Really
unbelievable
experience.
Deliver
bike
to
werkplats
on
a
Thu
to
check/fix/replace
back
wheel,
received
a
call
half
hour
later
that
it
can’t
be
fixed
but
need
to
order
new
wheel
and
promised
it
would
be
done
Saturday.
Then
Sat
no
news,
when
calling
customer
service
simply
says
try
your
luck
again
because
its
Holiday
season.
I
came
to
the
shop
Tue
the
week
after
and
was
promised
either
the
same
day
or
tomorrow.
Then
until
Sat
again
no
news.
When
called
spoke
to
manager
of
the
shop
she
promised
to
call
back
and
update
and
again
no
news
until
another
week
Tue.
So
that’s
more
than
a
week.
I
called
again
that
Tue
and
was
again
promised
either
today
or
tomorrow.
Which
you
can
guess,
until
today
Thu
two
weeks
since
i
put
my
bike
there
nothing
is
being
done.
So
i
just
go
back
and
took
my
bike
back
and
do
not
want
to
even
try
to
understand
what
is
the
problem.
I
am
not
sure
if
all
the
complaints
i
told
that
manager
is
being
looked
at
to
improve
in
future,
what
a
shame.
For
those
who
read
this
i
would
not
recommend.
Today
i
went
to
another
shop
and
it
was
fixed
an
the
spot!
I
even
wait
with
a
glass
of
coffee…
