Hotel Bristol is NOT a 5 star hotel and should NOT be in a 'Luxury Collection'. When we arrived, the staff notified us that neither the bar or the restaurant is open because of the wedding in the hotel.. It would be really nice to know it before hand because otherwise I wouldn't book the Bristol. Ordered room service - and it took 40 mins for me to call back and cancel the order because they most likely forgot about the order. Sauna is small, only for 3 people max at a time, the steam room was NOT even working - smth that we were not informed either. Pool is small, and nothing like the on the photos. There are no spots in the hotel to sit and work on the laptop - there is a small garden cafe on the first floor. However, if there is a little kid around screaming - your work is doomed.

Really nice hotel. Traditional setting with all the modern updates you would want. I asked for a room with a bath and they accommodated. Staff and food were also great. One gripe would be try not to get a room looking over the courtyard, for some reason they play music in to the courtyard all night long.

We have spent in Bristol our weeding night. Our stay was prepared excellent with extra care of every small detail. From the moment of arrival till the departure all the personnel was extra attentive and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with variety of food with dishes like eggs Benedict best ones I ever had. Amazing location next to President Palace and 5 walking distance from the Old Town. Recommended for not only travelers but also locals who wish to celebrate special occasions like we did.

Overall Hotel Bristol was a lovely stay. Arrived late and checked in quickly, they have a bar as well which was open until 11 on a Wed so nice to have a drink. Room was nice and spacious, bathroom was good, no bathtub in the room but that's fine for me. Great shower. Room did have one of those internal doors that allowed rooms to be connected. Sadly sound travels very easily through these and you could hear the next door speaking, so was hard to sleep, guess I got unlucky with my room there. Also no fridge in my room. Couldn't hear any traffic so that was good. Breakfast was great, some really nice choices, something for everyone. Cooked breakfasts as well as pastries and European style selections. Overall was good, I think if I stay again I'll ask to move though if I get a rook with a connecting door.

This was the nicest hotel I have stayed in for sure. Guest services were fantastic, pool was beautiful, food was fantastic and every detail of the hotel was luxury and pristine. I also loved the old school elevator. I would love to stay at this hotel again. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Check out the photos!

Class! Heritage, Legacy, Legendary, History and they still make it again every morning as if it was built for you! Must sleep there, great coffee place. Amazing new launch bar. Charming established piano bar. Stay enough and you'll be introduced to the champagne bar... Maybe

A true iconic hotel in Warsaw. It's in the middle of everything. Very nice area for walks and stroll around anytime of the day. We initially booked for 2 nights but end up staying 4 nights. Breakfast are amazing with made to order eggs upon request, you have to request it, beside the full breakfast bar which is above your normal hotel breakfast. The customer service I received here is second to none as they have people to answer any of your questions. They also have several open area and an outdoor area where is great to meet up people and talks.

Hotel Bristol is just a perfect place to be, ideally located in the center a few steps from the historic castle (must be visited) from the old town but also from all the historical sites. The staff is by far the most professional and friendly I have ever met! they respond to all your requests and are flawlessly efficient and discreet! The rooms are spacious, very clean and with impeccable character. The breakfast buffet is ideal for all tastes and the brasserie offers quality catering. They made my daughter's birthday a memorable day as well as the stay! I will return with great pleasure

Check in process took longer than expected but the hotel itself is fantastic. We visited the spa while we were here and it was excellent. Everything was very clean, the pool temperature was perfect. The tiles are incredibly slippery when wet so do exercise caution. We will definitely stay here again.

My second visit to Warsaw provided the opportunity to enjoy the welcoming hospitality and beautiful property of Hotel Bristol. Beautiful room overlooking the palace and towards the old city provided gorgeous sunset views during our stay. And the concierge helped make a coveted reservation for dinner and additional recommendations for our dinners that provided perfect settings for a mama-daughter trip. I originally visited and stayed at Hotel Bristol in 2019, swore I would return…and make the same promise now. This is a fabulous home for your visit to Warsaw and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of the city. Although a little high price, it is definitely worth the money! Room has a super luxurious feel, breakfast spread was fantastic. Hotel staff are all super attentive. A special shoutout to the front desk staff (Arthur and Pirverdi) who are patient and made our stay very memorable. I especially like the architecture of the hotel building, very historic and one of the few buildings not damaged during the second world war. Strongly recommended hotel!

