I
am
a
frequent
traveler,
and
I
do
have
to
say
that
this
apartment
has
the
worst
service
I
ever
encountered
in
my
life.
We
were
with
a
group
of
six,
split
over
two
apartments
for
three
people.
For
the
arrival
we
told
our
contact
person
we'd
be
there
at
17:00.
A
few
minutes
in
advance
he
calls
us
and
tells
us
that
he's
30
minutes
late.
30
minutes
later,
he
calls
us
and
tells
us
he's
30
minutes
late
again.
Half
an
hour
later,
he
yet
again
tells
us
that
he's
30
minutes
later.
He
gives
the
reason
to
be
an
"accident",
but
there
was
nobody
to
take
over
from
him.
This
is
a
pattern
in
this
apartment:
deliberate
understaffing
and
breaking
their
own
promises,
and
just
saying
sorry
to
get
out
of
responsibility.
Inside
the
room,
there
is
a
leaflet
pasted
on
the
door,
saying
that
if
there
is
a
problem,
we
should
call
IMMEDIATELY
(in
capital
letters).
The
first
morning,
we
discovered
that
the
drains
for
the
baths
in
both
apartments
were
leaking
quite
badly,
to
the
point
where
both
bathrooms
were
flooded.
First
of
all
this
is
something
that
should
not
be
possible
with
good
maintenance.
A
leak
here
and
there
is
fair
enough,
that
happens.
But
when
both
have
the
same
issue,
this
is
a
sign
that
they
never
really
do
anything.
In
any
case,
we
call
immediately
after
we
discover
this:
and
the
number
they
provided
is
out
of
service.
Not
even
a
voice
mail,
the
number
just
doesn't
exist.
Even
after
10am
there
is
no
way
to
contact
them,
and
only
somewhere
in
the
afternoon
we
can
get
a
hold
of
someone.
He
tells
us
that
he'll
get
someone
to
fix
the
drains
in
one
hour.
That
evening,
around
20:30pm,
we
come
back
and
nothing
has
changed.
We
call
again
and
they
tell
us
that
they
have
been
busy,
and
they
say
that
they
have
only
one
handyman
for
a
series
of
40
apartments.
No
business
owner
in
their
right
mind
would
employ
so
few
people,
let
alone
refuse
to
hire
anyone
extra
in
cases
of
emergencies.
In
any
case
they
promise
to
send
the
handyman
the
next
day
at
09:00am
to
our
rooms
to
fix
it.
The
next
day,
nobody
arrives.
In
fact
for
our
entire
stay
nobody
comes
in
to
fix
it.
I
managed
to
reach
them
a
total
of
8
times.
Only
twice
out
of
those
eight
times
of
them
did
they
keep
their
word.
Apart
from
that
it
was
a
string
of
broken
promises
and
dodged
responsibilities.
These
guys
should
not
be
able
to
host
these
apartments
because
their
whole
business
model
depends
on
understaffing
to
the
point
where
your
only
service
will
be
getting
your
key.
