A hidden gem of a hotel, comfortable and affordable rooms. Friendly and hospitable staff. A little more attention can be paid to the pool, to ensure it's clean and hygienic enough, because the way I saw it on my last visit was completely unacceptable.

The hotels WiFi was amazing. I mean that was the best WiFi we got in the while of Benin Republic. However, the rooms looked clean but had a terrible damp smell I covered my nose all night. The rooms are also pretty small.. but from what I hear it's quite cheap so yea maybe that's why it's small. The toilet had a bad stain that put me off tho.. so I ended up not using the toilet overnight till we left. Oh the pool was good too.. the complimentary breakfast was super basic. Some people in my group i travelled with stated that they couldn't eat the bread served cos it was too hard. It's their local bread. I had mine and it was ok. So if you're looking for a low cost hotel with super good WiFi Go to la casa Cielo.

Reception was warming and I was showered into my room, and it was exactly what I expected. The porter helped with my luggage. The room lightening is not bad and the bathroom as a central heater which is cool as well. I never turned on the TV as I’m not a TV person. The restaurant is beautiful but they need someone that speaks English or rather they should have a subtitled English Menu for foreigners like us, it was hard for me to understand the menu. Wi-Fi connectivity is great. Staff are warming welcoming. The hotel sits on a very great location across the beach. The breakfast was awesome and a complete delicious one. The corridors don’t have enough lightening but the hotel prides itself of beautiful interior decorations. The flowers are awesome. The hotel also has an airport shuffle with a happy and smiling driver. Before I forget, it’s only the Nigerian flag that’s tattered, kindly replace it. I’d love to visit again.

Lovely hotel. Didn't look like much until I got in. Reception was beautiful. Lovely blend of white, burgundy and brown. My room was so big and bathroom large and clean. With many compartments for many things. Water heater was on point. Lighting was perfect. Hotel gave me an adaptor and iron for my personal use. Staff were amazing. Particularly the guy who cleaned our room. His name is Abdul. Very courteous and helpful without expecting anything. Would love to visit again and again.

Best roof top Indian restaurant in Cotonou to relax and enjoy sea view from top , food is amazing

For me, MSP of hotel was its food. Budget wise it depends upon person to person, but taste and quantity wise it was quite nice. I stayed here almost 15 days, and every meal was worth it.

Located a stone throw from the Fidjrosse beach is La Casa Cielo. You cant miss it, its opposite the beach. Its a romantic hotel but very pricy for the room we got. On Booking it was way cheaper. The service was good as all staff were really helpful, polite and friendly especially as we were not french speaking. It was also great that most of them could understand english reasonably and could communicate on some level. Alot of expatriates visit this hotel so you'd see a good caucasian crowd here. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet here. As a couple we got it free for two and there were lots of varieties. All really delicious.

Discrepancies over the rate on my booking platform and what was quoted at the reception almost put me off... But I really enjoyed my stay in spite of this (or them, truth be told)! Good place to lodge when you go to cotonou. It's also close to the cotonou Airport.

This hotel deserves full 5 stars. I loved it. Clean and cozy rooms, well maintained pool, courteous staff, lovely meals. Everything was just amazing. The tall concierge is such a help. And the fact that most staff spoke English made my stay stress-free. 5 stars!

For a short and quick stay, Hotel La Casa Cielo will be good more especially for travelers as it's just 10-12 minutes drive to Cotonou Airport. It's actually a new hotel but not to the international standard which I am more familiar with as a frequent traveler. The untidy road to the hotel makes it more challenging and the proximity to other outlets as their is no single or even a good restaurant around. The only supermarket close to the hotel is Super U which is like 10 minutes drive. In term of security, the area is okay and is opposite a beautiful Ocean view.

Superb. Not far from the Cotonou Aeroport. I liked their meals (got a chance to enjoy their Petit dejeuner -breakfast) and it was all I wished for.
