The friendly staff is what stood out for me and it is close to some nice restaurants and the Marmara Shopping Mall. The food wasn't that great to be honest, for a five star hotel.

TURKISH Airlines send us to spend the night due to a rescheduled flight. Horrible! Nothing to do with a 5 stars hotel. Maybe a 3 stars hotel 40 minutos far from the airport. The girl in the front desktop start shouting to us and all the people arriving as soon as we pass througth the door. She retained our passports. Nothing to do close the hotel. Dinner with 2 disgusting options. We went to a near restaurant to find something to eat. Breakfast only opened 15 minutes before our departure. Rooms with no light!! Very noisy. Impossible to sleep!! All staff very rude!! DON'T GO THERE.

The rooms have a view of the courtyard, where until 02.00 in the morning there are tables with the people making noise. If you want to stay awake all the night, book in this hotel. After two conversations with the reception, nothing has changed. The shower is broken, the air conditioner cannot be adjusted. For 250 euros per night, there are certainly better hotels. Never again.

As an one of the hotel that Turkish Airline offer really is disappointed, costumer service is not good is like they are doing a favor because is “free”, food offered as complementary is with no quality, no information what is in the buffet and they said is what it is, so basically you need go to the restaurant and pay for the food that even you ask and they bring something that is not Possible to eat, around the hotel there is not to Much options to select. Very bad experience

Firstly, the ambience of the hotel is absolutely lovely and the establishment itself is beautiful. The location is also quite impressive. The behavior of the staff, quality of service, and cleanliness are all exceptional. However, I would like to address two points. Firstly, as a 5-star hotel, I believe it would be beneficial for the restaurant to offer at least one dish from the country in which guests are staying. This would make it much more convenient for guests to enjoy local cuisine and prices for items in the restaurant are significantly much higher compared to outside establishments. Apart from that, everything else is wonderful.

The photos say all you need to know about Turkish Airlines approach to customers. We were bungled onto a shuttle bus with no water or information. They had delayed a flight so we missed a connection and could not get us a flight until the next morning. We assumed it was a hotel nearby... 1 hour later, very tired and thirsty/hungry children we arrived. Food was passable for adults possibly. For kids no chance. They told us we had to pay for anything else as the airline do not cover anything extra. Beer was 120 lira a bottle which is pricey for Turkey. Place is dimly lit and clearly a budget place. No issue if your staying and know this, not so good if you have just had the start of a holiday ruined. Staff all nice enough so perhaps this review more about Turkish Airlines.

I had a brief stay here during a layover, approximately 15 hours, courtesy of my Turkish Airlines flight. The hotel impressed me with its overall quality. The room was notably spacious and provided a comfortable atmosphere. However, I found the food to be a bit lacking, particularly due to its excessive saltiness in both the rice and meat dishes. Unfortunately, I observed several guests expressing dissatisfaction with their meals, leading to a noticeable amount of wasted food. On a positive note, there is a beautiful park located just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, offering a pleasant escape. However, I would advise caution, especially for solo female travelers. During my stroll, I experienced a concerning situation where I felt stalked by an individual for approximately 20 minutes, which understandably left me quite unsettled. Despite this incident, the hotel itself provided a comfortable stay, but it's crucial to be mindful of surroundings when exploring the nearby areas.

A 5 STAR JOKE! Do NOT recommend it at ALL! It's 06:40 AM and somebody is yelling for more than 40 minutes in the lobby! No toothbrush and toothpaste in rooms! Water in the shower constantly changes between cold and warm every 15 second! The room service can't understand english properly! Who has given this place those STARS?

The location and general service were amazing, but according to me, the breakfast rules are not comfortable enough, even though it was a buffet but there is a person to help you on every plate, and the food variety was limited.so I found that noisy and hope to be better.

