Just visited for the first time and had steak tacos with my BF getting their menudo. You can also buy their fresh homemade flour tortillas to take home! Worth a visit!

Fresh, delicious and cheap! The best Mexican food in Poughkeepsie - in my opinion. We had carnitas and al pastor tacos, chicken quesadillas, barbacoa and menudo. All absolutely fresh and flavorful. Best part is you can order a couple of lbs of their fresh tortillas to go! A little taste of Mexico right in our neighborhood. Give it a try!

Delicious! We ordered the pork and pineapple tacos and salsa and Guacamole. The chips were fresh and the tacos ridiculously delicious. My only complaint is I live so far away! Visiting from GA

Most authentic Mexican food I've ever had! Wow. This place is a MUST. Everything was freshly made from scratch and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend their tacos (chicken, steak, and pork), the King Kong burrito, and Horchata. I ordered lettuce, tomato and cheese with the tacos. However, you can order it with cilantro and onion also! There's a reason this place has 4.9 stars. The food is unbelievable and the service is wonderful!

I had tasty flautas, & have had nice tortas, tacos, & burritos before. Only complaint is lack of metal silverware for in-house dining.

We ordered a number of items, I only managed a picture of the taco salad with steak! The shell was delightfully crispy and addictive! All of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful! YUM! Thank you for a great lunch!

Food is WAY TOO GREASY! The carnitas tacos were thrown in a shell. They looked messy and didn’t seem fresh or well-seasoned. There was a weird aftertaste. They filled the tacos with toppings but not enough meat for the price. The burrito was fire; very tasty. That’s about it. New to the area so not used to tacos being less than subpar.

Delicious tamales and tortas. I wish I could find a reason to be i n the area to stop in more often. If you're looking for decently authentic food, really nice service, look no further. I have to emphasize the tamales here are the truth. The inside has seating, albeit limited.

Went there a few days ago, the food was amazing and so was the service! I squeezed a bottle of salsa too hard when I was trying to put some on my food and the top came off making my plate of memelitas look like soup. The very nice man behind the counter insisted on getting me new ones and even came out with a little to go thing of salsa so I didn’t struggle with another bottle lol. This place is awesome all around I’m definitely coming back!

Honestly the best Mexican place I've ever been to. Everything is authentic and unique. I've been trying to find a place that has better empanadas than Hudson Taco and this tortilleria has far outclassed them. Tamales are amazing as well. The salsa verde(green salsa) is the best green salsa I've ever had. It think these are all grandmas recipes as I've seen an older lady hustling around in the kitchen in command of the place. I've never written a food review but had to comment on this place as it's far above all else in the area.

Delicious tacos on corn tortillas in this friendly counter service space. The tamales were good too, but I can't resist those tacos! You can get them Mexican style with cilantro and onion, or with lettuce, tomato, and cheese.

Flavors were delicious. Portion sizes are large. Tortillas were fresh. My co-workers loved every bite. Definitely will be ordering from them again.

Buy wonderful fresh-baked, inexpensive corn tortillas to take home! Tasty tacos, good-sized menu. Eat-in tables are well-separated, if you dare. The music volume is brutal, though.

The best Mexican food I've ever had - beats all the similar restaurants I've been to in Georgia, Colorado, DC, Philadelphia....You really get the sense that it's authentic and they put a lot of care into making their food. The burrito was so flavorful and the tortillas fresh (looks like they make them in house).
