The KFC on Brigade Road is quite iconic, being the first in India since 1995. The food is consistently good, and the service is efficient most of the time. The ambiance is nice, making it a comfortable spot to visit. However, it does get crowded during peak hours, which can slow things down. Despite this, it’s a reliable place to enjoy KFC’s classic fried chicken. A must-visit for both locals and tourists exploring Brigade Road.

A two-storyed McD in Brigade Road. Looks smaller on the ground floor as the machine space and delivery place takes up the area. The food is great. Usually, I don't get to see so many vege options of McD outside India. So this was a treat for the vegetarians out there. The service was good and prompt. The only thing they have to be prompt with their machine breakdowns at the time. Must keep the restrooms unlocked for customers. The 2nd floor is very spacious and comfortable seating areas. Clean and well ventilated. Payment can be done by QR, cash, or card. Parking is not easy near the outlet.

I placed an order on 14/07/24 at approximately 7:15 pm. The staff made us wait for more than 30 minutes, and when we inquired about our order, they repeatedly informed us it was being prepared. After 30 minutes, we approached the counter and were told that the order had not yet been started due to the lack of staff available to prepare non-vegetarian items. The staff then suggested, with a very poor attitude, that we could cancel the order and receive a refund if we wished. They did not apologize for their lack of responsibility and behaved as if we should simply take our money and leave. I understand it was a busy day, but employees with such attitudes will always be detrimental to the restaurant and its customers.

Ordered a Maharaja Burger from this McDonald’s branch, but was disappointed with the quality. The meat slices seemed old and reheated, lacking freshness. The overall taste was below expectations. While the service was quick, the food quality didn’t match the usual McDonald’s standard. Needs improvement in maintaining food freshness.

The ambience was great as it's a huge area upstairs and was well maintained. The burger and fries were as usual like it will be in other branches but, the coke was almost filled with ice which slightly lessened the taste of coke. The service was totally good as they served us to the table.

My friends and I went to McDonald's today (03/04/2025) with the intention of having a burger. It was about 10:15 pm. When we asked to order the burger, the guy at the reception treated us very badly, so we finally left without placing any order. This is my first experience with McDonald's. Hopefully, this will catch the attention of McDonald's management. I never thought that such a bad experience would come from you.

It is a good experience to eat here, the service is relatively fast, the food that was served was satisfactory and the restaurant is clean. There are two floors to this restaurant, the ground floor has comfortable enough seating to sit and have a meal peacefully. The first floor seating is much better for sitting for a while it is more spacious and offers a better experience overall There's a party hall on the first floor where you can hold birthday parties or any other sort of celebrations. You also get a view of brigade road as you have your food though some of it is obstructed by signs and billboards

Shout out to Juliet for going the extra mile in ensuring our wraps were made with chipotle sauce when it’s usually served on the side when ordered on the machine. She checked in twice even when we forgot to ensure our wraps were customized 🫶 small acts that go a long way!

McDonald’s never disappoints! I absolutely love the paneer wrap — it’s my favorite item on the menu and always hits the spot. Tried the cheesy fries for the first time and would 100% recommend them, super tasty and indulgent. The ambience was also nice, making the whole experience even better. 🍟✨

I am a regular customer of McDonald's kamanahalli and shivaji nagar outlet. But this time it is the worst experience I had from the McDonald's Church Street outlet. I ordered 2 Mccrispy chicken burger meal with 2 pieces of Chicken. First of all it took a while to get the order and secondly one of the chicken piece served were not fresh and deep fried where it was difficult to eat. I informed the lady staff who were serving the food to exchange the piece and it took almost 20 minutes to get another piece of Chicken and that too were not fresh. Burger was tasting bad oil. They forgot to give Coke initially. Quantity of the French fries also were very less compared to other outlets. Also was getting bad smell from the last table near the glass and we went to different table and there it was coming water drops from the AC. I would rate 0 for staffs and food quality. I don't understand how the quality of the food differs with outlets. Either they did not prepared properly or they gave old foods. I never thought that I will get this type of experience from Mcdonalds because I was very happy with the food and services from shivaji nagar and Kamanahalli , especially Kamanahalli is my regular place where all staffs are handling the customer in very professional manner.

SCAM : I wanna share that I went in around lunch time and they kinda forced us to use the ordering kiosk screen instead of letting us order from the counter. 1) The screen is dirty. 2)They don't have a hand sanitizer near it to clean up after using the screen 3) They rush you to make the order. 4) This is the scam part of it when placing ur order before taking u to the payment screen it forces you to pick desert in a screen where the "nothing for today" options keeps moving to different places in a jigsaw puzzle!!! Like it's trying to trick you to pick a desert..! 5)Dom combos are missing all together like ordering a small meal insted of a medium so it forces you to order only medium or large 7) It let's you make modifications to the combo meal like picking sprite insted of coke with no charge, but it also shows mango shake with no charge, but when you swap it, it adds an extra 90Rs to your total without showing it 6) All the options are listed next to each other so it is easy to get confused, Combine that with the pressure of the employees standing next to you is adding, I ordered a chicken wrap insted of a Paneer Wrap as a vegetarian. All this despite me knowing the menu by heart because I eat it so many times in a week ( usually a different outlet)... So, just a bad bad customer experience overall.

Very bad service and the staff are not kind. A lot of items including coke is not available. We got the food very very late. This store needs a lot of work.

Food is as usual taste good. But the service is lacking. Orders are not processed in FIFO. And atmosphere is felt tight spot in my opinion. I would say okayish compare to other outlet. Please improve your order services

It took 20 minutes just to order n food took even more time . When we came upstairs for dine in there was water spilling from the ceiling

I had ordered mocha frappe, they gave me like the thickest chocolates shake, I called one of the employee and told them. The person who made the drink started talking in tamil thinking i couldn't understand. I must say she wasn't polite she was irritated, she was explaining to her colleague how mocha will have chocolate in it as if I don't know what mocha tastes like First of all mcd please teach your employees some soft skills And second of all you gave me the wrong order and on top of that you are talking to your colleague in another language as if I can't understand. Very bad behaviour seeing her attitude i didn't feel like replacing the drink that was offered by another employee not by the one who was irritated Such a bad experience I'll not visit the store again'

Recently was at Mcdonalds Brigade road, previously I had a bad experience when I ordered online. But the store check in is best I feel. The cashier With spectacles Mansoor was also very polite and suggested new Yummy cheese burger spot on 10/10. Will visit again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had ordered total of 4 items as takeaway of which I didn't receive 2 peices of fried chicken and due to rush I didn't check. The outlet is always busy which is why it is understandable that it takes lot of time in large orders as well as some orders gets missed. I called them several times but no call was getting picked up. It took 8-9 calls to someone to pick up and I told them my concerns to which they reverted as it was there closing time they cannot process it now and to come tomorrow. I came to the outlet and asked if it done they told me that it cannot be done as it was closing time. I cannot understand if 11pm is closing time how come at 9:30 pm frying and soft serves are closed and they asked me to come before 6 pm 5 hours before there closing which is a major concern.
