Unfortunately I have to give a negative rating. - very old devices - lack of maintenance of the devices - missing handles - some broken equipment - Weights are often not screwed on tightly - the kg number on many weights is no longer readable - Price increases too high, absolutely bad pricing policy - Opening times are much too short, especially on weekends, who would think of something like that???!! Risk of injury to devices because they are not serviced for months. I tore my shirt on the ropes. Hidden costs that regularly make you feel cheated. Now quarterly service fee to take care of, €9.90 Pointless additional costs. Processing fees. Here they try with all their might to get as much money out of the customer's pocket as possible. Opening times - closed too early. They were simply shortened massively without refunding customers the price. Lack of customer communication. Staff super nice, but rather helpless. In all, this studio is not recommended. I can't understand the good reviews. The price is far too high, but if you want devices that feel like they're 20 years old, you're in good hands. Too many no-go's.

Shady membership. They will charge you without notice and get the money for 1 year without even mentioning that to you in advance. Do not recommend it also for the service. -1 Edit after 1 year: I got a letter from Inkasso asking for the money. Even though I was 1 time (literally 1 time, in the first day) at the gym in 1 year. I do not recommend. Be careful with the membership.

Tried a gym for the first in Berlin here. The gym was clean and modern and staff friendly. However what really got me upset after the workout was to find out that the shower costs 0,5€ per 4 minutes - that is Really Not enough time to have a shower properly after swetting!

the gym is okish, some machines are old and don't work all the time, but i could deal with it. The real problem is the way they deal with memberships, they randomly charged more money and after the 2020 lockdown when my family situation (and i couldn't go to the gym anymore) changed i went there to delete mine, i spoke with the person at the desk, gave him my card number and he told me everything was fine, that was it. This until i discovered they just ignored my request and kept charging money. I had to cancel twice and pay 6 months without being able to use my subscription.

I've been a member since Nov 23 and had a rather bumpy start and often left the studio dissatisfied; I hope this improves now that it has been clarified. After 15 years of gym experience in 5 studios, I'm used to a different standard. About the studio / contract: - Middle class (price), 2-year contract with courses & sauna costs approx. €33/month including a four-year administration fee of €9.90, I have no entry fee of €89 - including instruction on the circle - no extras included, e.g. anamnesis, creating and regularly checking a training plan, measuring your body, etc. cost extra - Showers not included - €0.50/4min for hot water, only ice showers in the sauna area - Studio always clean & tidy - Music plays extremely discreetly in the background - Counter offers protein shakes, coffee & snacks with seating area - Terms and Conditions are printed out in the studio and cannot be accessed online Equipment training: - large selection on the area, circuit, cardio, strength, free weight area, mat corner for your own exercises - Equipment is sometimes set up quite closely, so that it is difficult to get from one to the other, to train very close to others or to walk past others - Devices occasionally locked or weights brake/wobble when pulled - There is no privacy-protected corner for ladies or cool-downs, for example - for me personally unhygienic: devices are not disinfected by members after use; only prescribed for cardio, which is often not adhered to or checked by trainers // after consultation, this does not correspond to the studio culture and I can disinfect the equipment for myself before use - Often several devices are blocked by members at the same time or two people are on one device and chatting Trainer - Trainers stay at the counter (during my visits) and do not actively walk through the studio, for example to correct. Therefore, I do not recommend the studio (equipment area) to beginners - Greetings/farewells have now improved, but unlike in other studios (for me) there is still no personal connection - definitely open/interested in feedback from members, are available to provide support, solution-oriented Courses - large selection, varied - Trainer motivates, conveys fun and joy - great music selection - sometimes the experience is spoiled because the view of the trainer is poor (Zumba) or the return of the mat is chaotic because members are pushing each other locker room - appears spacious/large - partly too narrow for the number of members, especially during course times, and not enough space or benches to change clothes - Lockers can only be locked with a personal lock (no electronic wristband or card system) members - mixed audience - Anonymity, few encounters so far, tend to be more likely to get into conversation in courses - Unfortunately, there was one incident on the device where I was told I should move on to another device - ruthless / impatient (I expected something different in Pankow and outside of large chains): often making it extra wide / “driving away” on the changing benches (30cm of my bag vs. 2m of another member who came later + even though other benches were free) , Running around if you don't stop/make room, politeness like greetings or holding the door are also difficult I recommend testing everything intensively during the trial training to see whether the studio meets your expectations.

Pleasant studio, with everything I need. Unfortunately, some of the equipment is quite old and some of the sanitary facilities are very run down. I have a solarium flat rate, but something is always broken and the tubes haven't been changed in the entire time I've been using them (1 year), and some are currently broken. The employees are very nice and accommodating and the atmosphere among the trainees is very pleasant.

