At the eye doctor counter, some of the rudest, less considerate ladies I've ever met. And i have private insurance, god forbid knowing how they treat kasse people. They speak no English even if on doctolib they said they do. They didn't let me have my appointment because "the doctor doesn't speak English either" nor they were ok with waiting 15 mins for a translator to get there, even tho i had a very urgent matter (i was in the ER 3 days prior). Stay away from this place.

Dr. Stafanie Jürgen is one of the best doctors in Berlin. I've been coming here ever since I've arrived in Berlin and she's been the most caring, passionate, friendliest and most understanding Doctor I've met. I really got lucky loving so close to her clinic. She's been taking care of me especially during my knee injury. Dr. Jürgen’s is very thorough, she listens and she actually cares about her patients. She always has a smile and I really appreciate that she enjoys what she does: helping people get better and giving them what they need to get better. I do advise people to come early 8-9 is great time for walk-ins, no appointments just register. Another doctor I wanted to note is Dr. Sebastian, he’s my orthopedist and he’s also incredibly amazing. He doesn’t just treats your injury, he dives deep into the pain and he doesn’t recommend just ordinary medicine, he looks at the side effects and communicates everything in detail. He takes his time and again he cares! Two more people I wanted to mention are Ollie and Nancy at the Orthopedic reception. Both are incredibly helpful and nice. They really go above and beyond to help everyone get what they need. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and I am so grateful to everyone here! Thank you! (Translated by Google) I've been calling for 3 days, I'm always on hold. Telephone availability equal to 0. This is not possible for a health facility. Telefonische Erreichbarkeit gleich 0. Für eine Gesundheitseinrichtung geht das gar nicht.

(Translated by Google) There is no telephone availability. With the online appointment form, although I have already been on site for the examination, I cannot select any appointments because I am simply not offered any. Of course, changing the weeks for other appointments only works if I switch to private patient. The second, additional star is because the doctor treating me made a competent impression, although I had slight difficulties understanding you.

(Translated by Google) My family doctor, Dr. Troendlin is always friendly and approachable, even when pressed for time. I feel in good hands. Unfortunately, some ladies at the reception feel called upon to lecture again and again because they are ignorant of the facts. The (un)reachability by phone to despair (Mon, 24.10.2022 24 unsuccessful attempts between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.). The constant changing of the laboratories with ever shorter opening hours is annoying.

(Translated by Google) I've been a patient here for years and I have to say that the doctors at the general family doctor are ok, but the reception is just very bad and unfriendly. I have often noticed that you are xenophobic because very often, someone who does not speak German well but tries to be understood and is polite, you react very unfriendly and annoyed. I or others are often lectured, admonished and ironically put up a sign to be friendly with receptionists, but primarily they are not with patients. This is confirmed by the numerous reviews. Gynaecology: There was a constant change of doctors, I often had the feeling that I wasn't really being listened to. After changing my doctor for the third time, I looked for and found a completely new one. Ophthalmologist: Super competent, great team. Dentist: Ok. Psychology: Extremely difficult to get a place. Labor: Always great experience, quick and well done.

Yes, waited half an hour despite an appointment. A really frail old man was preferred, and as a human being I expect that. Seeing other people get upset in such cases makes me feel embarrassed. My treatment afterwards was still comprehensive and really super thorough. I hope I get “priority” treatment in emergencies, just like everyone else. Thank you for your humanity, thoroughness and the incredible patience and friendliness of reception and general practitioners.

2 stars for friendliness... but what good is friendliness if appointments are not kept? An appointment at 8 a.m. also means 8 a.m. and not 8:30, 8:15, 8:45 or whatever else. As a private patient, I pay a lot of money, but I also expect punctuality for agreed appointments. If you can't keep appointments, you shouldn't make them. For me at least that was it with this house and luckily I have a free choice.

Some of the rudest people I have ever encountered at the Hausartz here. This seems to be common throughout the clinic as far as reception goes, however the Doctors and Physiotherapists were kind. However even though the Physiotherapists were not rude, they did not offer anything in regards to helping pain management! They simply did manual therapy then left without any offer of what I could do also on my own, it felts like the minimum effort possible just to move along to the next patient. I would NOT recommend this if you want to actually get better. Overall I would not recommend this place unless you have no other option!

