are hardly clean either, and are pretty dingy and depressing. There is wi-fi in the hotel, which while very slow at times, at least worked. The hotel also has generator back-up. The breakfast I had in the restaurant was adequate, though the juice had a very strong metallic taste from the can it came from. Overall, if you are just passing through town, and need somewhere to stay one night, this hotel probably would be convenient and easy. You would probably be wiser to find something nicer and better value for any longer stays.

Overpriced on agoda - onsite room was available at 75% price Deluxe room has no natural light No sound proofing at all- whole night outside noise disturbed sleep . Staff behavoiur - good and only reason for not giving one star Breakfast quality - poor. Ps - doesn't live upto expectations

We stayed here during last week of 2022, we had aged parents as well. The rooms were clean, well maintained, big enough to accomodate couple and kept hygiene even before our arrival. The staff were cordial and forth coming with all help as needed to accomodate our requests. The place is ideal to visit the temples, unlike being in cantt where one has to beat the traffic everytime, whereas over here it's just a few kms away and autos are available almost 18x7. Restaurant food is good, well suited for South Indian travellers and staff were customer friendly. Special call out to Lakshmi, front desk executives who were very accomodating to help us who were traveling with 4 senior aged pilgrims. Overall a great place to stay, and we were lucky to move places to this hotel just before our travel.

The rooms are uncomfortable and the sound insulation is non-existent so be prepared to hear noises until the early hours. When we arrived the covers were dirty and we asked to change them. At the end of the stay they said that the credit card machine was not working and after we made a scandal miraculously they came up with another machine. I do not recommend!

Stayed there. Located on very busy road. Not very far from Ghat and mandir. Rates are quite higher side than service and Room size available. Food quality was good. Restaurant service was Awsome. Kudos to their service team member in Restaurant.

I had erroneously booked a month in advance then what I wanted recently. The property went out of their way to accommodate me and get me refund. Just go for it you won't regret it.

I had done all advance booking for 4 days at my varanasi trip....n as I am a doctor, I had to give lecture at BHU varanasi....so booked this for 4 days... But when I reached there...they say we have only small room and for suite room you need to pay extra charge....they demanded for 26000/- extra....!!! When I politely asked to meet the owner...Mr.Neeraj came n started quarreling with my wife and my mother....my mother cried in front of her...n eventually we are forced to change the hotel at midnight around 1am.. Even the owner of hotel was saying that I have good contacts with local mafia and police so will not refund your money back... Finally...with sad hearted we left the hotel.... Don't ever go with Dolphin Varanasi.. Worst experience ever...!!!

Nice location, easily accessible, good good, but priced slightly higher than normal. Delicious vegetarian food at Udupi Sagar restaurant (belongs to the hotel, in the same complex as the Dolphin Hotel). Service was a bit late, but professional. Clean, hygienic washrooms.

Our stay at dolphin international Varanasi just a day ago for 4 days was very pleasant Clean toilets, clean linen , very polite staff at reception desk , Mr. Ravi n team, the restaurant n kitchen team Mr Chandan n team and even the service boys were very warm , kind smiling and helpful n obliging be with food or room service or any additional help On the whole a very good experience Our stay frm sep 3 rd to sep 6 th 2022 was warm n good Thank you hotel dolphin Please keep it up Will recommend to friends n visitors

I did the 1birth day of my Grandson Mst pahal Gaur on 10th May 2022 at seven pm. All my reputed Guest had appreciated the Management of this Hotel 🏨 Very well supported by All Employees n worker .There was a variety of Foods which of All tasty. it is memorable History of my life with Relatives friends n other Honble Guest. Lost but not the least special thanks goes to Sr Manager of the Hotel

Nice place. But restaurant service was not satisfying. Treated us like we were not their guests but some destitutes. But room services were good

Rajashekhar. We with our family stay 2 days from 18/08-20/08/22 took 3 rooms.We had pleasant stay at your hotel, rooms good enough for short stay. The staff were very courteous and did all the needful to tourists.I especially thank to Mrs.Lakshmi & Ravi who gave good response all to our queries regards Darshan and needs. Food is good, though little bit high in tariff and food but giving good & best services.
