    Absolutely shocking! I was scheduled for a small surgery, the doctor rushed me into the operating room without answering my questions. While in the operating room, the doctor was busy sending WhatsApp messages from his mobile phone and didn't pay any attention to me, after that, he came over to me without disinfecting his hands or anything and wanted to start operating on me. I found this behavior outrageous and refused to go through with the surgery. I got up from the operating table and left. The doctor became very angry and started insulting and yelling! I am glad that I didn't go through the surgery. In my opinion basic medical protocols were not followed, I felt that patients are not treated respectfully at all and not given enough time. This place is definitely not up to the medical standards, stay away from it!

    Edit 2: I have just received an email from Google that they are investigating my review, with the lawyer of this clinic stating that I am "unknown to his client; there was never a business relationship" and requesting to remove my review. HOW DARE YOU?! What you are doing is completely illegal and disrespectful towards the physical and emotional pain you have caused me. On top of everything that I went through, today I went to the ER because I found a hidden small piece of stitch left in my surgery (!!!) and my hematoma is still not healed after 4 weeks. Dr Hasert, SHAME ON YOU! --- Most horrendous medical experience of my life! I have to say, I have been pretty shocked that something like this can happen in Germany. I’ve had two skin surgeries in the praxisklinik in the last 3 months, on my outside right labia, to remove an atheroma, which is a cyst caused by an ingrown hair. First surgery wasn’t done correctly by Frau Cristina Denisa Grindean (Ärztin in Weiterbildung) as the cyst formed back immediately after, hence the reason for my second surgery. Herr Manh Hai Le (also Arzt in Weiterbildung) performed the second surgery and confirmed that the capsule was not removed completely the first time, so he had to go deeper. He told me that there might be a small bruise because there will be a little hematoma, and then he sent me home. To my shock, when I arrived home my labia had gotten massively swollen and started to turn black, so the next day I went in as an emergency and he verbally told me that this was their fault and that they should have applied pressure for 2 hours after the surgery, because I was bleeding internally. He told me that this is considered a very big hematoma and that it will heal on its own, but in many weeks. I was in shock as I couldn't believe what I was hearing and I started crying, but there was no empathy given to me. So after two weeks, I now still have a long way to go to heal the hematoma. Today I removed my stitches and I keep having a small bleed from my surgery, which means that the initial cyst capsule might still be there and that it hasn’t been removed completely this time either. This is the worst medical expertise and post OP care I have experienced in my life and I really hope that more people will read these reviews before deciding to even make an appointment here. I can definitely confirm the other reviews - that there are always crazy waiting times, I have never seen so many people coming in a praxisklinik ever - it’s very clear that they are more interested in making money than in the actual care of their patients. Especially when you have medical residents who make so many mistakes - patient care should be doubled! Shame on you.

    I am patient since years and I am very sad to say that, competence apart (medician and nurses are super cool) there are few very bad things that I would suggest to fix because, these make the experience of booking an appointment, very unpleasant. 1. Is truly hard to get answered to the phone.The phone number provided, just put me in wait forever. 2. Patients await on the stairs for also more than 30 mins sometimes, before being welcomed into the studio and then wait again. 3. Booking an appointment is a "lotto win" if you can catch one on doctolib, maybe you have one in months. I wish there were the possibility to speak with someone to manage the appointments better.

    All 3 times I went I was unhappy. The queuing on the stairs to begin with is a joke, 30 people all queuing up the stair case when you have an appointment and have to wait an hour to be seen after your appointment time. Then you are greeted by rude staff on reception. Lastly the female doctor that saw me last rushed through checking my moles which didn’t fill me with lots of confidence and then seemed to think I had mold on my back which I had to correct her and say it was acne scars from when I was about 10 years old. Did these people even go through medical training? My friend who left a bad review recently who had similar experiences had his comment removed and the practice wrote that he wasn’t a patient there….WRONG! Definitely don’t waste your time there is all I can say!

    This place is a terrifying butchery! Do not go there! The doctor botched my face for a small cosmetic surgery which caused severe scarring and serious side effects, after that he was suddenly unavailable whenever I try to talk to him. Yet he dares to threaten suing me for sharing a review here! They exploit being an expat and not knowing the German laws and try to make you feel scared and force you to delete the review in which one is talking about their horrible work!! The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life! THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS! AVOID GOING THERE AT ALL COSTS!

    the busiest practice in berlin i have ever visited. we had to que for 30 minutes after our appointment start time with the ques going up the stairs just to speak to the reception. after that we had to wait 30 minutes more. once we were eventually seen by a doctor, we were rushed and could only mention one theme that concerned us. We estimated that we only had 3 minutes each with the doctor and was told to book another appointment to talk about anything else. this is ridiculous since we already waited 3 months for our individual appointments and then an hour of waiting since we arrived. I will be complaining to my health insurance provider since the appointment contact time and attention did not meet even basic standards. avoid this place at all costs!

