    I wanted to cancel my ticket because it didn't work online. Ms. D. König couldn't help me. Basically, I would understand that. Unfortunately, this lady has no manners and shouldn't be working with people. Instead of properly explaining to me what the reason was and what alternatives I had, she simply left me standing at the counter without notice. She told her colleague that she had to take a break now. Didn't look at me anymore and didn't respond to my speech. A written complaint about Ms. D. König will definitely be sent to the superiors and consumer protection. That's not how you treat customers. That's not how you treat anyone.

    Their attitude is so wrong and unfriendly. And if you speak English, they will treat you like a bad stranger, I repeat a bad stranger. It feels like they are trained for mistreating people.

    We now know that DB takes a little longer. That's why I went to the travel center on Thursday morning to pay for a European group ticket (why can't this be done online??). According to the waiting number I should wait 30 minutes. After 50 minutes the screen still said over 20 minutes and I left. Waiting for over an hour on Thursday morning is simply not acceptable. When should you come to get decent service? By the way, two counters were open, three other employees were also sitting there, but they probably had something very important to do...

    Aside from the fact that I waited more than 30 minutes, the employee gave me incorrect information. I asked if I could cancel the ticket due to illness. The answer was of course no, because it was too short notice and because it was a saver ticket. But then I called the hotline and suddenly everything was possible and easy. And all within 5 minutes… So it's better to call the hotline instead of going to the switchboard.

    Went there early afternoon about 1 1/2 weeks ago. The line was quite long, waited for about half an hour to 45 minutes. I wanted to check for prices for a train to Croatia. She was able to find a connection but said I couldn't book it just yet, which was a bit disappointing after waiting so long. However, her service was good and she was friendly. Booked the ticket a week later on the phone.

    One star is too much for this Reisezentrum, slow working, unfriendly, and it's not organized at all. No waiting numbers, tow waiting lines without explanation. Not recommended at all. Never ever again .

    Very very slow process... We are displaced from Ukraine and our only way to get tickets is here via the Reisezentrum. So we have been stuck here with kids for more than 40 minutes and missed our train as a result. It was not a huge crowd here, maybe 30 persons , but still the DB staff worked very slow and didn't use all service windows.

    One of five counters is open to the “normal population”, four other employees chatting behind the counter drinking coffee or passing on their knowledge to new employees. 18 people waiting for service.     When asked about fully occupied luggage storage, the succinct statement. Then you cannot use the train service. The alleged alternative has been closed for about a year but is still on the Internet. I was traveling with my disabled husband. Thank you for that

    The employees are great and have to withstand the nervous strain of frustrated customers under difficult conditions and stress. The railways should slowly wake up here and become more attractive for employees. Personally, I had to wait 2.5 hours until I could personally clarify my concerns with a very friendly employee. While waiting, I was able to see for myself what a strenuous and annoying job the employees have to do every day.

    The woman who ‘helped’ me kept repeating the same thing in german, to which I kept repeating I don’t understand, only for her to be irritated with me. She was constantly sighing and still repeating herself, and I was still not understanding because I don’t speak german!!!!. I walked out and bought a ticket from the machine instead. Very rude and unprofessional.

    I am very disappointed. We've bought trial railway cards and forgotten to cancel the prolongation. By the rules we should cancel the card subscription a 6 months before the ending of trial card. Service of DB thinks that it is normal without any reminders to prolong the subscription. And what is the awful practice to prolong subscription automatically???? it looks like pumping out money. And what is more terrifying me, that when I asked to cancel it because of my difficult financial situation, they refused me.

    With a small problem, we waited patiently for our queue number to be called. When it was our turn, three colleagues started a private chat; our waiting time should now last 1-5 minutes. Finally it was our turn, Mr. Ehling explained to us in an arrogant, condescending and professorial manner everything that wasn't possible. I complained about his impossible behavior, he motivated me to complain about him, saying I was the first in 41 years. The Mitropa charm could not be overlooked. He then said he was ending the conversation, he didn't need any of that, slammed a sign on the counter and left. EHLING, I officially complained about you today, hopefully your behavior will have lasting consequences.

    I was there between 5 and 5:30 on a Friday. Waiting time around 20 - 30 minutes, which I consider to be absolutely reasonable. The lady at the counter was very friendly (how it sounds in the forest...) and my problem was solved quickly and easily.
