Horrible
service,
in
your
place,
I
would
choose
another
gym
to
ensure
a
good
experience
and
enjoy
pleasant
workouts.
I
joined
the
gym
under
the
promotion
"change
your
gym"
(or
something
similar)
and
according
to
the
promotion
the
first
6
months
should
be
for
free,
but
they
started
to
charge
my
account
from
the
first
day,
i
complained
but
i
was
completely
ignored,
i
didnt
have
more
options
that
treating
them
with
legal
actions
for
them
to
respect
the
contract.

I
signed
for
a
VIP
membership
to
be
able
to
work
out
in
the
small
VIP
area,
but
I
am
not
able
because
the
VIP
area
is
always
crowded
by
people
who
pays
the
basic
membership,
I
have
informed
in
the
entrance
desk
at
gym
countless
time
about
the
problem
but
they
just
ignored
my
complain,
and
I
texted
the
customer
service
in
the
"customer
area"
of
their
app,
but
i
never
got
an
answer,
mee
and
other
people
have
informed
the
trainers,
the
gym
manager
,
we
have
sent
emails
that
never
got
replied....it
shows
a
horrible
lack
of
proffesionalism
and
respect
toward
the
customers.
Once
I
was
training
in
the
VIP
area
with
a
friend
and
two
guys,
who
just
sneake
in
the
VIP
area
daily,
with
the
permission
of
the
trainers
insulted
me
because
they
wanted
to
stay
alone
in
the
area
and
when
i
complained
the
treated
me
with
giving
me
a
beat
down,
i
contacted
via
"member
area"
the
customer
service
about
that
still
waiting
for
reply.
About
the
hygiene,
they
dont
have
any
cleaning
staff,
therefore,
the
people
working
in
the
desk
have
to
leave
their
duties
to
go
to
clean
the
entire
gym
including
the
toilets
and
after
that
they
go
back
to
sell
protein
bars.
sometimes
i
checked
how
long
they
take
to
clean
the
entire
huge
installations,
and
sometimes
it
was
under
30
mins,
so
we
can
asumme
they
dont
do
a
good
job,
and
to
test
it,
once
I
put
a
paper
in
the
bottle
holder
of
a
machine
and
it
was
there
for
few
weeks.

The
trainers
and
employees
never
say
hello
or
goodbye
to
customers,
if
somebody
talk
to
them
or
ask
something,
they
dont
even
look
at
the
customers,
they
prefer
keep
chatting
on
phones
and
helping
customers.

the
girl
working
in
the
reception
just
started
to
take
a
nap
in
the
reception
desk
in
front
of
the
customers,
for
that
reason
i
was
able
to
take
a
picture
of
her
sleeping.
They
dont
tide
up
the
woking
out
areas,
leaving
the
dumbbells
everywhere
and
the
dumbbells
racks
completely
empty,
banks
in
the
middle
of
nowhere...

In
the
facilities,
there
are
always
many
broken
things,
such
as
machines,
dumbbells,
toilets,
and
the
management
always
takes
months
to
repair
them.

In
resumen:
horrible
experience,
full
of
bad
experiences,
so
from
my
point
of
view
it
is
a
waste
of
money
and
in
berlin
there
are
many
gyms
much
better
such
as
fitx
or
holmes
place.
so
consider
if
u
want
to
have
a
pleasant
and
nice
workouts
or
just
want
to
waste
ur
money
in
fitone