I do NOT recommend for solo female travellers! I had no choice because my flight was overbooked and Turkish airlines sent me here. I was in a heap the entire time I stayed here I had what sounded like a group of men hanging outside my room aggressively knocking and this happened about 5-6 times over a space of 2-3 hours. The hotel staff were acting as if I was crazy that there was no one there. I had someone on the phone who also heard it! I got a voice recording of the men speaking to eachother in Turkish after knocking. Anytime I’d speak or move aggressive knocking happened again. This was after being stared at by 2 different men when going to and from my room. It took myself, my dad and my best friend ringing reception multiple times to change my room and floor for my safety for them to eventually change me. This isn’t safe for solo females. Be careful, I am worried what their intentions were. It most definitely wasn’t room service and I heard about 4 different men

One of the hotels Turkish airline uses as part of their free overnight if you have a long layover. It was a perfectly comfortable room. The toilet was stained but fine. The sheets were a bit rough but water temp and pressure was great. It’s still 1 hour to get to downtown Istanbul but it’s a cheap taxi.

Lovely hotel to stay in, the staff are very caring and attention to detail is very high. The staff are very responsive and speak english very well. The room we stayed in (executive) was very roomy, bed was so comfortable and everything clean, as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Made us feel very special! The hotel has a nice spa and steam room, mosque and restaurant. The lobby area is a simply amazing place to be, with the highly polished floor tiles, furniture and scenary. Very nice taste. We had to extend our stay and the manager was very helpful in this. Havent got a negative thing to say after staying here for 2 weeks

Like others, I was sent here when my flight was delayed by Turkish Airlines. The biggest issue I had here was the lack of food options. Turkish Airlines is very accommodating of dietary restrictions and thereby seems to have a lot of travelers with them. I follow a vegan diet. When I arrived, the waiters did not know the word vegan or understand my explanation. I had to translate it to Turkish and explain to them. Nonetheless, they tried to give me chicken and cheese repeatedly. The same happened to another guest 15 minutes later, even though I had just explained to them what vegan means multiple times. The waiter did try and eventually brought me pasta with tomatoes, but still tried to give me likely non-vegan cake. I had similar issues the next morning, where the waiters brought me hot milk instead of oat milk due to language barriers. They don't have non-dairy milks despite how they are everywhere these days because with people drinking them instead of dairy milks due to lactose intolerance, environmental reasons, ethics, etc. Breakfast did have salad, bread, muesli, and fruit though. What was also shocking was they didn't even have traditionally vegan Turkish foods like falafel, hummus, and tabbouleh. This made it really rough out here, especially as it's located in a bit of a food desert, so there were no alternatives I could go out and buy nearby. If you find yourself in this situation, you can stuff yourself on the bread at the restaurant, try to get them to make you something vegan, and eat at the airport where there are clearly labeled vegan products and chefs can show you vegan options at a lot of the restaurants. As a more general review, the location is about an hour from the airport and an hour from any sightseeing, so you're likely not going to see much if you're here for one night. The people here try really hard. They work to give you a great experience. There are language barriers, but they do try to answer any questions and help with anything you need. The rooms are standard and pretty, though I had issues with the shower while here and the AC does not go below 20 degrees Celsius.

I stayed one night here because of 17hrs layover with turkish airlines. The hotel is really nice. Really spacious room but the food could have been better(very salty rice and meat) I saw many clients spoil le meal. Such a waste of food. There is a beautiful park 10 min away from the hotel. But please avoid if you are a female and if you are alone. I got stalked by a man for 20 mins. That freaked me out.

I stayed there for one night, layover by the Turkish airlines, my room had window overlooking the lobby with skylight, no fresh hair, the lights are so dim ,the room service opened the door in the morning without nocking , the location not practical 40km away from the city center. And had a problem with the toilet the water was coming out non stop and cover the floor for more than 45 mins until the maintenance came and fix it.

