This has to be the best PG to stay in Bangalore if your are planning to move in here. I have been staying in this PG since last two years and my stay have been good so far. PG provides you great services like Wifi, three times the meal and cleaning on a regular basis and so on. Even now when the times are tough due to Corona, they are doing every possible thing to make the stay better for their clients and taking good care of them something which you may not find in any other PG in Bangalore right now. Highly recommended.

Pretty unorganized, they require a cheif. They charge for maintenance but no proper maintenance is there. 1 water bottle per floor, 1 washing machine per floor , you have to claim for TV and good fridge. Due to low trained staff everything is unheignic.

Worst PG I ever stayed, Before choosing it take a stairs to reach the floor. They didn't cleaned it for a while. This is how they are maintaining entire pg. Only attractive point is the pg office setup area. Internet connectivity is very bad it give tough competition to bsnl if it works then disconnect if more ppl connected, If u see the kitchen area u won't eat. Even the owner of the pg order food from outside he won't eat the food what they are providing in PG. Bed bugs are there. Owner won't return your money he will drag u like anything. Cost is high comparing with other PGs. Only good thing is they mop the floor once in a week. Tv is there but they won't recharge it. Washing machine it will show 1hr but take 2-3hr to complete. Drinking water most of the days I find empty canes. Food waste they keep it for minimum two days. Sink most of the time stagnant only. Pls check the recent review don't check old review.

One of the Worst PG ever in Bangalore - 1st: thing in morning there is not water, 2nd: Drainage is Jammed in Bathroom, 3: you will find cockroaches in Cupboard , Non-Hygiene food i had stomach bloating & decentery , There are TV in rooms but no connection if you complaint they give some or the other reason and push the days, Worst and stupid management. You will find those management people Like, Kajal - No use , Appuu & Raju - those are waste people ever i have seen, Morning breakfast they say at 7.30, but you will get break fast after 8 or 8.30 am i Request everyone who is looking for PG in marathalli pls do not go for SUYASH PG. i bet you guys will suffer for sure. I'm feeling that i have already wasted my 8,000 rs but its a learning and i want whom so ever reading this review should not suffer the same which i did. Thank you

Please be aware that they don’t return security deposits. Also, they have been hiking their rents exponentially. Don’t be fooled by any sweet talks at the beginning.

PG is good but clean and maintenance is less. Food is good but the canteen is not clean and rain water comes inside in the canteen. It has office space in the ground flower but the washroom sound is more and rain water will come inside the office. If there is any issue in the room action is not taken or very late. And PG is costly....

Stayed here for almost 6 months!! Many drawbacks found after some days!! 1. No hot water at all.. If you ask them they wont respond on this. 2. They dont recharge dish so no tv. 3. Water problem!! We have to inform them to switch on motor. 4. At last while you are vacating they will open some rule book and deduct your advance money!! Totally unfair.. They will not inform anything while you are entering the pg! Beware 5. Sunday food will be good except that all time food is average taste. 6. Washing machines wont work properly sometimes. They will ask to right a complaint on each and everything but no use!

Worst PG. I stayed in this PG for a month in March 2021. They are yet to refund the deposit amount. Have sent multiple reminder emails and contacted all possible phone numbers - no response. Pathetic. Thinking of filing a complaint if I don't receive the deposit amount even after I write this review.

Service is worst. Fans are not working. Sometimes wifi internet is not there. High rate compare to others but it not make sense if we don't get necessary things

From the day one, they will tell you lies that here are no bedbugs but believe me, this PG is home of bedbugs. Unprofessional, they don't have manners to talk with there customers. The photo looks good but the reality is different, too small rooms and huge monthly rent.

This is a horrible pg. All claims are false The owner is a fraud . He doesn't refund the deposit money. Foods are worst for even the domestic animals. No power back up, no warm water, wifi is extremely week,no service at all .Washing machine is out of order. Do not ever think of staying there.

Well maintained, nicely furnished Colive PG, The best part is homely food, a mix of North Indian and south Indian taste. Highly recommended.

It's a very good place to stay. They provide awesome food, it's well maintained & clean. Owner & the staff is very polite & they resolve issues immediately. It's near to major IT Tech Parks.

