Wanted to try McDonalds in India so I ordered it via delivery. I ordered a ton of items: Masala Egg Burger, Veg Pizza McPuff, McAloo Tikki Burger, Medium Fries with Piri Piri Mix, Signature Sauce, Veg Maharaja Mac Burger and the Big Spicy Paneer Wrap. My favorite one was the Maharaja Mac Burger, this had a nice sauce and a crispy patty. The Piri Piri mix for the fries was a bit too spicy for me. Overall food was solid here!

McDonald's Jayanagar is a clean, lively spot for a quick bite. Tried the Korean burger — not too impressive, lacked punch in flavour. But I'm always a fan of their classic McSpicy Chicken Burger, never disappoints. The brownie with hot fudge is a must-have; rich, warm, and perfectly gooey. Service is usually quick, though weekends can get a bit crowded. Overall, a reliable place for familiar favourites with a couple of misses.

This is one such outlet of MC Donalds which has very good professional staff with good ambience. Its in Jayanagar. I liked their service with concern very much. Nice place to sit and enjoy food. Super Cool.

I've been here recently with my friend. The food was really good as usual. Staff were friendly and they even helped us choose the best Frappe.

Had a delicious burger! Quick service and a clean, comfortable atmosphere. Great experience overall.

I recently visited McDonald's and decided to try the McSpicy Paneer Burger along with the McSpicy Fried Chicken. The burger was delicious, but unfortunately, the chicken was a huge letdown. It had a foul smell, suggesting it might have been old stock, and the batter was excessively hard. I've had fried chicken from other McDonald's locations and enjoyed it, but this experience was by far the worst. It really put a damper on my Sunday lunch. I hope they can address these quality issues moving forward.

Service was real quick. Place is clean and well maintained with them mopping the floor every now & then to ensure cleanliness. Food was as usual great. Staff are really friendly as they help in using self-ordering machine, they also visit your table to ask if you need to order anything again. All in all a great experience. Good music and ambiance, this branch is way cooler than many of the McDonald's branches, a quick way to taste multiple junk food on this lane, good service, chill coffee, table service at this outlet is something to count on and new burgers with more cheesy layers and soft burgers are so yummy... Burger, fries, combos, beverages, desserts, all are equally rich and tasty. Have tried American cheese burger, Paneer burger, veggy, supreme etc and all were good. Its a simple rule, taste is proportional to price. ;) Other than burger, fries, softy, soft serve with hot fudge and brownie are some of the favs.

Always crowded. I really liked ice coffee, it was super refreshing, however, they put way more ice cubes/crystals it kinda makes coffee watery after sometime. I also ordered classic cold coffee it was good but I prefer it to be still stronger. I didn't like the chicken burger at all, bread was not that fresh and the fried chicken was very average.

Very nice and clean, went on a Sunday morning it was quite empty. Loved the interior of this McD. The food was good. We ordered cheese fries and spicy chicken wings. And a lot of options to choose from, Mccafe items were also available. And mainly mostly! The ice cream machine was working if you know you know.

Please don’t turn off the AC after 8:30 PM. Every time I visit McDonald's in Jaynagar, I face discomfort. Alternatively, please open your glass-covered outlet. It shows how money-minded you are instead of being service-oriented.

Our family had a wonderful experience here at this Mcd. Suhas service was commendable! Overall I would recommend this place for everyone especially families!

Very much disappointed with the service. Restaurant will never be open on time. It starts only after 11:30am and ask the customers to wait while they start cleaning then. They restrict us from ordering through the order machine. They take their sweet time to place order and deliver it. The owners of the restaurant are least bothered about timing I guess.

Burgers are small I prefer Truffles at this point. Also one of the staff members told us to rate 5 stars all to get a free desert then he said we had to solve a puzzle under 1 min and my friends and I did 2 of them in the same time then he said he wouldn't give us our desert as it was not recorded, we can't let people record is like that.....pls improve

My friend had a disturbing experience at McDonald’s when a shameless staff member took their phone under the excuse of collecting a review. Instead of doing his job professionally, he sneakily opened Instagram and followed his own account using their profile—without permission. This is not just unprofessional, it’s creepy, unethical, and a disgusting misuse of trust. No employee has the right to touch personal apps, let alone exploit a customer’s account for self-promotion. Such behavior is disgraceful and reflects zero training or basic decency. McDonald’s must take strict disciplinary action against this individual and ensure no customer is ever violated like this again.

I would like to appreciate McDonald’s for the excellent service and hygienic food. The staff Sudha Jayanagar staff were polite and quick in their service, and the food was fresh, clean, and well-prepared. I am very satisfied with the overall experience. Keep up the good work!"

I tried the McCrispy Fried Chicken Burger combo and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was juicy, crispy, and full of flavor, and the combo made it a complete meal. Great taste and quick service — will definitely have it again!”
