Dr. Peet was possibly the least professinal doctor I have ever known. Fertility doctors should not be rated based on whether or not the treatment was successful, but whether the experience helped the couple emotionally, in other words to be hopeful as well as realistic while getting due knowledge on the process. Every time we saw Dr. Peet he started off by asking what we were there for that day, as if he had never seen us before, meaning he never even bothered to look at the record before seeing the patient. He went on holiday twice in the 6 months we were seeing him, and one time while he was away, I saw the other doctor at the clinic, Dr. Wilkenning (who was nice), who noticed that Dr. Peet did not even make a note of the size of the follicle during the previous treatment on the file so she was unable to give appropriate advice to me. When we started IVF process, the medication we got from the pharmacy was in a different format from the way Dr. Peet instructed us, and when we asked for a better explanation he just sent us a link to his YouTube video which demonstrates the same process, thus did not answer our question (it goes without saying how scary it is to inject medications to your own body without feeling 100% sure of the process). Now after seeing another doctor and blessed with a child, we are ready to put all of this behind but hopefully other couples do not have to go through the same stress which certainly will not help in this challenging journey. One star given to the politeness of the staff and for the convenient location.

Some receptionist speaks English very well. Some nurses too. Frau Dr. Nickel is always very friendly, helpful and can speak English very well too. I always feel welcomed coming to this clinic. They are very fast and proactive in communicating with me. I felt a different level of service in this clinic compared to other clinics I have been to.

They told me they didnt speak english so I skipped-to-my-Lu on outa there. Was 5 years ago. I hope they are friendlier and more welcoming, considering what the business is.

I can really recommend this clinic, Dr Nickel and the receptionists are really wonderful. This was a second clinic for me due to super long wait times and sheer rudeness of the staff at the previous (another fertility centre on Friedrichstraße). There is a waiting period for the first consultation but for me it was well worth it - waiting times were acceptable usually 15 mins and everybody offers decent service and make you feel comfortable. I would avoid Dr Glaser for her style and inaccuracy of communication, abrupt handling of vaginal ultrasound. This was my experience.

Professional doctors! I can only recommend about the clinic and the staff. Dr. Peet is super professional, I'm really happy.

If I could give the clinic 10 stars, then I would. Zero language barriers. Communicative, friendly, respectful, expert, professional, kind: these describe every nurse, receptionist and doctor I came in contact with. I have never felt more taken care of in a medical setting, especially regarding the delicate subject matter. Highly recommended!

I was treated there last year and can only recommend the practice. The nurses are very nice and attentive and the doctors are simply top. I am super happy and proud to have left the practice pregnant last year. I am so grateful and my twins are now 7 months old. Thank you very much.😀

I was a patient of Dr. Peet and I couldn’t be more satisfied. No doubt he‘s a great professional and besides that he was always able to create this relaxed atmosphere in our communication, a little joke here and there, but still very much on point. Our IVF treatment was successful from the first try, after bad experience in another clinic. Was it pure luck? I can’t tell. But I felt so relaxed, welcomed and well treated by all the staff in the clinic, they all were so nice to us that it definitely helped to trust and enjoy the process. Expecting our little girl in July and couldn’t be more grateful.

The best decision I have made. A wonderful caring staff, Doctor Peet is a great professional. I highly recommend this practice and I have another practice to compare with.

We switched from another fertility clinic to the fertility practice and it was absolutely the right decision. The employees are always friendly and warm, respond quickly to emails, try to find individual solutions and simply make sure that you feel in good hands there. The doctor we were treated by gave us great care, addressed our individual situation and was always optimistic and realistic. I really enjoy coming to the practice and that is an important prerequisite for me given the many necessary visits. I also think it's great that you are constantly looked after by one doctor (except for illness or very short-term appointments) and don't have to change constantly (that's what I knew from the other practice). The practice also referred us to the state's funding program and supported us in applying for additional health insurance funding - absolutely not a given, as I unfortunately had to experience in the other practice.

After I was treated very insensitively in another practice and my cause was not investigated due to my “young age” (27), I finally found a “home” for our desire to have children in the fertility practice. There is so much empathy towards you everywhere, from the entire team. When I had my first abortion after IVF, I suddenly totally cried at the reception. The MFA was so sensitive, emotionally moving and it was just nice to know that you were always in good hands there. The atmosphere of the practice is super nice and cozy (unlike other clinics). Humanity is the top priority and not mass processing. Thanks to Ms. Dr. Nickel and Ms. Dr. Glaser and to Dr. Peet, that I can already carry our miracle under my heart in the seventh month. We couldn't be happier!