Rooms are cramped with no proper ventilation, toilets are unclean, dishes were unclean when we asked them to clean it they said do it yourselves and lastly their food is utter garbage.

The place has potential but needs to focus on maintenance more. Plus there is no power backup on floors other than ground for some reason. On a good note atleast the food is edible even if there are only veg options .

Not deserved for one star also. Not deserved for one star also. I am from 411 room, During this COVID lockdown, i requested to Gudduji(Employee) help to us.. we will give a rent in next month. The owner Amit is not at all agreed to talk for one minute also regarding rent. Gudduji said me that if you not giving money on time then we will take penalty. Shameless Mr. AMIT i was never expected you are this type of person you are focusing only on money.

Stayed in this PG for more than 1 year. I liked the ambience and cleanliness over there. Timely food, friendly and caring staff are really awesome... It is highly secured place for women.

This was my first PG where I stayed when I came to Bangalore for the first time... I can simply call it as my "Second home". The way Vicky treats everyone is really awesome.

I wouldn't stay here if they paid me to stay here. Extremely bad facilities, very unclean rooms, toilets and bad behaviour from staff. Stay away from here

I wanted to stay at a professionally managed accommodation rather than a regular PG and Suyash PG did not disappoint me. foods are the top priorities for me and is me inhone mauj kar di. I find the place convenient and cost-effective.

It is the worst ever PG no maintains but they charge for it, no proper water supply for bathroom as well as for drinking you have to claim for the TV and fridge in your room both will not work but they charge for it too, there is no power backup for the rooms the power backup is only for the lights outside, the lift would work properly and if it's raining then the lift would work and for 1 week water leaks in the lift and even if your having any problem in your room and you and complain they don't care about it their good to you only still you make your room rent and after that they don't care

This is one of the Worst PG. They will never Credit your Deposit on time. Once you Vacate the Pg. They will try to skip your Deposit for sure. I suggest you to ask for a Cheque. They will say we will Credit your amount to your bank which they never do.

great place for the person who just moved to Bangalore. Food quality is also good and if there is some problem or issue then person responsible for taking care of the PG actively looks solution for problem or issue. Had a great experience.

Overall the facilities of this PG is good. But, the rent is very high. If you are new to Bangalore, then this PG is good as it provides everything including food.

Charged rent from students even during Corona. No discount. Even problems of bed bugs. Water scarcity atleast once in a week. No help to customers in any way.

It was really a good experience staying with suyash pg...the food quality is good and cleaning is done on everyday bases the staff behaviour is very good and almost all the facilities we need they provide so I am very happy with suyash team ♥️

Well maintained , Cleaning is done on regular basis, food quality is good compare to other PG, ll get pure vegetarian and north indian. Managed well during corona time. Overall it's good.

It has been an excellent stay in the PG for the last 1.5 years.

Main plus point with the PG is the location — best location with good service and food. The food is good and it keeps on changing every month with the recommendations from the hostel mates and the owner is super cool. He assists you in everything u need. Friendly staff and well suggested place to stay especially for working people as most of the IT companies are nearby.

Worst PG in the Bangalore. No cleanliness, Bad foods, Rats will be roaming everywhere in the PG. They won't return your advance in any situation. Beware of this PG. If there is a choice to give 0 Stars I would've given. Rents are tooo damn high for this trash rooms. Fell into the trap by seeing their website. They will show you a good room at first time you visit which you wont stay in that room. After paying advance and rent they will provide you a trash room where nothing works no heaters, no tv, no wifi and more importantly they will say 24/7 backup but the truth is no power backup. Worst experience ever😡. They are showing different photos on the website but actual scenario is worst🤬. Their is no clean rooms bathroom and food is suck🤢🤮one time you can it dog pedigree. Don't buy rooms or visit the PG. It is better to live in any Orphanage😌.

Worst PGs out there. It is atrocious to claim to provide amenities if they can't be maintained properly. The portable refrigerator has not been working for a very long time & they haven't fixed it yet. It is smelly now. The wifi is highly unreliable. I could barely make it on WFH mode. It stops working almost every day and take another couple of hours for repairing. Overpriced and poor facilities compared to facilities nearby Breakfast time has a very short window before it's closed. In some days, the food gets over
