Had a terrible experience. They gave our food do someone else and then when we finally were tired of waiting and inquired, we got major attitude from the people working there. I ordered a salad and they gave me the salad without a fork. When I asked for a fork they said they did not have any. How should someone eat a salad without a fork ?

2 orders of fries was missing. My Big cheese and bacon stack had no cheese whatsoever and my wife ordered 4 cheeseburgers without any cucumber. 3 of them had no cucumber and the last one had all the cucumber in the world. I’m surprised they got anything right. Stay clear of this place. - disappointed Norwegian customer.

I love MacDonald that is in Europe because it is always so different in each country. They have different desserts and sweets and it tastes better. It is located in city center and you can order from the electronic menu and wait your order.

The food was sensitive and borderline traumatizing, the waiters were extremely bipolar, and my big mac was filled with insects. 1/10

Worthless, I came in with my disabled wife. There’s no elevator. Upon questioning where to sit they advised me and my children to sit next to the toilets were there was one table for the diabled. With two chairs 😓 great way of McDonald’s to be hospital to the disabled

They have sweet potato fries and chili cheese tops in Norwegian McDonald!!! 🤯

Their layout has gone from bad to worse. I hope they didn't pay an interior designer for that. The food is alright, but mostly too cold and always too expensive for a mass production company. Recently, 4 out of 5 orders have been faulty when given to me. At this point, one has to check whether the order is correct before leaving the pick-up-counter.

Surprisingly terrible levels of hygiene in these COVID-19 times. All tables were dirty with rubbish left behind. An employee tidied some of this away eventually (missing the drinks cans under the table) but none of the tables were wiped down. Food was also delivered cold. This restaurant failed to deliver on already low expectations.

The store was quiet busy. The staff was proactive and dealing with attention but in terms of food nah fries were cold the Burger was nice dhou but there has to be some one In the lobby for cleaning quiet big restaurant I know but they can work on the ambience of the store

I am so happy they have vegan options. We make the change! It has the same taste, and most importantly it's cruelty free! Highly recommended to try only the vegan options. Be the change you want to see ! Animals deserve kindness, and keep them out of your plate.

Regular Mac' small burgers, reasonable price, need to pay on the machines, then choose a table number to set if you decide not to take away, the meals will be brought to your table by serving. Nice service.

Typical McDonald's but they had some items I don't see in America. A truffle onion and cheese burger as well as a chicken big Mac. The fries were unsalted and could have been cooked longer, but the location was busy and to be expected.

When we came in the afternoon, it was very crowded. It took us almost 20 minutes to get our order. There was sufficient place to sit on first floor. We hadTruffle Veggie, Veggie Salsa, Fries and Vanila Milk Shake. The food was very tasty. As usual the prices were very reasonable. Go for it...

Busy, dirty and no chairs on ground floor, no elevator for disabled people. We are outside on the square. Teens were making a lot of noise.

Once they forgot an item in my order, another time I got 2 chili cheese toppers less tan what I’ve paid for and another time, instead of the veg burger I’ve ordered, I got the beef one. I know it’s cheap, but…

Be careful when you buy a frappe here half of it is ice cube. Not like others McD.

I ordered burger with onion and truffles. The sandwich was so delicious. I like it so much. Really good sandwich. The only thing that I didn't like that the fired onions were supposed to drain a little from the oil before putting them in the sandwich. But everything else was super great. The staff, the restaurant, the atmosphere, and the food.

I ordered 2 medium chicken Big Mac menus and 2 happy meals. I got my order and found a place near the lake to eat with my little brother and cousin. When I opened the bag the to medium fries where not there. I also ordered one of the chicken Big Macs without cheese and pickles and when I checked the Big Macs both of them had cheese and pickles.

The food is what you expect from McDonald‘s, as is the service. However, the “restaurant” was in an absolute state when I visited there. Good place to head for a quick bite to eat after a night out, but nothing more.

My friend ordered a vegitarian burger and she got a chicken one (which is fine everyone should be allowed to make mistakes) but when I went down to get it replaced, the man made me give him the chicken one back😡😡😡 I would have eaten it and he just threw it in the garbage‼️‼️

As a tourist and had bad experiences buying burgers in fastfood abroad but here in Bergen its MUY DELICIOSO , fresh veges, very good burger and price are right. Be back in 3 months .

I received an incomplete order. Plus it's cold. This is probably not a coincidence because the customer next to me received something different than what he ordered. The place is extremely dirty. This is not the standard of this restaurant. Even soap in the toilet is missing. I do not recommend this place.

It is a McDonald's, but as far as McDonald's goes, I was pretty happy with this one. All the terminals worked and staff worked well to deliver food quickly.

A very crowded place. Considering the long queues, I got my meal within 15 mins, so not too bad. As for food quality, well, it is just Macdonald’s, nothing too fanciful. Macdonald’s in Norway can be expensive for sure; 2 set meals cost 279NOK.

We visited this place thrice and most recently had lunch. Food was good except french fries because it was cold when served.

Fast service. But the taste was laking, no napkins, toilets are a mess with graffities on the walls, mostly teens gather there. Wanted to eat my burger and get out of there.

Instead of double cheeseburger I got just cheeseburger without any cheese!

Im really sorry to compare Mc places in my country(Poland) to yours but main difference is that in yours is a bit dirty, I accept that situation a bit on a street level, but upstairs rooms were a bit abnormally dirty, I mean there is a mess on the floors, not enough chairs at he tables etc. Also for Me, a new person in your place, I couldn't find a rules of waste management, you have nice containers but there is also no info what to put where.

Terrible terrible service. Our entire order was sent to someone else even though we never requested on table service and I was waiting for the order at the counter all the time. When I told the manager behind the counter that we never got our food he curtly asked me if he should give me my money back or redo the whole order. My hungry family had to wait longer for the redone order. Then my wife’s salad came without a fork. They said they ran out of forks and refunded the money for the salad. Highly avoidable outlet of McDonald’s. Awful experience.

Standard McDonald's with a very nice upstairs seating area...plus they do sweet potato fries...which are a big improvement on their standard fries. Very unusual lady statue at the entrance door.
