The service is very poor and they don’t serve us as per the order placed.

Best in Service...all the staffs are extremely professional and cordial.

This was my worst fried chicken and fried wings experience. The inside was very dry and didn’t felt fresh.

I asked not to add ice to coke and they clearly lied to me saying they have not added. Pathetic service.

GOT SCAMMED!! Went through the drive through and waited for a while... MULTIPLE items missing.

One of the worst Mcdonald outlet irresponsible behavior from staff and manager no one is ready to take my order one person came and went this is how you treat your customer one of worst other outlet service are good I came to Celebrate new year really disappointed it's better to buy online I am verified Google Local guide I Review all places if this means lock your shutter and leave worst service worst places I will not recommend anyone to this Mcdonald outlet I will highlight this in twitter see what is gonna happen now

The desert called Mc Flurry Black forest. Which it's a complete a syrup of strawberry and it is totally not satisfied. Black forest means it should be a chocolate rather than strawberry and try to give best ice cream. Not satisfied. Thank you.

The response from the staff was extremely disappointing. We ordered and were served 1 cappuccino and 1 mocha, both of which were barely warm. When I informed the staff member about this, he showed no courtesy or apology. Instead, he immediately took our cups and reheated the same coffee most likely in a microwave which was highly unprofessional. On top of that, we were charged 360 bucks for just two coffees that tasted almost identical, with hardly any difference between the cappuccino and the mocha. The quality was very poor and absolutely not worth the price. Overall a very bad experience. 👎

I had a very upsetting experience at this McDonald’s. The staff member was appearing drunk and behaved rudely, especially toward female customers. This made everyone feel uncomfortable and unsafe. For a well-known global brand like McDonald’s, this is completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously, investigates the conduct, and ensures better training and discipline so other customers don’t go through the same experience.