I was in the practice for the first time today. My positive impression from the phone call was reinforced today. The receptionists are very committed and friendly and the doctor took a lot of time with me. Fully deserved 5 stars!

I can only recommend the practice. Appointments can be made quickly and easily. The doctors and nurses I have had the pleasure of getting to know so far have all been friendly and empathetic, as well as knowledgeable in their field. Also a big compliment to Mr. Dr. Butcher. He is a very calm, polite doctor who is always solution-oriented and tries to get the best possible solutions (not just financial ones for the practice). True to the motto: if it's right then it's right and sometimes less is more. Only the telephone connection to the practice didn't work so well 2/3 times, but well then you just try again later or another day. Only the start was a bit bumpy. We originally planned to have IUI and I was recommended to have my fallopian tubes checked, but they said I could start 2/3 attempts with the IUI. My gut feeling said no and so I had a lapinoscopy done in advance. Due to blocked fallopian tubes, I could have done 100 iuis - without success! You should also listen to your gut and discuss your concerns with your doctors. After I discussed my approach, everything was OK for Mr. Dr. Butcher and I were happy in the end to have “saved” €400 per treatment :)

Exceptional Praxis. Not much to say, just that the whole experience is great every time i go there. Dr. Nickel is one of the best doctors I have had an appointment with in Berlin so far. The staff and the doctor are very experienced. Also, they don't try to charge additional services as other fertility centers have done to me.

We felt very comfortable and, above all, in good hands with Dr. Peet and his team. We didn't have a single moment of doubt or fear that we weren't right here. The team is so great that I was really sad when we didn't have to go there anymore. Every question and concern was answered by Dr. Peet and the team answered at any time, everything was transparent. Everyone was honest at all times so we always knew what was going on. We would recommend the practice to every couple.

Finally going to gynecologist became a pleasant experience! I love this place!

I already failed at the receptionist because she was so rude. Sentences like “What do you want? It sounds like you read something about it on the internet.” If you hear something like that said when you make an appointment for an initial consultation, you don’t feel like it anymore.

My wife and I lived in Berlin for a long time and tried to get pregnant naturally, but it didn't work out. Afterwards, I decided to try IVF treatment at this hospital with the help of Dr. Annette Nickel. As a result, I was able to have a child after only my second attempt at IVF. While meeting Dr. Nickel for over 4 years, the impression I got from him was that he was very caring and kind, and very accurate and meticulous in his work. The reason I am writing this in Korean is because I would like to strongly recommend Dr. Nickel to any foreigners considering the procedure. I am writing this review with a very grateful heart to Mr. Nickel and his staff.

To be clear, we can recommend the practice 100% 🍀 After my husband and I had bad experiences at another practice, we decided to change practices. Friends then recommended this practice to us. We made an initial appointment over the phone, and we had a really nice staff on the phone during this conversation. Then everything started happening :) We were treated by Dr. Kreuz and what can we say from the first visit to the practice we were impressed by everyone. All the sisters and especially Dr. Cross and also Ms. Dr. Nickel, who we also got to know, were all so empathetic and sensitive that we couldn't believe that things could be done differently than in the first practice. Thanks to the team, we can now carry our miracle close to our hearts ❤️ In the end we left the practice with a laughing eye (of joy) and a sad eye (that we are receiving more treatment there). We would like to say a big thank you to every single person in this practice who accompanied us in our miracles and maybe we'll see you again for our polar bear ☺️

I came to use this clinic after 3 previous treatments at another clinic. As a comparison I must say the level of care at Dr Peet's clinic was excellent. Immediately I was impressed by the friendly nature of the staff along with fantastic language skills. For me I found it a big help to be able to deal with this delicate issue in my own language. I was also impressed that when I had a mini emergency one evening with medication I had my doctor at the other end of the email to answer any questions etc. This was a level of care that I wasn't used to from the previous clinic. As it happens, my treatment was successful but ever before that I realised that I was totally happy with this choice of clinic. I can highly recommend Dr. Peet and his team!

Unfortunately, there is no permanent doctor there, you are always seeing someone else, which really bothered me personally with such an intimate matter. We had at least 3 IVF attempts. Despite several blastocytes, sometimes fresh and sometimes frozen, implantation never occurred. When I had finished planning children, I spontaneously became pregnant about 6 months later :). Conclusion: I don't think much of the procedure! I think it only works in exceptional cases and is otherwise pure money-making, which saved us several thousand euros. Just believe in yourself and the powerful natural processes. Unfortunately you can't control or force everything, but in the end everything works out somehow❤️.

I always look forward to my appointment. Before I trusted the doctor, I had the feeling that he trusted me more, quite a funny story. My little miracle happened here and I am incredibly grateful to the doctor.