(Translated by Google) 2 stars for the very friendly staff at the orthopedic reception. However, I can tell from Dr. Only advise against Muzaffer Düzgünoglu-Ruffertshöfer as an orthopaedist. Wrong prescriptions written out and wrong treatment. I was supposed to get a splint for my knee and got a stabilization shoe. Unbelievable! Either he doesn't listen or it's the language barrier, but I find it very negligent.

After over 4 years of searching for a professional within the field of psychology/psychiatry throughout the entirety of Berlin, I can finally say that I have found someone so very clearly competent, motivated, patient empowering and qualified for the job they do. I will never not be grateful to have been blessed with getting to be Dr. Zech's patient.

I was in this practice again today, we were greeted warmly at reception. According to the appointment, it was our turn. My 90 year old mother was treated very nicely in a very calm atmosphere. We always feel very well looked after! Thanks for that! Unfortunately, such a practice is very rare today. Please continue!

(Translated by Google) The pediatrician is the only thing that is still recommended there. Have been there with my children for several years. As far as the other doctors are concerned, I cannot have a say, since I "failed" because of the receptionists ... unfortunately I can only agree with the previous speakers. Absolutely unfriendly, incompetent and to get a "timely" appointment is more difficult than expected. (The probability of winning the lottery is greater there). Not to mention if you try to do it by phone. You hardly have a chance there. And if it worked and you get one on the phone, you immediately notice the absolute annoyed listlessness paired with the absolute standard sentence "We cannot accept new patients in this medical center!". Awful!!! As I said, I will stay with the pediatrician, even if I no longer live in Berlin but in Brandenburg. But otherwise the "rest" is more of an imposition.

I recommend anti-aggression therapy followed by training on how to deal with people to the little woman with brown hair who works at the general practitioner's registration office. It's not the first time that the little woman with brown hair has poisoned people. She is already called a poison dwarf among patients and there is probably a reason for that. No matter how friendly you are, anyone who makes mistakes or doesn't know things as a patient will simply be attacked, but not just by the little woman with brown hair, there are 1-2 other ladies. Therefore, before you go there, find out about the system that prevails there, which is always changing. The doctors there are really good and some of the ladies at the registration desk are always nice to the patients, even if they make mistakes or don't know everything. Respectful treatment should not be one-sided, the tone and manner also make the music;)

I was there 2 times already, by Dr. Zech. It was ADHD diagnostic and medication change at the second visit. Even though I went there for medication change and without appointment. I was feeling welcomed in the office and totally understood. If you're seeking for help with your ADHD - don't be scared. I learned on my own skin, that's better to wait for competent doctor, as get medicated by fast avalible doctor, without any idea of our beautiful minds.

With my family doctor, Dr. I'm very happy with Jürgens so far. I have never been treated badly at the registration desk. Always friendly so far. I was also happy with the cardiology department and even got an appointment relatively quickly. So I don't have to fully understand the reviews here. I find it very strange, especially with a star.

I can only say good things about the facility. Regardless of whether you are a family doctor, Dr. Naumann or surgery. You are treated very well, always friendly and competent. Physiotherapy in the basement is highly recommended. The colleagues at reception do everything they can to coordinate appointments promptly. I had a particularly good experience with Mr. Romanik. He is super calm, explains the treatment and…it helps. So thumbs up for Polikum

Unfortunately you HAVE to give 1 star... An absolute disaster! Instead of splitting up patients when a doctor isn't there, or scheduling non-urgent cases for the next day, you wait over 3 hours with a sick, contagious child. Certainly much longer, then we left. Not the first time. Then you can't take in so many patients. This practice will never see us again!!!

Hard to get hold of doctors I have used (phone numbers often go straight to answering machines or central operators who can’t connect to doctors), extreme waiting times and they never respond after any tests are done, forcing you to travel there (since phone and email don’t work) to chance being able to get what you need.

