Only for emergency stay recommended as better than sleeping in the car. Rooms are situated at demi-basement having the aspect of a prison cell. Found some small bugs in the bed sheets. Staff at the reception (Mercure's) is accomodating and nice Too pricey for what it offers!

There is no parking unless you reserve ahead of time and pay extra. Otherwise you have to find a spot on the street, which can be incredibly difficult. The receptionist seemed grumpy and disinterested when my family and I showed up. The hotel itself is rather ugly, has strange interior design and looks old and not well maintained. The room had a shower next to the bed, which is incredibly strange. Imagine what a shower would look like if it were in an airplane, that’s what the shower is like here. It’s noisy and you can hear everything outside and in the hallways and the wifi is truly awful. I would not stay here again.

You get what you pay for. The room is basic and small. The bed was fantastic. The thing which disappointed me was the towel. It was soo small and thin that it was nearly useless. Bring your own. The service was good. The member of staff spoke English and was helpful. The hotel is twenty minutes walk away up hill however this is because the centre is a little away from the station. If you just need a bed, it is okay but I would pay a little more if you want to spend some time in your room

OK but only just. It's. Budget hotel so prison like appearance of room to be expected but toilet hanging off wall and leaking not so good. €8 for secure motorcycle parking was a plus point. You can do much better for a couple of Euros more. I wouldn't use it again.

If you want to spend no more than 40€ per night and stay in the center of Béziers is the place for you. I've already stayed several times in this hotel. Honestly, not a big fun of the rooms but is the best you can find price/location wise in the center. Didn't like the receptionist last time I've been there in October 2022. The rest is ok ish 😊

All you want for a budget hotel. Beats staying in a hostel. Good value especially if I was sharing convenient location too

The room and the public areas of the hotel were clean. The bed was confortable. All in all you get what you pay for in a budget hotel with the advantage of being close to the city centre. The only downside was a hole in the shower door (so you can open it) which can lead to flooding in the room if you are not careful.

We stayed in this lovely budget hotel one night between 10th and 11th April 2018. Just couple of minutes away from Beziers city centre. The room was well designed and sensetively clean. We had a very peaceful and relaxing night. Absolutely kind and helpful staff. Especially Anna gave us a city map and highlighted all the places worth seeing. It was my daughter's birthday and the hotel treated her with a free breakfast. It was open buffet and reasonably and comparetively fantastic. We would stay again and highly recommended to everyone. Even though the shower and the toilet are separate, there is still one negative point that the sink is in the bedroom, therefore, you should not wake up for bathroom at night if you don't want to disturb your room mates. ☺

Budget hotel so you get what you pay for. We didn't have the petit dejeuner but it too looked budget. The room was spotless as were the toilet and shower. We were only looking for somewhere to sleep and the bed was fine. Aircon was good on a hot night too. Bonus - carparking8 underneath the hotel!

Unqualified staff, low English skills. The hotel stinks, the room we got smelled like cigarettes. They treated us with disrespect, left within 30minutes. To be avoided