Ladies and Gentlemen After a visit to your gym yesterday that left me looking for a relaxing bath in vinegar rather than a membership contract, I feel compelled to briefly share my impressions. Unfortunately, your fitness oasis seems to be more of a place where customers get into shape by the staff rather than by weights. It's amazing how 50 cents for a shower has become such a high price for good customer service. Apparently your fitness director missed a bit too intense a respect training session and unintentionally turned my boyfriend into a tall tale. However, since I'm aiming for six-pack abs and not interpersonal conflict, I'll look elsewhere for a gym that not only trains my muscles but also my mind. With disappointed greetings

Probably one of the worst gyms in Berlin. I used Urban Sports Club to train there exactly once, so I'm not a member of that gym, thank God! Showers cost 50 cents for 4 minutes of torture with lukewarm water flowing so painfully hard I thought I was in a prison scene. Run down changing rooms, puddles of water everywhere and just plain messy. Lighting and decor like a basement/dungeon. Equipment squeezed so tightly together that there is hardly any room to walk around. Yes, definitely join there for that 1980s prison escape room feeling

Great gym. Not overcrowded and no mcfit people haha. The staff is excellent and super friendly. If your anywhere by this place it's your best bet for a good gym. But if your into just watching people work out or showing off in the gym better steer clear. The classes g Here are also great looming although I have not tried any. A+ to this gym!

Amazing gym, incredibly kind people on the reception. The set of machines is quite nice. I love gravitron and it is not present at every gym. Long story short, Would love to come here again, when back to Berlin!

A gym that has everything you need for a good workout. The many cable pulls and treadmills are particularly noteworthy. The dumbbells are a bit old, but weight is weight and you can train with them. The two saunas are great. You are definitely in better hands here than in many fitness chains. To recommend:)

I see a few reviews on here complaining about the 50 cent shower, the monthly price, getting out of a contract, etc. When you shop for a gym in the area, you ask for all the details and take a look around before joining, right? One of the BEST aspects of this gym is how straightforward it is. What you see is what you get. Do the showers cost 50 cents? They do! Is the water warm? It is! Has the price of the shower or membership gone up in 4 years when everyone else charges more because of the "pandemic"? No! The staff is helpful, there is always a free machine even during the busy hours. You are asked to respect the machines (don't drop your weights at the end just because you think you're made of pure muscle!!), respect others, bring a towel and you're good to go! Ages are mixed, classes are frequent, machines are plentiful. For this price, it's not easy to find a gym with so much on offer.

Awesome, less populated

As a long-time premium customer at Sportstudio Unlimited Pankow, I would like to share my disappointment about an incident that occurred today. After my morning workout, I wanted to shower as usual before going to work. Unfortunately, the shower didn't work despite throwing in two 50 cents. When I brought my concerns to the counter staff, one of the employees accused me of lying. She suggested that I come over with a towel around my waist in the future in case a similar problem occurs, which is uncomfortable and inappropriate for me. The way I was treated was insulting and disrespectful, especially as a long-time Premium customer. It is unfortunate that there is no proper avenue for complaint as the person in question appears to be the manager. Such behavior towards customers, especially long-term, loyal members, is unacceptable and does not help strengthen loyalty. Therefore I can only give it one star and would give it an even lower rating if possible. It is disappointing that such incidents even occur and I hope that appropriate measures are taken to prevent such behavior in the future.

The gym offers a comprehensive selection of high-quality equipment and classes suitable for all fitness levels. The clean and modern facility creates a motivating atmosphere, supported by friendly and competent staff. The diverse training options and pleasant ambience make this studio an excellent choice for an effective and pleasant training experience.

I've been a member of this gym for over ten years and have never had any problems with the showers. For me personally an absolute top studio.

I've only been a member for a short time but I'm already very excited about what's on offer. Super helpful and relaxed team. Price/performance is also completely fine for me. Keep it up!

I've been an annual member here for a very long time. Many of the people who do sports here are very pleasant people. The professionals always inspire you to make more of yourself and everyone treats each other fairly. You can also speak to the overzealous and no one will hold a grudge. The devices we constantly keep in motion are regularly brought back into working order. Certainly not an easy task. The support team is very consistent. There seems to be a good team spirit and so far they have taken care of all of my concerns. I feel very comfortable here and am always happy that there are still places where it's not about high-end and chic. Sport is practiced and lived here. Thanks

I find the staff very unsympathetic. They talk to you about some topic and you answer and your answer is ignored and they talk to someone else. Teenagers are not taken seriously at all. I was recently asked about my rings (they were normal Pandora rings) and was told that if I hit someone with them, they would have all the marks on them and my rings weren't real. I then said that they were real and what that meant, I was just answered cheekily "yes, it's definitely 842 carats" so I was very angry and found that very inappropriate. I don't think that's appropriate. But in general, except for the staff, the studio is nice and small, there aren't many people there and most of the people there are very nice. The courses are also highly recommended. But don't be surprised if you are treated rudely by the staff! ;)
