This
is
very
bad
gym,
for
many
reasons.
Not
only
the
fault
of
the
management
but
also
the
fault
of
the
guests.
I’ve
read
the
reviews
and
can
only
echo
a
lot
of
the
comments
from
people.
It
seems
the
standard
response
from
FitX
is
to
say
‘Did
you
discuss
your
concerns
with
the
FitX
team?’
Here’s
a
suggestion
FitX:
Why
not
have
a
staff
meeting
or
managerial
meeting
and
address
the
countless
issues
raised
in
these
reviews
instead
of
simply
telling
reviewers
to
talk
to
staff
about
the
same
issues.

It’s
constantly
overcrowded
in
the
weight
area.
-
The
weight
room
is
in
general
too
small
for
the
amount
of
people
using
it.
Others
areas
of
the
gym
are
not
so
crowded
but
are
in
bigger
spaces.
It
seemed
just
badly
designed,
why
put
the
most
popular
area
in
the
smallest
space.
I
can
only
image
how
glorious
it
is
in
the
women’s
area.

A
lot
of
the
people
attending
this
gym
are
disrespectful,
young
and
annoying
to
be
around.
Examples:
-
30
second
set,
5
minutes
on
TikTok,
30
second
set,
5
minutes
on
TikTok.
Given
the
gym
is
so
overcrowded
it’s
very
annoying
to
see
everyone
on
their
phones
sat
on
the
equipment.
-
Guys
doing
their
sets
right
in
front
of
the
weight
racks
so
no
one
else
can
get
at
anything.
How
close
do
you
need
to
move
the
bench
toward
the
mirror?
Why
do
I
need
to
ask
someone
to
move
so
I
can
get
some
weights?
How
hard
is
it
to
take
1
or
2
steps
backwards
after
picking
up
the
weight?

Constantly
not
putting
equipment
away,
leaving
weights
all
over.
-
There’s
no
FitX
staff
around
the
gym
to
make
sure
people
are
using
the
facilities
correctly
and
addressing
all
the
points
above.
-
I
noticed
there
was
a
sign
placed
at
the
entrance
telling
people
to
put
weights
back.
This
is
not
enough
and
no
one
is
taking
notice.

-
1.
Have
a
staff
members
walking
around
making
sure
rules
are
followed.
-

Have
CCTV
and
ban
people
not
putting
weights
back.
-
The
wifi
is
very
bad.
It’s
the
generic
Mall
wifi
and
barely
usable.
-
Changing
rooms
overcrowded,
lack
of
benches
and
lockers
not
working
correctly.
-
The
selection
of
equipment
is
often
bizarre.
For
example,
there
are
5
reverse
fly
machines.
But
not
one
single
regular
fly
machine.
Why?
What’s
good?
-
It’s
relatively
clean.
-
It’s
open
24
hours.
-
It’s
has
drinks
for
free.
-
It’s
centrally
located.
Overall
I
feel
like
FitX
just
want
to
sell
as
many
memberships
as
possible.
The
gym
needs
a
drastic
re-think
to
make
it
more
usable
for
the
paying
guests.
The
mens
weight
room
is
a
constant
mess
and
impossible
to
use
anything
because
of
overcrowding
during
nearly
all
times
of
the
day.
Please
FitX
do
not
reply
and
tell
me
to
talk
to
staff.
Why
not
publicly
address
these
same
issues
that
people
are
having
over
and
over
again.