    I will not be returning to this place for the surgical procedure. I have found a new doctor. Doctor Riani did her best. As an autoimmune person with disabilities who has difficulties staying healthy, I would have preferred an out of order practice to have rescheduled my appointment in order to ensure my safety and quality care. Even after waiting three months to see them. So many people in the waiting room when I arrived and a very long wait was expected. They saw me before other people that arrived before me. I guess they only saw me sooner after I had posted a one star review while waiting and paid cash instead of using my insurance? They had google remove my review several times, even claiming it was fake. The lawyer claims it’s that they fear other doctors will leave bad reviews and yet they still complain after I have shown my bill. The doctor had his lawyer threaten me via the google review team, most of the lawyers complaints were due to them mis comprehending English. It’s a hard language. That’s why I appreciate Google reviews having a built in translation feature, I’m not sure how that feature didn’t help them. The other reviews here also talk about experiencing these difficulties when leaving constructive bit negative feedback. Some people never learn to receive criticism? Statistically speaking, it would be weird to have a business run by humans who never make an error. I don’t think a few one star reviews are worth stressing over when you run a competent business. When an owner voluntarily chooses to open their business up to public opinion then the full spectrum of 1-5 stars is to be expected. If you want 100% control over public perception then using a free marketing service like google reviews is not for you. Fortunately I did not get ill because of the unusual situation during my appointment. No exact details for you dear reader, because of the situation listed above. Thank God 🙏 A miracle for me as I am disabled and have autoimmune disease. ——- At my new dermatologist (at a different practice!!!!!) they went into more specific detail regarding the surgery, after care requirements, what exact supplies to buy before, and how to treat and cover the wounds; he had only three people in his waiting room which allowed him to spend over an hour with me. With him I felt take care of and safe. Because the waiting room was not overcrowded we could go slow; I even found out I can get immunotherapy for my life threatening animal and plant allergies! I was also given a prescription for an emergency rescue medicine; if my throat starts to swell closed I won’t need to die! I believe my new dr gifted me the exact experience that I had hoped to have been given at this office.

    There are almost 20 reviews on my account and none of them are negative, except for this. Threatening paying customers who leave poor reviews with legal action sums this place up. Very poor experience. Rude staff and no adherence to appointment times. Was a patient here for 6 months and every time I was waiting for 2+ hours, consistently resulting in the need to reschedule other commitments throughout the day. I have seen other similar reviews been deleted over the past few months, I hope Google can realise the trend here and enable authentic reviews to stand. 3.9* is laughable for some of the comments that have appeared on this page.

    Dr Andrea was rude and impolite and didn't even take the proper time for examination or listening. Totally unproffesional as he was more into flirting with his nurse and communicated by yelling. A butcher would had more empathy. What a shame of a doctor !!!

    “Abandon every hope, ye who enter here” I have been a patient of this clinic for over 2 years now. I had to go through a long treatment and every time I had an appointment there was a new doctor visiting me, completely unaware of my situation and the medications I was taking every day. After 1.5 year, a new doctor finally told me that my results were negative, but probably it was because I never stopped taking the medications before taking the blood test. I’m honestly exhausted by the situation. If you have to cancel an appointment, they never give you a new option by email, you have to go back to the clinic and make a new one in person. The last time I went there, I had the appointment scheduled for 11h. The doctor (a new one, of course) finally let me in at 12h15.

    I had an appointment here to have a small cosmetic laser procedure done, which turned out to be a nightmare, I ended up with skin burns and deep scars that caused me enormous emotional and mental distress. Everything is wrong with this clinic, terrible patient treatment, disrespectful communication style, arrogant and extremely narcissistic demeanor from the doctors coupled with poor listening and inadequate explanations of the technical issues with a complete lack of empathy. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before my visit, all these 5 stars reviews must be fake, probably bought, they are a bunch of lies and never reflect the truth. I recommend everyone to avoid this clinic. Better find another doctor who really cares for the well-being of his patients! *** 10/2023 I got an email from Google asking me to provide proof that I was a patient at this clinic because the doctor claims through his lawyer that I was never a patient of this clinic and demanding Google to take my review down!

