I bought three products online. I received a package which only contains one product. However, the receipt in the pack lists three products. The customer service stated that there was a second package but I went to the PostNL 3 times, there was no second package. Customer service won't do anything but ask me to contact PostNL.

Disappointing customer service! The bearing hub of the pedals in my Riverside 500 bike failed for the 3rd time in 2 years. I wanted to replace the broken part and inquired about it in the store in Eindhoven. They did not have it in stock but pointed me the store in Best where apparently there are few of these items available. Next day I went to Best to find out that there 5 variants of the hub. I spoke with the bicycle technician, with two other customer service reps nobody managed to figure out the build configuration of the bike. How is it possible that nobody in Decathlon can figure out the bill of materials for their own products? After taking my own bike apart I found the exact size needed however the store in Best could not manage to find it in their warehouse although they COULD see it it in the inventory. They also were not able to purchase it from Shimano. My last resort is to find a local shop to order it for me hopefully it is standard and not a custom Decathlon proprietary design. Just buy a Giant or Gazelle and save your self the trouble!

I really like this place. They have a great variety of products for a very good price. Sometimes cheaper than the internet (bought a tennis racket there). For tennis players, it's a great option to borrow a trial racket for a week without bureaucracy, only by showing your Decathlon card. All the workers speak both English and Dutch and are quite friendly. Parking is also easy. They are providing fine security measures during Covid-19 times: clean baskets all the time, as well as alcohol in gel and controlling the number of people inside the store.

Bunch of sports equipments for the whole family. Kind staff available. Not so far from Eindhoven. Enough space in their private parking.

Huge store with 100% availability of most items including those which have run out of their webshop. They have plenty of personnel and are really helpful. Also, this place has a really good parking.

The best Decathlon location! Huge selection, lots of employees to help, convenient parking, elevators and enough space for everyone. I had to return a few things and it was always a very pleasant experience. Thanks for the great service!

One place to shop all your sports clothes and equipments. Also multiple options for hiking and camping shopping. Some time spots clothes are out of stock in the store compared to online options. Otherwise it’s a good place for all the sports stuff.

The timings on their store wall (in bold, large letters) say that the store is open from 9.30 to 21 on weekdays - I reconfirmed this on Google Maps. When I went to the store at 19.20 yesterday (Thursday, no public holiday etc.), it was closed mysteriously for a single day from 19.00. The hours on Google also were altered for a single day, and are now back to the usual 21.00. This is very strange especially for a large store that people travel from a distance to. Edit: I received an explanation from the team, but for some strange reason, it is not reflecting in my app. The explanation was that the store closed early because of Remembrance Day. That makes full sense and in that case, it is my mistake for not noticing this - apologies. I only wish it could be updated on Maps a day before or at least the same morning, so customers can plan accordingly. Thank you for the quick response!

If there’s an option i would give a minus rating. Really unbelievable experience. Deliver bike to werkplats on a Thu to check/fix/replace back wheel, received a call half hour later that it can’t be fixed but need to order new wheel and promised it would be done Saturday. Then Sat no news, when calling customer service simply says try your luck again because its Holiday season. I came to the shop Tue the week after and was promised either the same day or tomorrow. Then until Sat again no news. When called spoke to manager of the shop she promised to call back and update and again no news until another week Tue. So that’s more than a week. I called again that Tue and was again promised either today or tomorrow. Which you can guess, until today Thu two weeks since i put my bike there nothing is being done. So i just go back and took my bike back and do not want to even try to understand what is the problem. I am not sure if all the complaints i told that manager is being looked at to improve in future, what a shame. For those who read this i would not recommend. Today i went to another shop and it was fixed an the spot! I even wait with a glass of coffee…

I’ve bought a bicycle to my five years son. They promised deliver in three days. When the day arrived they sent me a email saying that won’t deliver. No additional explanation. I’ve called them, and was informed that delivery would happen within 5 days. After two days I’ve got a message saying that would be delivered in the next day in the morning period. I stayed in home waiting and around 12:00 I got an email saying that it will not be delivered and would need to be scheduled in their website. Summary, my son is without his bike in this moment. The worse, I and my family will change of house in the next days. Order number: nl2552626363

I think it’s a good decathlon. It’s big, it has a big parking and even with a lot of floors. Usually it’s pretty easy to find there a place to park. As well, I think it has as always good assortment. You can buy everything, sometimes with nice discounts. Huge amount of different sizes up to 2XL I think? Almost everyone can find something for themselves. Recommend for visiting and buying.

Mid sized Decathlon but with a good range and plenty of space. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great place for all sports goods

Shop good, service too, but the guys who asseble bikes are pretty slow, often distracted, they leave without telling you why. If you are shopping for a bike be sure to have at least an hour... Otherwise they were nice.

I am glad the shop is finally open. However, it is not ready. We have appointment to buy the bike today. Yes! You can indicate what you wish to buy when making an appointment. When we are in the shop, there is only ONE man taking care of the whole bike department......while there are more than 6 customers coming here to buy a bike ! We get 30 minutes to finish the shopping. Of course, it’s not possible to pick up the same day... I highly recommend to buy it online instead.

Good place. Here it is quite complete and you can see actually how the products are. The webshop is more complete actually than the available product here, however this decathlon is very big and you actually can get a feel of the product you want to buy before buying it. Location is outside the center, but close to highway. No problem with parking. People there are professionals and can help you with questions. Recommended!