Very nice 5 star hotel. Rooms are clean, feeling fresh and comfortable. Hotel is more besituful from inside then outside. Located next to very busy road (or highway) but just few hundreds away you have street full of wonderful restaurants, shops and etc. Back to hotel, why I cannot give 5 star? For me 5 star hotel should offer you Menu no matter when you arrive at dinner, if you wanna steak at 2am you should be able to get it. We arrived late at 21:00, were told restaurant is opened till 22:00. In the morning we had to wake at 2:30am to get to Airport on time, but breakfast is served from 7:00. If this hotel also serves for Turkish Airlines when your flight is divert I don't know why you cannot have breakfast all night? It should be swedish style of breakfast, especially when there is 15 people which need to be transfered to Airport. Some simple coffee, tea (these were available in the room ofcourse) juice and toast would be nice to have in restaurant in any time from 00:00 to 10:00am. So Hotel is high 4+, it has spa, ballroom, gym, but wish we had better service in restaurant. Btw. Also while i was eating my dinner, blonde hair waitress came and asked is it free to take plate from my table, I said no because I am still eating. It was 21:45. Restaurant works till 22:00, That was very unpolite from her.

I have visited the hotel last month from 2nd November till 12 November. I had a great experience. In terms of covid precautions, i felt very comfortable as there was a staff at the gate taking all the guests temperature. No matter how many times we leave the hotel in the day they will never miss any entry without taking the temperature. There are sanitizers almost everywhere, one on the frnt desk, next to the elevators and on every floor. One of the things i liked as well is that on the front desk there was two sets of pens marked one for the used pends ( unsanitised) and one for the sanitised pens to fill the hotel forms. The staff were very helpful, they all speak English. I have to mention Mr. Ozkan from the front desk for his hospitality and help he showed. As we had to do covid test before we travel, he had arranged for us with the nearest hospital. Not only that , he managed to get us a great rate for the test itself, as we have discovered at the hospital that if we have visited the hospital on our own it would have cost us 500TL but since we arw from the hotel we only paid 250 TL. He didnt just stop therw when we recwivwd the test result we couldn't get the reports over the phone due to some technical issues. Unfortunately most of the emplyees at the hospital dont speak English so he called the hospital for us and managed to get us the results over the phone and asked the hospital to send us the results over the phone. I really appreciate all the efforts and the help we have got. Definitely i am visiting this hotel again.

This is not 5-star. More like 3-star, to be honest. Inside the rooms you can hear EVERYTHING, that's been said in another rooms. Hard to rest because of it

This hotel is quite modern and luxurious. It is very comfortable for customer that wants clean, modern, and high class hotel. The lobby style is very classic and artistic. Different vibe when you come to the room with modern design. The food in the restaurant is quite tasty.

Extremely poor service, no hot water for 3 days, room service forgot our order, you had beg to get toilet paper, lady that cleaned our room was yelling at us. I have been had such a bad experience like this hotel(motel). I don’t know how they got a 5 star designation.

We transferred here from Turkish Airline. Very poor light on 1st floor where our room was, Poor floor and in room lights, bed was comfortable but pillows very uncomfortable. Internet connection definitely in top five worst connections I ever had from a Hotel. . Free dinner and breakfast was offered from Turkish Airline fix dinner menu for Turkish passengers. Tomato soup, mash potatoes, tiny shredded chunks of chicken, Pasta and cake was served for dinner and portion was good and enough to fill you up. Breakfast was OK but, not the five star hotel standards. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. One issue we had but, that was addressed immediately, when someone was knocking our door late night aggressively, it happens ones and when I call the Front Desk they apologies and ask me to call them again if I hear the knock again so they can pull up security cameras. Over all not bad stay at all, there are all kind of shops and restaurants around this hotel to explore.

The resturant was very good and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. We recommend this hotel to our family and friends!

Simple hotel with 5* set at central metroway, very close to Tuyap and some shopping options, rooms are nice and big but they have problems with cleaning this nice rooms and restrooms. Breakfast was not that bad but faraway from 5*, I think the unique 5* belongs to the staff of f&b and frontoffice. But most negativ surprised with roomservice after I asked for glasses fork and knife to pay 50tl for those dishes???

Really nice hotel, spacious lobby with some rather expensive seating, comfortable is the word I'd use. Rooms are also nice and clean (as you'd expect) mosque on site and also a lovely one just over the road. Tasty breakfast, nice and light! Salad, fruit, tasty bread, cheeses and vine ripened tomatoes, it's all good. Attentive staff and shiny floors. Dont be put off from its name!

