I have been training at this studio for about 15 years. Once upon a time there was the MC Fit flagship studio in Berlin... New equipment, clean, large, everything in working order, great people and great staff. Unfortunately, this has changed completely due to Berlin's welcoming policy. New people new customs... Broken lockers broken open every day, dirt, dust everywhere, dirty showers and toilets. Countless dumbbells, plates and weights are stolen every day. Devices are destroyed and rarely repaired. It smells unbearable... Half of the new athletes don't even have a membership and are let in by their compatriots or break the doors open in the evenings and at night. Studio crowded at any time of the day. Our new fellow citizens hardly come to train, they stare and prefer to enjoy the trained, hard-working women. The situation is unbearable at the moment. I hope this post is a wake-up call!

The studio itself is good, very clean and the equipment is generally well maintained. What bothers is the audience: Berlin rabble who behave accordingly. There are louder moans than in many bedrooms, devices are used without towels and then not cleaned, weights are thrown around but never removed from the devices. Typical Berlin behavior Edit to answer: I have never met anyone on site who could enforce compliance with the house rules.

You can completely forget about age. From 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. the store is so extremely crowded that you have to wait in line for every machine. The worst thing recently was that people were waiting in the locker room for a free locker xD

Nice people, unfortunately always very full, no matter when you come. Even in the morning

Pros: Cheap and open 24/7. Cons: Not a lot of variety of machines, small for the amount of users, always crowded, just 2 power racks, cable machines broken for weeks, small locker room, dumbbells extremely disorganized, not enough cable attachments, very few small weight plates (hard to progressively overload when 1% of disks are under 5kg)... Owners are probably retarded, other McFits have always been better

I'm using this studio for about two years now. Sadly there's lack of alternatives in the area that could motivate them for progress. Good sides are: studio space is rather large, they have a good selection of machines, there was a small renovation about a year ago that made it look like McFit, when also digitally guided spinning room was added. Everything seems to be rather new, or at least new'ish. It's also kept clean. Free weight area is nice but could be bigger (especially when considered overall space). There are some vending machines that have some basic stuff in them. If you happen to forget a towel, or protein, etc, you can purchase it there and not have to be forced to sell a kidney for it. It's open 24/7. No joke. When you'll find yourself a spot when it's not totally full it can be a good experience. But if you don't - boyy let me tell you about that... Cons: It can be really, really, really busy. Even though they have all that space, I think they don't control at all how many people they allow. It's really hard to find a locker and the change rooms are often packed. Thankfully now with Google "popular times live" it's easier to predict what's currently happening and if I want to be involved with this madness. I would LOVE to get a online preview "a number" of how many people are currently in. Then there is the smell. The specific smell of this gym is hitting you the moment you get through the door upstairs. That happens there very often. I know it's a gym, but come one, there must be a way to ventilate this space. Especially when there's so many people on this, sometimes rather hot, floorspace. NASTY - being polite here. People try to help themselves by opening the windows where it's possible, but it's not really helping anyone else than a person next to the window. McFit Please Start to ventilate this floor properly! The showers: not sure if just my expectations are high due to previous experiences, but this is another area that could be hugely improved. I'm blessed that I live close enough that I can shower at home after gym. The space there is rather small for such a huge gym. They have like 6 showers there, and probably more then 100lockers. You do the math. Also there is no change area near them, nor any form of dividers between the actual showers. Just open space. Means that not only showering can be an "experience" but even when you're not using it you'r served with the questionable sights of people talking the journeys in and out of there on occasion. Try not to look anywhere outside your bag or locker if you don't take the pleasure of looking at someone else's junk. Again quite nasty.

Machines are dated and many are even damaged (cussions are ripped and torn). Some machines have not properly aligned parts (for example chest fly) or have too much movement (for example crunch machine).

The gym is great with lots of positivity and great clients, everything is perfect and everyone is enjoying the time here. But, the reason that I gave it a 4 star is that the lighting the clothing rooms mirror is hella bad and e can’t enjoy to see a perfect pump after our workout. (Please as a strong and direct light right above our standing point in front of the both mirrors)

I used to like this place, but needed to cancel my contract after an accident I had back in 2019 and couldn't go anyway (signed in 2017). Conctracts were supposed to be for 2 years and not only my request to cancel was ignored, but apparently I was billed for way longer after that (apparently also during the pandemic lockdowns). Learned about this when an incaso started contacting me, but nobody bothers to explain how the costs even piled up. Shady to say the least.

Lots of exercise equipment. There are a lot of people in the afternoon, so I train at night, until 6:00 in the morning there are only a few people. Open 24/7.

I have been training there intensively (ΓΈ 4/week) for almost 6 years now. - Devices available in large variations - Studio looks modern, albeit with older equipment - Area is spacious, but overcrowded due to high interest/rush at peak times The studio deserves a solid 4 stars. Always open and mostly usable effectively. A suitable place to practice sports. Deducted due to annoying problems: maintenance takes too long (and that's almost an understatement), night lighting in the parking lot hasn't been available for some time and it's incomprehensible to me how it can get so overcrowded when it's in the has always worked in the past. Contracts are now concluded directly for specific studios - can this be used to control maximum capacity?

Everything is great except for the dust, the people who don't clean the machines and, worst of all, the children kissing everywhere.... I wouldn't give a damn if it wasn't for the kids who sit on the machine for 30 minutes and kissing around..

The studio itself is actually quite okay. The equipment is okay and you can train quite well there. However, it has to be said that MC Fit has no limits when it comes to accepting new members (and why should they). Unfortunately, this means that this studio in particular is overcrowded almost every day. Training on the tower? Forget it ! The tower is permanently occupied and can only be won as a training cast device through a lot of patience (after you have cooled down nicely) or luck. Those who were able to get hold of the coveted training places are, understandably, holding on to them. A pity.

I really like working out at McFit gym Berlin in Adlershof, friendly and professional staff, especially group trainers, sociable contingent, spacious gyms, lots of exercise machines. We wish you success and prosperity! Thank you, everything is ok.

Very spacious, but very busy usually. Although there is competition in the area, this location seems to be the busiest around the clock. Even at night 23-02 has its crowd and still busy. Never the less that speaks for the size and quality of the location. The only issue I see is lack of floor staff.

Compared to other branches in Berlin, the studio in Adlershof seems careless and run down. It gives the impression that the only goal when designing the studio was to accommodate as much equipment as possible in as little space as possible - no matter what consequences this has for the trainees, for example that it is almost impossible to walk between the cardio machines. Changing rooms are ugly, lockers are regularly broken. Ventilation in the entire studio is more than poor. A separate training area for women? None. Free area for floor exercises, stretching, etc.? Also obviously not a priority in the planning. (The approximately 2 square meter area for functional training is a joke! If you wanted to put a mat there, you would be in everyone else's way) In general, the mats are intended more for children than adults. I don't know who came up with the idea that half the size of a normal yoga mat would be completely sufficient. In any case, you cannot do any sensible exercises on it without both your hands and feet coming into contact with the floor (which is of questionable cleanliness). I miss mirrors on the walls in the course room so that I can assess for myself whether I'm doing the exercises correctly. The music system is completely overdriven, so that the sound is unpleasant and the trainer's voice is difficult to understand despite the microphone. A student's request to turn down the music a little was ignored. I had always enjoyed going to McFit for many years, although in a different branch. After being in the competition for a few years now, I thought I'd give McFit another try. Now I know better.
