We
had
four
in
a
group
and
three
of
us
ordered
rack
of
lamb.
All
three
were
quite
under-done
with
the
meat
nearly
raw
most
of
the
way
through.
One
plate
had
a
good
cut,
the
second
had
quite
a
bit
of
fat
and
sinew,
and
the
third
plate
was
nothing
but
fat
and
sinew.
The
waitress
came
by
and
asked
how
we
liked
our
meals
and
we
told
her
this.
Her
reaction
was
to
shrug
and
say
sweetly
"I'm
sorry",
but
she
didn't
offer
to
do
anything.
When
we
went
to
pay,
we
told
the
manager
about
the
food
and
she
said
we
should
have
complained
when
we
were
served
and
they
would
have
fixed
it.
She
then
gave
us
a
long
dissertation
about
how
at
French
restaurants
they
are
happy
to
fix
things
if
they
are
given
a
chance,
but
they
don't
give
credit
for
bad
meals.
We
told
her
at
least
three
times
during
this
that
we
DID
complain,
and
she
ignored
us
each
time
and
just
kept
repeating
the
same
story
line.
On
the
plus
side,
the
deserts
were
decent,
the
service
was
prompt,
and
the
atmosphere
was
cozy,
but
that
doesn't
offset
paying
$25
for
an
inedible
plate
of
raw
fat.