We had a conference at this Hotel, and it was more than great. The lobby is very well decorated and is huge! The person in charge for reservations could speak very good English which helped us in our event as many other Hotels didn't have an employee who could speak with us and communicate. We didn't see the rooms as it was only a conference but seems to be a very decent place.

My honest review: Let me begin with the positive, the staff tried their best to solve any issues. And we’re quite helpful on numerous occasions. Thank you for this. Now to the serious problems I faced. During booking I specifically requested a nonsmoking room. When I checked in I never thought this wouldn’t be thought off prior to my arrival. Since my check in was late I went straight to bed. However I really struggled falling a sleep since the room had the worst smell I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It turned out the bad smell was due to smoking which was allowed a these rooms. I only managed to sleep max 2-3 hours that night. I was so tired that I didn’t had energy to complain Initially. Staff were kind enough to put me into a nonsmoking room later that day. They room smelled also a bit but not near as bad as the first one. Since I arrived to hotel from overseas my stomach only gave me problems from day 1, so much so that I had to stop eating at the restaurant. My problems first stopped when I went home. The the bed and pillows are just terrible you should have soft and supportive pillows. They were wobbly and i had to change pillows during sleep. Cleaning: Floor at toilet nerver washed during stay. My towel turned yellow when I was trying to get som water of the floor. vacuuming only occurred after request. For almost a week. If management is serious to international costumers especially from Scandinavia where smoking is prohibited at all indoors. Please address this ASAP. I know Turkiye has heavily smoking population but please join the modern world where smoking is getting more and more restricted. Would never stay here again.

First room offered to me smelled bad. Toilet smelled at smoke. I asked to reception to change room and They told me that They were full. When I asked to give me my money back ready to find another decent hotel near by, They agreed to change room. Even if it was smaller room than the one I booked, with poor wood door maintenace and a noicy room with window not well isolated I accepted. At 22.00 I had no much choice. I will not return. It is a pitty because location is quite convinient to me.

We have transferred here from Turkish Airline Poor lights, bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. Tv is very small and not much English channel’s. AC work only for few hrs then they stoped in the middle of the night. I tried to call front desk but phone wasn’t working either. I have been offered free dinner and breakfast from Turkish Airline. They had a fixed menu for for Turkish passengers( potatoes salad, macaroni and cake only. Horrible breakfast. I felt like i m in prison had no choice far from the City you can go anywhere. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Very lacking lighting inside the room as well as outside, very poor service and cleaning, very uncomfortable pillows. The most frustrating thing 2 very stupid single beds 80cm while these is enough for 100cm or 120. Really disappointed. Bad experience I don't recommend at all

Well I can't expect more than an entry level five star hotel. The gym equipment was great no complaints about it but breakfast.. really guys? 5start rated hotel and no international breakfast or even freshly squeezed orange juice?

Rooms just right but very noisy, far away from a '5" star hotel, supper very poor. We've just had one afternoon-evening in the city, tried( not one but three times!)to book a taxi for eight people to visit the centre, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. When it came time to get it, they told us it was going to be 1 hour late, we thought of cancelling but we didn't want to miss the opportunity to see the city, second time the same thing happened, adding that we had supper in 15 minuts to be able to get the taxi that for our surprise was going to be late again!!! That could have been more than enough but the worst was the appalling treatment we got from the staff, no apologies at all, they even threw the money back to us. I'm not surprised most of their customers are people from delayed Turkish airlines flights.

Good Evening So basically my hotel was reserved with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. For breakfast and lunch we had buffet. When I came to have my dinner, the waiter served me a soup and salad without asking me if I have an allergic or any type of problem. They told me the dinner was settled. Previously I didn’t receive this information. You can see in the pictures that the dinner isn’t a 5 star hotel. The attention to details and service is quite poor. They luck in solve- problems as well The hotel is quite far away from the city and from the airport. I don’t recommend it at all
