We
rented
a
car
for
a
week
and
the
pick
up
at
the
airport
was
really
smooth
once
you
find
pick
up
point.
The
driver
take
you
from
the
airport
to
the
Mario
offices
near
the
airport
to
pick
up
the
car,
the
car
is
inspected
and
keys
are
handover.
Car
was
in
good
condition
except
the
wheel
covers
which
were
secured
with
cable
ties
and
the
horn
which
they
knew
didn't
work
but
didn't
let
us
know
before
hand,
we
find
out
when
need
it
to
use
in
the
road.
Unfortunately
Cancun
is
really
weather
dependent
and
things
can
change
-
due
to
weather
conditions
our
visit
had
to
be
shortened
and
most
of
water
activities
also
stopped
(catamaran,
snorkel,
etc).
We
reached
out
to
discuss
the
arrangement
to
return
the
car
early
and
the
owner
refused
to
discuss
over
the
phone
but
asked
us
to
come
to
the
airport
office
to
discuss.
Once
in
their
offices
in
the
airport
they
took
away
the
keys
with
the
excuse
to
park
the
car.
Once
we
communicated
our
intent
the
owner
decided
to
suddenly
and
aggressively
suspend
our
service
and
remove
all
our
belongings.
We
were
OK
to
pay
a
cancellation
fee
for
remaining
days.
We
felt
mistreated
and
it
was
a
stressful
situation
being
left
in
a
foreign
country
with
no
car
and
having
to
find
a
taxi
or
public
transport.
I
would
like
to
mention
that
all
the
employees
were
very
nice
to
us
and
help
guide
us
once
this
happened
and
from
the
start
-
we
found
mexican
people
are
warm
and
lovely
and
great
at
service.
However
it
was
sad
that
they
also
communicated
to
us
they
have
been
also
mistreated
at
Mario's
so
this
is
a
business
I
will
not
support
ever
again.
