Stayfit Jayanagar is only good in selling the product but not in after sale service. We have taken AMC from them and they have no SOP in place to come and do the service as per their record. They expect us to remind them. Nobody picks the number given and one literally have to beg them to come for AMC. Even after scheduling the date and time nobody shows up and they have no track of the issue. Highly unprofessional team. After spending close to 1 lakh rupees on a treadmill and additional AMC amount, if this is the attitude then i strongly recommend people to stay away from them. Please note: I am not your competitor and can share the invoice of purchase of treadmill along with AMC details as a proof here in google review if required. Hope this review will open eyes of someone who is managing this branch.

I attended interview here HR's are very good but the director of the company (old man)is very attitude person and lot of rules are there please don't join and don't attend interview here.

Upon my enrollment at this club, I had no mentorship throughout my first month of membership. Trainers are indifferent to anything. To request training, you must give them a call. The individual who was meant to train me during my personal training session left in the middle, and nobody else showed up to take his place. Furthermore, they do not maintain sanitizer on the floor for wiping down equipment in terms of cleanliness. There's a lot more to say. If you're asking, I don't refer to training or workouts here.

I have been a happy customer of stayfit Jayanagar for over 2 decades. I started with a tread mill & traded it in for a cross trainer as I became older to be easy on my knees. Now I wanted to lose weight & went to trade the cross trainer for a rowing machine. Guruprasad st store patiently listened to my requirements & said the recumbent cycle will best suit my current requirements at age 66. He gave a good trade in price for my cross trainer. He also advised that I should do it for 30 minutes twice a day. I have been following that advice & also watching what I eat & lost 6 kgs in 3 months & hope to reach my target weight by the end of the year. Thereafter use it to maintain my weight

It was an excellent experience from buying till the installation. We bought the unit from Koramangala store. Store personal gave us detailed explanation about various products on display which helped us in selecting the right product. Delivery team called prior and were at the door as per the agreed schedule.

5 years back I Bought Tread mill for our house from Stay fit, Jayanagar. Since then it is working very well. We regularly use it. Also Technician Mr. Manoj & Team are visiting regularly for periodical maintainance services. They are very sincere and do good service. They always coordinate with us with very good attitude.

One of the worst experience I faced. Dont buy products from them. They sell all second hand and old stock products. The cross bar I took recently had caught rust on it and they don't even care to pick the call and exchange it.

Had been to this place to buy a treadmill..excecutive helped us to select the right one and demo was good. But when it comes to delivery, we ended up calling multiple times asking for an update as there was a lot of delay..none was bothered to provide uswith an exact update. Staff is so careless and won't stick to words. Finally cancelled the order and going for better brand with good service. If you are looking for good customer service DO NOT prefer Stayfit. And will not recommend this brand to anyone.

Please don’t believe these guys while purchasing the items from them. They will say lot of stories to make you to purchase the items & they will say when it comes for service we will do this that & all . After purchase they don’t take your calls. If you want to talk to the the person who has silt to , he will never come to line& give it his junior & say he is busy with his customer. Afterwards he’ll never bother to call you back. While purchasing they will be after you till purchase
