Very bad! The thing that upset me the most was that they only provided a baby bed but without a mattress (who puts a baby in a bed without a mattress?). They said that according to French law you can’t put a mattress in a baby bed in a hotel. I asked to show me this law - the law states that you can’t put anything in a baby bed that suffocates a baby. NOT that you can’t put in a mattress! After discussing this with them they still couldn’t provide a mattress. Besides that we contacted the hotel before regarding their parking. When we asked how to use it. They said we should have made a reservation! If we contact them about the parking, it is quite clear that we want to use it. Then tell us we need to reserve it! We don’t ask if we can use their parking just for fun! At the end I asked if we could cancel our room. They said it was not possible to give us a refund. I am not only disappointed about these things, I am mainly disappointed that the staff didn’t want to help to look for a solution. PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE...!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, even providing Gluten free options at breakfast. Much appreciated. Good location near the Bus Station, which is handy for the E beeMob bus to the beach. Also near the F Mistral 3 bus stop for the bus to Pezenas. Would stay there again.

Quiet, comfortable hotel in a good city centre location. Room was bigger than I expected, a living room with daybed and pull out, and a separate bedroom with double bed. The mini kitchen was pretty well equipped, air conditioning was very effective. Staff were very friendly.

We paid €342 for 7 nights for a room that was much smaller than we expected. There was barely room to walk round the bed. We had to eat here too. To do this one of us squeezed into a corner with a table & one chair, the other squeezed into a tiny space between the bed and the kind of dressing table you find in a sizeable hotel room - see pic. Generally, use of space was very poor, e.g. space to hang 2 coats in the cupboard & nothing more, yet no coat hooks in the normal sized hallway; nowhere to hang the damp tea towel etc. We had asked for 2 singles but since there was no space for that we essentially got a double with a crack down the middle. There was no space to prepare food in the kitchen area either. All space taken up by sink, kettle & hob. Pluses: the bathroom was OK. Apart from the stained carpet the place was clean. Staff were all pleasant. If you were one person in a room the same size, with a single bed and a balcony, you might be OK for a few nights. But 2 people for a week? I definitely wouldn't do it again. I slept really badly and had trouble breathing at night. I asked to move. They said only at€50 per night more to get something more akin to what you see in the publicity shots. There are better deals for the same money, or pay a bit more - elsewhere. But this chain struck me as the Ryanair of the accommodation business.

Worst experience ever. Had a reservation and told a day before I arrived I would there between 9 and 10 PM. They responded that they would sent a code for the keysafe through the Bookin.com app. Never received it. So I thought the reception would be open. On arrival nobody there, there was also another guest with the same problem. Called the number on my reservation form, answeringmachine. Contacted Booking.com, who where very helpful. They sent them an email. The hotel has 30 minutes to respond then. They did not. So after talking with booking we decided to cancel the reservation. And what happens, the next morning I receive a message in the Booking.com app where the hotel states there is another phone number somewhere on the building and I was supposed to call that. As walking is very difficult due to my disability, which they knew of I thought they were joking. They were nog, however. Worst service provider in this branche that I ever met. And just as a small thing, I am a leg amputee, so standing a long time is not very comfortable. And after a 12 hours journey I really needed a bed to rest everything. But thanks to the hotel, that was not possible.

The accomodation was adequate and the parking was a a very nice option to have. The staff were exceptionally helpful and allowed us to use the car park after checking out. The local is within walking distance of the centre of Bezier and offered a good place to explore the area.

Be aware - they charge deposit 250e for booked room (plus to price for you stay) . First time met with this practice for hotel room bookings.

absolutely useless staff who can't solve anything. room was booked, they were unable to process any of our 4 cards to create some kind of reserve. they refused to take cash as a reserve. left family with two small children at 8 o'clock in the evening without a place to live.

The worst! We paid a reservation in booking for four nights and on our arrival to the hotel they ask for a credit card to pay a deposit as insurance; we gave them one but it was pre-pay so it didn't work, we offer to pay in cash the 250€ deposit and leave our passports just in case and they didn't agree or gave any other solutions, we lost the 400usd that we paid (we had to solve all that trouble in booking and then with the credit card that we use to pay) and we were left in the streets cus the hotels in the city were all full.

Im totally satisfied. The room is equipped with a kitchen with full kitchen utensils, a kettle, a blender and even a toaster. That is very convenient for me because I can cook at home.

I stayed one night at this hôtel (march 2023) and it was nice. Staff was friendly. Hôtel was quiet and clean. Location is perfect. All I needed was there. A room for 2 people contains cutlery for 2, a pan and a sauce pan, a wooden spoon ,A plastic strainer , 2 coffee cups, 2 mugs, 2 bowls, 2 plates ...and more but I only remember what we used. Just pay attention to the opening hours of the reception. If your are thinking of dropping your bags prior to check in at 3pm, you should know that réception is closed from 12 to 3pm (but double check this). I recommend this hotel and would go there again myself
