    Normally I would not publicly post names, however, the last experience I had here was shockingly bad and I think others should be informed. (Note: i went back to this clinic as back in 2017 i had a very good doctor there. Unfortunately he was no longer available). I made an appointment for a consult after a few weeks of uncomfortable pain. Saw Dr. Saas. He sat me down and asked me “why am i there”. So after explaining all the symptoms and giving hum my patient history he asked “So, you want a check-up?” (No, i just came to visit đŸ€ŠđŸ»â€â™€ïž). I said yes and his answer is “you don’t need one”. Huh? “You are too young” #facepalm. Then i was baffled and asked “ok but what do i do, i am in pain?”. Answer: “do what you did until now”. HUH?? “How did you treat yourself till now? Just do that”. Sooo...”you will not check me nor give me any medicine?” Doctor: “here, take this” and he writes something on a piece of paper. I was so baffled that he must have seen my shock and decided to actually type something on the computer and said: “you can get this from reception”. I then asked: what is this, for how long should i take it etc... Answer “as long as it hurts”. The end. Took me 45 minutes to get to the clinic. Consult started in time. Lasted precisely 5 minutes. Understood nothing. Still with pain đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž I hope u get another doctor if you ever go there.

    Worst doctor experience in Berlin. They refuse to attend patients. They just tell you to go to another praxis. Waste of time. Only if you are a long time customer go there. The desk personnel enjoy rejecting costumers.

What I find problematic here is that the very same helpers (who have no in-depth medical training) are not able to make diagnoses. Especially without conducting an investigation. Furthermore, a general family doctor service also represents the issuance of a referral to a specialist. Thus, even if the symptom does not fall within the specialist area of ​​​​the doctors, an examination and, if necessary, a referral should take place. Anything else is a breach of medical duty. Somit sollte es selbst wenn das Symptom nicht in den Fachbereich der Ärzte fĂ€llt, zu einer Untersuchung und ggf. Überweisung kommen. Alles andere stellt eine Verletzung der Ă€rztlichen Pflicht dar.

    Hatte einen Infarkt, die Empfehlung mir nach der Reha einen Kardiologen zu suchen der die Kontrolle und die eventuelle Behandlung durchfĂŒhrt ging in die Hose,ich brĂ€uchte eine Überweisung vom Hausarzt der die genaue Thematik angibt. Stellt sich fĂŒr mich die Frage ob die keine Lust hatten, denn wenn ich die Unterlagen mitbringe kann der Arzt doch sehen was kontrolliert werden muss, oder. Der eine Punkte ist fĂŒr das TelefongesprĂ€ch .

    Mein Mann ist seit ein paar Jahren halbjĂ€hrlich bei Dr. Pötsch in Behandlung und wir haben beschlossen jetzt auch dort zu Frau Dr. MĂŒller - Prack als HausĂ€rztin zu wechseln. Warum?     Habe von meiner HausĂ€rztin eine Überweisung erhalten und bin ohne Termin aufgrund der akuten Beschwerden mit sehr geringer Wartezeit drangekommen. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich, vor allem die Krankenschwester Susanne (?) am Empfang. Die Ärztin hat sich genĂŒgend Zeit genommen. Habe mich noch in keiner Praxis so wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vielen Dank!

    Dr Dreier hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Er ist nett, sorgfÀltig und kompetent. WÀhrend der ganzen Untersuchung mit Ultraschall hat Dr Dreier alles sehr genau erklÀrt.
