Wonderful hotel with a great centre location. Perfect

We stayed in a standard room for two nights. There are no drawers or shelves where you can put your clothes, etc, so you have to live out of your suitcase. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days in early November 2023. The hotel does not provide irons or ironing boards. It does not have an ironing room. This is very inconvenient for travelers needing an iron. I tried breakfast once and for 15 Euros not a very good value at all. Room was clean but small.

Beautiful decor, very stylish, good in all areas. Only complaint (very small complaint) the lighting is very poor, the room was dark.

Central location. Parking entrance next to Frank Provost 16 rue de la republique. No need to go past barriers to pedestrian zone. Parking not free - €20

Stayed often here for business, every time worse. Last time AC turned off at night during heat wave, rooms are old, requested wakeup calls never happen

It’s rated as a 3 Stars hotel but can easily receive an extra star! Great hotel, very helpful and pleasant team, superb location, secured parking. Stayed in executive room with coffee/tea machine and free use of the mini bar. Definitely will return there in my next visit to Besançon!

Great hotel! Superb breakfast and a good café machine, close and secure parking, hotel location in the town center, nice, helpful staff and the rooms are comfortable. Book here, you will not be disappointed.

I chose this hotel for my visit to Besancon based on the review by the previous German visitor and I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is well situated in the heart of the city and handy to most of the major attractions within walking distance. The hotel description is accurate, though a slight distraction on the first floor passage may give a wrong impression due to a flooding accident that has stained the carpet. I have nothing but praise for the help I had from the receptionist's recommendations for restaurants which made for enjoyable evening dining. For anyone attending an event at the Micropolis Exhibition Center the Tram is but a 5 min walk from the hotel. If I have the opportunity to return to Besancon this is the place I'll stay. The map I feel is incorrect and should actually show the entrance from Rue des Granges as the entrance from Rue de la Republique is for cars and not easy to spot on Google street view.

The hotel rooms are ok. They don’t change the sheets everyday , maybe they are too ecological. The breakfast was ok. Nothing out of the usual in the region. The attendees were very nice and the hotel location is excellent.

Loved this hotel in the old city. Rooms are not very big but they are renovated and clean. The breakfast is wonderful with many options encluding eggs and bacon. Also provided a coffee / hot chocolate machine and a Nesspreso machine. Wifi was a bit slow but good enough for mails and stuff. If you travel to or through Becenson and looking for a good hotel in the old city this one is highly recommended!

Rooms are small, by North American standards, but are comfortable and clean. The rooms don't have a safe so you kept your valuables in a safe at reception.

Very comfortable room with very quiet air conditioning. Good breakfast and nice service. Pity it doesn't have a bar although there is a reasonable restaurant next door.

This is a great hotel, nice staff and a they serve a great breakfast! In the middle of the old town of Besançon!
