Good franchise of burger King here at royal Meenakshi mall. The service, taste, quality are all upto mark. Seating is available outside the stall, and inside the stall too. Order is made pretty quick. No complaints at all. Both online and offline mode of payments accepted.

The burgers are really good, especially the crispy chicken one. Big space to sit and eat with family or friends, but weekends are crowded Self ordering system could be a challenge for new people Staff gives food quickly, no long waiting. Chocolate mousse is very tasty after food. Good place to eat and enjoy!

Visited Burger King at Royal Meenakshi Mall today for snacks for two. We really enjoyed the food. There was no wait for seating, the service was quick, and overall it was a great experience.

This is new Burger King Outlet open in Vega City Mall. Ample space for dining with great view. Pros: - Taste is good for different variety of Burgers. - We tried Chicken Grill Burger and found the the taste to be but quantity to be very less. - Normal Chicken Combo Burger we’re value for money. - Chicken wings were average and it needs a lots of improvement in terms of taste. Cons: - Staff seems to be undertrained and seen panicking with increasing demands. This should be taken care as and when they start servicing more customers. - Token system needs to be followed and service should be quicker, considering this is fast food chain. Nevertheless, one can always visit this place for quick bites with great view and ambiance.

AVOID AVOID AVOID We called 2 paneer burgers. As we went for dine in, burger king waiter came and gave the first panner burger which I offered to my wife, then he brought another one 5 min later. Once I start eating my burger I realised that paneer in my wife burger seems oily and paneer looks yellow. Immediately we realised that first burger was not freshly cooked and paneer soaked in extra oil, or tikki was fried twice. Even the burger was cold, we immediately return in replaced a fresh one. I don't understand what these people think. Believe me if this is happening in the store. What is delivering to your houses could be a 100% be staled or old burger. Recently I visited Burger King , and ordered using a Self ordering machine. That's really nice. Burgers are really worth money . Classic cold coffee was not tasty.

Went in hoping for some decent snacks and a good cup of coffee. Unfortunately, the food is below average, Burger King and Café was quite disappointing. The coffee lacked flavor and tasted more like hot water. The restaurant is unorganised and the place wasn't very clean.

I ordered online from #Swiggy to find worst possible packing one can provide. Their cold drink was spilled all over my burger and fries.

Do not eat here, they serve you outdated food which will eventually make you fall ill. I spent 700rs on food which led me spend 5000+ on hospital bill because of burger king food. If you care for your health then avoid eating here at any cost.

Stopped by for a quick burger meal. Wait staff are polite. Ordering has to be done at the table with QR code scan. They lost track of our order from their online system and I had to go remind them. The food when it came was not good. Crispy veg burger was as tiny as expected. Onion slice inside the burger literally had two rings, not sure what they planned to do with the rest of the rings. Fries were cold, not salted and chewy, neither crispy nor crunchy. Coke was watered down so much that it barely had any fizz or flavor. Miserable experience. Not recommended. Go to McD's or KFC which are both closer to the entrance and easier to get to. Burger King is on the third floor of this rather unimpressive mall.

As always food is not proper and the patty is toasted and not good not at all happy with this branch worst

We went after our movie to eat there at night and soon after we got our order there was hair in the burger when confronted to the staffs present there, they not only denied it even after seeing they said it is because of the oven it is not hair but something from the oven and they laughed it out, the other burger (non veg) one I don’t know how old the patty was, the patty was burnt and after eating it really made my stomach upset. Really unhygienic. This was the first time I was trying Burger King and probably became the last too.

The meat was not cooked well and found blood in fried chicken pieces. We complained to the staff, they said the cook will be here in a few mins, you can ask him. We waited around 30 mins, no one responded and did not even see our face. We directly asked at the delivery counter, there also they acted like they were busy in other deliveries. Did we ask for raw meat to cook that at home? Even the person who has cooked that, also can't eat. At least they have to think off, what will be the situation if their family is in that place,

We used self order machine where we ordered 1 items but we got two items instead, food price also high, quality is average...saucy fries too much salty can't even eat. Worst experience 😭.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. Both the burger and fries were delivered cold and clearly did not seem freshly prepared. It genuinely felt as though the food was made for a previous cancelled order and simply handed to me, which is completely unacceptable. Adding to this, the restaurant made the delivery partner wait far longer than necessary before handing over the food, which directly affected the delivery time. To make matters worse, when I tried calling the restaurant, the number itself was unreachable and played a message saying “incoming calls are not available on this number.” This is shocking for a brand like Burger King. It gives the impression that either the company is deliberately avoiding customer calls or is so poorly managed that it cannot even maintain a basic recharge for its customer service line. For a global brand, this kind of negligence is beyond unprofessional. The app originally showed a delivery time of 20 minutes, yet I only received my food after 40 minutes. Let me be clear—this delay was not the fault of the delivery partner, but entirely due to the restaurant’s inefficiency and careless handling of orders. Considering the poor food quality, delayed service, and the complete lack of customer support, I find this experience extremely frustrating. I strongly request a full refund for this order and expect Burger King to take this feedback seriously, as this level of service is simply unacceptable

Food cannot be rated as there was very bad experience on getting order placed itself. If the self order machine is not working please put a note also today the person told it was not working hence went to counter to order they do not have a menu card or anything displayed. Such poor customer service. While I went ahead to order he told me to go again to machine even after telling it did not work they denied to take order. When it's a weekday we also are customers not just weekends PPL who come are customers. Please respect and value every customer time and money.
