Visited this place many times with friends. The atmosphere is really good and it is right below the indranagar metro station. The place is spacious enough to hold a good amount of people but gets crowded during peak hours. There is parking available in the basement. But not enough for the entire crowd. The food tastes really good. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. There is also an attached party hall too for birthday celebrations. Will always recommend this place for a McDonald's lover.

Good location, ambience is super, as a diffeernt feel, ample free space to breadth out of heavy trafic in bangalore, they have wash rooms, only concern is parking facility, i too gone long way to park my car after droping my family. But good place for bite break.

The place opens up quite early. So, a saviour if you need to have early breakfast. The place is quite spacious too with a number of different types of seating area. Their waiting time too is less. It's a nice place to hangout of conduct any one on one meeting. Last time I had pan cakes here. The wasn't completely satisfied with the pancake but was cost effective.

My recent visit to McDonald's in Indira Nagar was disappointing, primarily due to the taste of the food. The quality and flavor of the items were far below expectations, with the burgers and fries lacking the usual freshness and appeal. The food seemed hastily prepared and did not meet the standard one typically expects from McDonald's. While the service was decent and the staff was polite, the poor taste overshadowed these positives. I hope they can improve the quality of their food to match the usual McDonald's experience. The place is huge and also has party hall. Chicken that they used in fries were stale

The food is okay, it’s been long since I went to McD but the quality of the food has gone down a bit than the last time I went. Be very mindful of the bill, till the last we never got out bill from the manual order, and they initially told us the total was 680 but then he told 860 when asked again he corrected to 680 but never gave the bill. You can go here but be cautious.

It's hit or miss. This time the McChicken was good, but the fries were cold and soggy, which is the main reason I come here. The Coke also tasted a bit watered down. It’s okay for a quick cheap meal, but don't expect it to be fresh every time...

Burger Sizes have become smaller. Raising the prices was still fine, but making the burgers smaller doesn't help. Its now a state where one burger is not filling enough while 2 is more than necessary. Edit. In 2025, the size of the drinks ave also become smaller. Order a large or a medium meal, you irrespective get a smaller sized drink.

It was a nice place and the service was great. They have 3 self-booking counters, and the staff is always ready to help with the ordering process. The food was delivered quickly, and the overall experience was excellent. Plenty of parking space is also available, which makes it very convenient.

I was quite disappointed with this place. It was not maintained properly and felt very unhygienic. The cleanliness standards were clearly lacking, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. I hope they improve their maintenance and hygiene for future visitors.

Got fresh, delicious burgers from here. The patties were juicy and are budget friendly too

Recently visited here took a combo of coke float and McPuff, the McPuff was undercooked and seemed like I'm eating raw flour dough. I had taken as a takeaway.

Great service, even with the new automated machines, the staff was very kind to help us out with our order.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered two Spicy korean special burger. With some nuggets. The chicken had that disgusting gamy taste. Don't know if they added any spice to my burgers. Cold and soggy fries. Hello, are your fryers working? Paid 60 rupees for a half sprite, half ice small bottle. The whole order costed me 704 rupees and an absolute waste of money. Hope people steer away from scams like these.

Had a great experience at McDonald's! The service was prompt, the food was fresh, and the ambience was clean and welcoming. A special shout-out to the manager, Arun Kumar, who was extremely courteous and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure everything was in order and made the visit even more pleasant. It's rare to see such customer-focused service — kudos to the team!

Good place to organize kids bday parties. Excellent service from Yamuna. HOWEVER PLZ DO NOT BUY WATER BOTTLES AS THEY CHARGE 70rs per bottle. They don’t even say this to you until you pay the bill. So please be very careful. Otherwise good place and good service

Tried Chicken burger, French Fries and Cappuccino. The food was really nice! We could order and pay through ordering machines placed near the entrance. The restaurant has two floors. Restaurant ambience was great! Staff were very helpful.

Terrible food—both online and delivery orders were stale. The contact numbers don’t work either. If the restaurant can’t provide fresh food, it shouldn’t operate. Who will be responsible if a customer gets sick after eating this?

It felt really great especially the coffees, my first time with coffee at MCD was no less than a breeze. Truly amazed by MCD by how far in service they have improved and keep on thriving. I special thank to the people who are working here and a special thanks to the steward “ Yamuna A “ for helping me select my coffee and keeping service at their level best.

We received a very warm welcome. We met Anamika at the counter. She helped our kids to go with right choice. Yamuna was a lobby manager. She ensured our kids and all of us enjoy food in a very nice way. After a very long time we visited MacD. The way we were provided with hospitality we r very much impressed. Thank u Team. Just ordered a burger through swiggy as a meal. Got the burger it was okay but I got the sprite without a straw. Thankfully I opened up the sealed cup to find out that one dead bug is floating around!! Just glad I opened it up, if there indeed was a straw it would’ve been in my mouth. It’s a great deal of safety hazard from a supposedly reputed brand where am a regular customer!! Please be work on this!

THE MC DONALDS GROUP IS FULL OF CHEATS !😡😡😡👎👎👎 The menu page said buy one get one Offer! But that coupon was not applied and I was under supplied . Swiggy and McDonald’s have cheated me by not supplying 50% of the order! The HELPLINE was also extremely unhelpful ! They said buy one get one is only an ad and it was not applicable to all customers ! This is the first time I’m hearing of such a ridiculous offer where the offer is not genuine but merely an advertisment ! If you do not want to give by one get one, then why offer it in the first place? NONSENSICAL AND DECEITFUL BY MISLEADING THE CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR OFFERS THAT ARE NOT GENUINE 😡😡👎👎👎👎❌❌❌❌❌
