In "Old town" in Warsaw, very comfy place. The only "bad thing" was the breakfast, not much choise for the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel (3 rooms), the facilities were lovely and the staff very attentive. The pool is small but exactly what we needed at the end of the day. If I get a chance I'd love to come back again

Had an incredible stay. We all wish we stayed more than 1 night. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were well designed and huge (even the family rooms). The breakfast was delicious with a HUGE variety. Highly recommend staying. The price wasn't even outrageous for the 4 of us.

Great hotel. I spent a weekend and it was wonderful. The spa is fantastic, the massages are great. Bedrooms are very comfortable with spacious bathrooms. Breakfast buffet is very varied and tasty. Staff is friendly and always ready to help with anything. It’s very close to the old town and surrounded by great restaurants.

The staff are very friendly and the service is amazing! We ordered room service and the food tasted amazing! Really nice pool. The perfect place if you want a smaller more intimate hotel! The location is great too its just outside old town!

Have just stayed at this Wonderful Hot. Centrally situated and easy walking distance to the beautiful Old Town. The Hotel is very clean, the room was very tasteful in decor and fittings. It was cleaned daily and nothing was too much trouble by any staff. They were warm and friendly which enhanced the hotel from the very first step into the foyer. Will definitely return, hopefully soon! A great advocate for beautiful Warsaw. Well Done!

A quality hotel with excellent service in a quiet location, but at the same time within easy reach of the Old Town.

Very beautiful and elegant hotel. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Good spa options. Personally, I found the mattress way too soft, really bad sleep, and the room a bit too basic to give it the full 5 stars. Breakfast buffet is nice but the service a bit slow and not very proactive, they prefer to clean and do other things than you take your order.

Horrible experience, first they don’t have a parking nor a garage - the second day they had a party inside the hotels and at 22.50 when I call the reception nobody answered the phone 5 times… no idea why. So I called them with my cellular phone and then they answered. When I told them until what time would the party last they told me approx. 1 more hour… until midnight. I complained and told them I booked a hotel and not a clubbing party… I wake up at 6AM and the 5 star Hotel I stay in organize a party in the lobby an in the inside court just under its guests windows. The video was made with closed window. Finally after going down to the reception at 23.04 the hotel became more quiet, I think the front desk cut the party short. Nevertheless I will not book in this hotel again, despite of its undeniable qualities (location, cozzy rooms but noisy, not soundproof)

arrived in warsaw for a funeral after a string of misfortunes getting here across 20 hours of travel, and decided to book this beautiful five star hotel in a great location to avoid any more surprises. what i got was a room with a non-functioning air conditioning unit, and a solution in the form of an open window and a black fan to move some air around. i understand and appreciate that the hotel is apparently fully booked, and they're doing their best, but it still leaves me in premium hotel with room that's uncomfortable to sleep at night, and likely to become dreadful when sun comes up tomorrow morning. i will be calling other nearby hotels in the morning for their availability... update: upgraded next day to a room with a perfectly working a/c. that issue aside, the hotel and staff are lovely. terrible luck for me, perhaps.

The hotel is beautiful. Very well located. Easy walk to the old Town and the main square. The staff is nice. The room is comfy, spacious, and the bathroom is bigger than average for luxury hotels. I chose not have breakfast as I like to try local cuisine and sleep late. I got amazed to have leave in the afternoon and when came back in the evening the bed and the windows were prepared for sleep. And there were chocolates and sweets awaiting in the room. I would easily give 5 starts, but I paid more to stay in this hotel as I wanted to stay in a hotel with a indoor swimming pool, and when I went to the pool, the whole are was warm and nice, but the water wasn’t warm enough to be pleasant. Otherwise definitely would get 5 starts.

This was a good hotel but a great experience. very clean large rooms, good facilities and a good location, But by far the best feature of this hotel was the staff. the young chap at the front desk called Miguel was amazing, and hospitable. If not for him it would be a 4 star review!

Hotel is excellent but I have to praise the spa! Anna Maria is absolutely fabulous, the best massage ive ever had. Anna Maria is so professional, polite and excellent at what she does. She was very thorough, quite and clearly very talented at what she does. Thank you so much!

Month ago I have been in SPA of the hotel for a massage without having an idea how it is. And it was soooo AMAZING!!! The best ever massage experience in my life. Anna Maria is the one I got massage from. She is very professional, knows very well where to and how to touch. She seems very empathetic with sensitivity to patience sensations (being tensed or relaxed or stressed,..) which makes me surrender my whole being into the experience and relaxation, It feels like melting an ice-cream under the sun :) Being a person who works in a demanding work environment, I commited myself a gift of monthly massage from Anna Maria. Fantastic Hotel! The staff are extremely accommodating and attentive. This hotel has a prime location and is designed very well. We would only ever stay here in the future. The SPA has experienced and friendly staff, Anna Maria is the best masseuse I have come across in any Spa, and the manager of the Hotel Lukasz made our stay memorable, together with the F&B manager Julia who added to the amazing service. 5 stars are not enough to truly measure the stay that we had, and we will be back for sure. Great and comfortable place in the old Town. Within a few steps there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and other attractive places for tourists. At the hotel there is a cosy spa place with a swimming pool, sauna, massages. Breakfast was surprisingly abundant. The hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. We even had a coffee machine at the apartment. My family was delighted and we will surely come back here again. My 7-year-old daughter made me write that she loved being here 🥰❤️

Amended Review: when we checked out, I left behind my NuFace devise and was so sad since there was no way I was going to buy a new one overseas. We contacted the hotel and after their search, it was returned to our vacation home via overnight post. Paulina Waberska (the front office manager) and the rest of the staff were really top notched!! This hotel is my new favorite in Warsaw. It is a delightful, peaceful spot amidst the hustle and bustle. A must!!! ❤️

A nice hotel for you who dont need the most modern one, but aquire good service! Older/fancy/"unmodern" but clean and nice rooms! No strange colors, just an older and more fancy style. Big though and a nice bright bathroom. Older tv, so no Netflix solution. Good lunch, and ok breakfast with different things to choose from. I heard that it was buffé during weekend, and not during week days. Nice inner "garden" with some tables and sun shade, for your lunch/breakfast/beer/wine moments. Very service minded staff! Great spot next to the chirches, some restaurants/cafés with minor walking distance to the old town.

A lovely hotel to which we keep on coming back. Good location, just on the outskirts of the old town. Staff are always really friendly and mega helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The pool isn’t big but it is lovely and breakfast is good too (although it would have been nice to have a slight change of the hot buffet, as the same things were served every morning). We will most certainly be back again!