    They don't care about understanding your problem, just want to let you go as fast as possible so the next person can come in. Very long waiting time even though I had an appointment for which I was waiting for 2 months. Speak good English though. Would not recommend.

    Showed up on time at my 11AM appointment, only to see 30 people already waiting to be seen. I left after 30min waiting, nobody from the waiting line had been picked up by the doctors at that time still.

    Unfortunately, I am following a treatment that forces me to come here every month for a blood test in order to get a medicine. Every time I come, I have to wait at least an hour but today it’s been 2 hours and I am still waiting. The doctors here are good, but I’m wondering if that makes up for the tons of hours I have waited here for more than a year just to be able to pick up my medicine and continue my treatment. They did apologize though.

    Talking about the allgemeinmedizin part of the clinic. I went in to get a basic ECG done. One star for them giving me an appointment within a couple of days and there was no waiting time. Another star because the staff was nice. The ECG on the other hand was a disaster - absolutely wrong results because the staff member who did my ECG was still learning how to, and had practiced on me without my consent. That is not okay. I had to take the results somewhere else out of concern and get another ECG done to confirm that it was incorrect and to get a proper one. After a near panic attack from the old ECG, I am now safe to say that everything is fine. The ECG suction cups also left marks on my body for the couple days after. Moral of the story: ECGs should not be done by beginners.

    Dr. Hasert is an excellent dermatologist and very kind. I highly recommend him. The only drawbacks are the rude young lady at the reception with aggressive attitude and the general organization at the entrance, which is very chaotic, leaving patients with appointments waiting outside on the stairs.

    I booked the appointment just the day before and everything worked fine. Personnel is super friendly and helpful. My only “complaint” is that when I made the appointment Doctolib said that this doctor spoke English and that really wasn’t true. However, she did understand quite a bit and we managed to work it out. So I still recommend it if you can speak some German

    I have been a patient here for 2 years and the waiting time are just ridiculous. I had an appointment today at 14.15 and I waited for 1 hour and I had to leave because I have other things to do during the day. Also please get other chairs as people kept standing for more than 1 hour.

    I came at 15:43 for my appointment at 16:15 and had to wait for about 15 minutes to register. It’s 16:40 and I am still waiting. There’s no point in booking an appointment and coming extra early at this practice sadly. I will wait for 10 more minutes and leave. Edit: PS: Last time I had to wait for about 2 hours.

    Horrible waiting times, regardless a prior appointment exists. Had to wait standing in a queue for more than an hour only to get to the front desk. Unsafe distance on stairs and inside too, the space is just to narrow for the load. I hope to never have to come back, stay away if you’re not ready to waste your time.

    I am giving 5 starts just because someone tried to help me on the phone with their 100% effort und was really friendly. My appointment was cancelled in short notice due to the doctor being sick after waiting for 3-4 months. The women on the phone couldnt find me another appointment either. But this problem is a result of German healthcare system which takes 900 EUR from me per month and cant provide a doctor. But for their goodwill, I give a 5 to this praxis and also being the very few dermatologs that accept public health insurance.

    I had a consultation with Dr. Aurélie Rakowski and she was very very nice and kind. Even though i waited an hour, it was okay because the doctor was friendly. I was scared because of the poor reviews, however my experience was pleasant. However, i can say that the women who sit at the front desk are a bit rude and have an arrogant attitude. In a medical space, atleast the front desk people should be nice. However, because Dr Aurélie was nice, I'll leave a 5 star review.

    Pleasantly surprised after reading the comments. I was handled very professionally and everyone was super nice. In 30 minutes I was able to consult with the doctor and get my blood taken for the allergy test. Will definitely recommend!!!! 💯

    I visited this practice for the first time and saw Dr. Norah Kabbush, she was excellent, she took her time and listened to all my varies concerns. I felt heard and well taken care of, highly recommend her and will definitely be back.

    Almost unbelievably long waiting times— often the waiting room is out of space and there are 5-10 people additionally standing to wait. Despite this the care I have received at this practice has been good. If I ever have questions the doctors are willing to listen, and they still are helping me manage symptoms of a permanent condition. — Update 8 Jan 2024: The waiting situation continues to get worse. Today I counted 46 people in the waiting room, and as I write I have been standing (as there are no chairs left) for over 130 minutes waiting to simply renew my prescription. There are even more people in the queue, which snakes throughout the practice. The doctors have previously said that I should not make an appointment to renew my prescriptions but just show up for the “short” wait— but this is no longer manageable. I will have to demand appointment times in the future.
