Child-friendly “hidden” roof top bar overseeing Berlin. One of the best roof top bars in Berlin. You get there by taking the elevator to P5 and than walking up to the last floor. We came here with our guest and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. There is a large sandbox in the middle with some toys and our guest child enjoyed it a lot. As lots of guests are smoking around the sandbox you could argue that it is only “kind-of” child friendly but we had a great time and also for tourists an affordable and nice place.

A charming place with a great rooftop view. Entry fee is 3-5€ (you have to decide how much do you want to give), which, probably, filter the audience a bit. For 10€ deposit you’ll get a buzzer with a QR code which allows you to order and pay for drinks and food online (payment via PayPal). When we were there only drinks were available. The drinks are okay, Moscow Mule was so so, the food was nice. People are chilled until somebody leaves a place closer to roof edge and the view. It’s a nice experience, but nothing too special.

Amazing view, a truly hidden gem outside of Berlin. They charge for entrance witch feels unnecessary during day time since it’s not a club. Would be more understandable during the night if there is some kind of club. But however worth a trip.

The place is beautiful and has a special vibe, but the organization is super confusing. You can pay by card for drinks, but food is cash only. We had sandwiches, they were pricey and not amazing. Anyway, all in all, the place is really special and magical in its own way. Nice view point, we wanted to visit the pub but when we came, all over the 5th floor where is entrance to pub, was huge amount of people waiting in lines to get into... so decided to just enjoy the sunset and not wait hours for beer... get the beer in the streets :-)

Probably more of a party place later at night and in summer but for the time being, with the temperatures still low its rather relaxed. Very cool bar. It is on a very nice street and incredibly picturesque. I would recommend checking out the events that they have on as my friends and I just caught the final song of a great-sounding jazz band. There is an area before you actually go into the bar where one could drink one's own beer or whatever before entering the bar. I had an amazing time visiting Klunkerkranich in Berlin. The views from the rooftop bar are breathtaking, especially at sunset. You will need to queue up for at least 30 minutes but it's definitely worth it - the entrance fee only costs €8 on Fridays and you get to enjoy a variety of artists and different music every day. Sick place. Must visit if you are going Berlin. It’s got a very Glastonbury bar on top of a shopping mall feel to it. Make sure you get there before sunset or you won’t get a seat. People are super friendly, beer was fairly priced for a capital and somewhere with such a stunning view. Lots of choices of beer too! A memory I will cherish forever.