If you had to give reception A a name, it would be A, how arrogant. The receptionists at the reception there take care of things that you can hardly find words for. The behavior is patronizing, the importance of the patient's affairs is not taken seriously and people are treated in a condescending manner. Some of these receptionists should learn when to shut up, keep their opinions to themselves more often, be shown where their place is and start doing their job properly. Because as much as they are convinced that everything is going well at this reception, they are making themselves ridiculous with their conviction. Because the only thing that really works there is the patient. Looking for a new practice.

It is not possible to reach us by telephone, despite the fact that the call was made within the telephone reachability. There are no appointments available even via online appointment scheduling. You will get back to me via email weeks later and the response will be unfriendly. In addition, according to KV-Berlin, there is an open consultation hour at the ophthalmology clinic here from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., but this is no longer true.

Ophthalmology - unfriendly, the card reading system doesn't work, issuing a prescription is too much and then you are sent to the accident clinic in Marzahn if you have conjunctivitis. (Translated by Google) Actually not worth a star. Cannot be reached by phone. With the general practitioners so incredibly unfriendly receptionists, want to know what you have down to the smallest detail, with a full waiting room. If they think they are doctors and make diagnoses, why are they sitting at the front as medical assistants. The waiting room would not always be so full if the older patients could be reminded not to drag their partner with them even though they don't have an appointment or are only there to accompany them. In this way, two seats would not be blocked at the same time and other sick patients would also have a place and would not have to stand or sit on the floor. If you come to the acute consultation, you should expect a waiting time of at least 2.5 hours. As a pregnant woman waiting outside at -4 degrees, without a seat, on the grounds that it could be Corona because one symptom was a slight sore throat, that was the peak. I should have waited 40 minutes. The indication that the rapid test was negative on 3 consecutive days and that a 3-fold vaccination protection is available, was ignored by the service staff at the counter. Nobody was interested in the pharmacy, so I stayed there waiting. The PCR test carried out by the doctor then remained negative. I can imagine that the job at the counter is exhausting. However, if they were all friendlier, they would also receive more kindness and gratitude. Or in your next life, keep your eyes open when choosing a career or be more careful at school and Study medicine 😉! (Original) Eigentlich keinen Stern wert.

I have been a patient at Polikum for many years and feel like I am in good hands in every department there. Not only the stress-tested nurses at Reception A, but also the doctors there are extremely competent and helpful. I also heard about other experiences in the waiting area last week. But when you call into the forest, it echoes back. I can also recommend ENT and cardiology with a clear conscience. In fact, it is difficult to get an appointment at short notice, but good doctors are in high demand. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all.

An absolute nightmare of a polyclinic. Pediatrician Griet Schnieders threatened my husband and I with calling the youth welfare office because we refused an unnecessary (and potentially harmful) medical procedure when our daughter was only 3 months old! Schnieders said that SHE THINKED our daughter had hip dysplasia because SHE THINKED she had uneven folds on her hips. And she DEMANDED that we get an ultrasound. She told my husband on the phone that she would call child welfare if we didn't do that! We studied the scientific literature and discovered almost immediately that uneven wrinkles, in and of themselves, are not a sign of hip dysplasia. So not only does she not know this, she just blindly follows her outdated (or intentionally corrupt, let's not forget that hospitals get money for every procedure) protocols like a robot, but she also doesn't hesitate to stress and threaten young parents, when her baby was only a few months old. An ultrasound is not harmless (read the manual, Ms. Schnieders) and should not be prescribed left and right, especially not for newborns. Especially since another pediatrician subsequently didn't see any uneven wrinkles. This is an absolute horror show! She demanded that we follow her recommendations as if they were orders from a superior. We didn't want any more stress, but I hope another couple in the future will be angrier and more determined to put this "doctor" in her place.

I have been going to Dr. Policum Fennpfuhl regularly for over a year now. Zech and have only had positive experiences so far. Sometimes the waiting time is quite long, but that's bearable considering that Dr. Zech likes to take the necessary time for his patients to ensure the best possible treatment. As a patient, I experienced this from the beginning. What I find particularly nice is that conversations with him are usually very relaxed and you can sometimes laugh together - if the situation is appropriate. Since I went to Dr. Since I've been undergoing treatment, my life has changed in a very positive way.
