The
food
is
good,
but
the
atmosphere
inside
is
unfortunately
lacking.
We
were
a
large
group
(40+)
and
we
had
ordered
in
advance,
so
the
restaurant
knew
when
we
were
coming
and
how
many
we
would
be.
When
we
arrived
at
the
predetermined
hour,
the
table
lanterns
had
not
been
lit,
and
most
were
even
empty
of
fuel.
Even
after
we
started
to
light
some
of
them
ourselves,
the
staff
did
not
"take
the
hint"
to
refuel
and
relight
the
rest.
At
first,
there
was
only
one
waiter
to
take
all
our
drink
orders,
and
it
took
quite
some
time
for
everybody
to
make
their
order.
When
the
drinks
finally
arrived,
some
of
us
did
not
get
what
we
had
ordered.
When
this
was
pointed
out
we
were
told
that
they
were
out
of
what
we
had
ordered,
so
without
conferring
with
us
they
had
just
switched
our
orders
for
something
else
(more
expensive).
No
mention
of
the
fact
that
they
were
out,
no
mention
of
the
actual
switch,
it
had
just
been
done.
The
reason
given
was
that
they
were
so
busy,
which
is
not
a
reason
at
all
(especially
since
they
had
beforehand
knowledge
of
how
many
we
would
be,
and
they
should
have
taken
this
into
account
for
the
amount
of
staff
present).
The
food
started
to
arrive
about
three
quarters
of
an
hour
after
we
had
arrived,
which
is
not
too
bad
given
the
size
of
our
group.
However,
the
service
was
way
too
slow,
half
of
us
had
almost
finished
eating
before
the
last
had
received
their
food.
As
an
afterthought
it
seemed,
the
ketchup
(for
the
fries)
was
brought
out
mid-meal,
when
a
lot
of
us
were
almost
done.
I
had
the
Jacob
Aall
burger
which
was
quite
good,
the
buns
were
a
bit
dry,
but
the
burger
and
dressing
made
up
for
that.
The
fries
were
crispy
and
well
seasoned.
After
dinner
we
had
a
really
good
dessert
with
ice
cream
and
a
sort
of
warm
chocolate
fudge
cake,
this
was
the
highlight
of
the
meal!
Having
worked
for
six
years
myself
in
the
restaurant
business,
I
know
the
importance
of
small
things
like
refilling
and
relighting
the
lanterns
(or
removing
them
from
the
tables
if
you're
out
of
lamp
oil).
Exchanging
orders
without
telling
the
customer
is
also
a
very
big
no
no,
especially
given
that
the
substitute
was
more
expensive.
Long
serving
times
is
to
be
expected
with
a
large
group,
but
increasing
the
number
of
staff
present
can
alleviate
this
somewhat.
Some
of
my
concerns
might
be
because
we
were
a
large
group,
but
most
of
them
(lanterns,
order
changes,
ketchup)
are
not.
All
in
all
I
cannot
recommend
this
place,
for
the
lack
of
attention
to
details
which
make
you
feel
welcome.
