    Today I had an appointment for laser surgery. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait 40 minutes. She had an arrogant attitude and made me feel bad, like I was the last thing!! I don't know what your problem was, maybe that I don't have injected lips or fake eyelashes. The practice itself seems ok, looked clean at first glance. In the treatment room, the device with which I was to be treated was dirty! She actually wanted to use the dirty device! After cleaning I didn't have a good feeling! Furthermore, the treatment hurt, even though she said you wouldn't notice anything! If the staff were nicer and the practice was clean, everything would be fine, but I wouldn't go there again! It's a shame that you can't give minus points!

    My first treatment went quite average. Unfortunately there was no receptionist that day, so the beautician had to leave the room every time the bell rang. My second treatment didn't even happen. Apparently I was called the day before and canceled the appointment, which was not the case. So I wasted half a day of work. I was offered an alternative date, but only in eight weeks. Due to this poor customer service, I can only recommend looking for another company for cosmetic treatments

Some time ago, I was given an appointment for a small aesthetic procedure (lips). So I was happy and mentally prepared for it because I was a little excited. Then a WhatsApp message came that my appointment had to be rescheduled. Mhm ok, it can happen at the next appointment. And again shortly before that it was canceled and this time no new appointment was offered so I tried again and again to reach the center. Of course in vain and messages were not received but read.😡So I wrote one last message via WhatsApp, of course, because I couldn't reach anyone else. My criticism was met with a prompt response and new empty promises. So I waited again and of course nothing came again! I've never experienced anything like this in my life, even for an appointment at the nail salon. Extremely unprofessional. It doesn't work at all. My conclusion and maybe also advice. Invest your money in another center. If there are problems with appointments, I don't want to know what their work is like. I was probably lucky in bad luck.🍀🍀

Ich denke, daß hier auch ein billiges und schlechtes Hifu-Gerät verwendet wird (Ja, es gibt unterschiedliche Qualitäten, auch wenn manche Behandler versuchen einzureden, daß es "überall das gleiche" wäre. Stimmt nicht!

    No idea about the Zahnarts! I just went there for cosmetic and beauty related stuff! The eye prp was awful!! The receptionist was applying it! Which was really wierd! It was my fault that I didn’t ask for sb else! I usually did this befire and u dont have so much bruises! But she did it so fast then i have to big black eyes for more than 16 days 😞😩🥺 I gave 3 star because of the LPG was really good and efficient but still they have to give you persistent sessions but they cancel in the middle so i had to find another one!! But the results of the sessions and the lady who performed the massage was really good ! Otherwise I would give 1 star for what happened to my eyes! ( again i did this pro before and after this tragedy never bruised like this one ) 😣

After my first appointment for radiofrequency treatment was canceled shortly beforehand, which was very disappointing... it was rescheduled for 5 weeks later. That would be in 3 days now. Today they didn't even call me (probably they didn't dare) but canceled my appointment via text AGAIN! I'm sorry...but I have NO understanding of that anymore.