Predictably excellent! We've always booked multi-night stays during our 4 visits to Warsaw. Always impressed with everything about the Bristol. All the staff are pleasant, courteous and very professional. Breakfasts are popular with hotel guests and there's a huge variety of offerings. An evening visit to the stunning hotel bar is highly recommended too. Definitely suggest this hotel to travellers.

The hotel has such a unique aesthetic, the staff were extremely friendly and even offered us a champagne glass for Valentine's Day. We stayed for a night and were able to access both the sauna and swimming. We had a great time. Thank you Bristol!

The Bristol is my favorite hotel in Warsaw. Nestled next to the Palace, it represents what is truly meant by “5 Star” hotel. Guests can enjoy a variety of restaurants and events within walking distance. The staff is universally friendly and professional from the valet, housekeeping, front desk, spa staff, and dining. The rooms are well appointed and the smallest details are accounted for. You can’t go wrong with a stay here.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful. The history is lovely. It’s on the most luxurious street in Warsaw (Hermes store across the street!) and next door to where the President lives! Walking distance to old town. The cafe and breakfast buffet are 10 stars, pure luxury all around.

This hotel has become my favourite! The design in the architecture, the service, the pool & spa area. It all made for a great stay in Warsaw. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

I had an amazing stay here. I had an early plane to catch and the staff had breakfast ready for me. I was delighted to find sweet treats and a bottle of wine in my room when I arrived. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the gym had recently undergone a makeover. The room was luxurious and I had a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Located no more than 30 mins walk from any points of interest in Warsaw - this historic luxury hotel is a dream come true. I enjoyed every bit of it. One of my favorite things was the Byredo toiletries in the shower - showered three times a day just to enjoy this amenity :) Got a corner room on the top floor. The room is spacious and opulent. Spa was incredible, service is amazing, and the hotel restaurants and bars are great.

Cant fault it, a lovely hotel right in the heart of Warsaw. Typical Luxury Collection hotel, in that everything is perfect. Great rooms, lovely decor, great food and service throughout. Couldn't ask for anymore. It is expensive as you would expect for a top range hotel, but it's excellent.

Service is impeccable. Fantastic location to walk around and take in Warsaw. Everything we want a hotel room to be, clean, comfortable, and nice amenities. So happy we stayed here and would definitely choose this hotel again

I was staying there for a few days during my business trip this year. Amazing staff, great location, lovely spa! Very spacious room with a view. Loved the breakfast! Definitely one of the best hotels in Warsaw.

Incredible 5 stars all the way! Dining, atmosphere, staff and of course location location location! The history of this building is unbelievable. I felt like family the minute we checked in! The breakfast buffet is unreal! I want to share my new favorite place in Warsaw with the world! 🇵🇱

Not a guest this time, but will in the future thanks to the incredibly professional staff, specifically a distinguished gentleman named Mareusz. Our family had been dropped off by a questionable cab driver at another high-end hotel whose staff were of no assistance. The staff at the Bristol not only guided us to the exchange store, but also called a reputable cab to take us to the airport. The staff was very respectful and courteous. We hope to revisit Warsaw in the near future and will be recommending this beautiful hotel to our friends.

Typical Marriott excellence. Courteous staff, and a great location. It's a 9-10 minute walk to the old square, some lovely architecture on the way there, as well as many different eateries.

It’s hard to fault this hotel, it’s really the best one in the city despite newer and (seemingly) fancier ones popping up in Warsaw. This one is just classy, and it’s steeped in history as one of very few buildings in this part of Warsaw that haven’t been destroyed during WW2. The bars, the cafe, the hotel itself, and its secret terrace with a gorgeous view of the city - it’s all hard to beat. A true, quintessentially varsavian gem!

Awesome old stately hotel but with all the modern amenities. Upgraded to a suite upon arrival and very pleased with service. Located 500m from Old Town and Royal Castle (worth visiting) with many great restaurants serving traditional Polish food within walking distance. Bar also had a great selection of bourbon including Blanton’s. Would definitely stay again.

I'm not really sure why this hotel has so many rave reviews. I recently visited, whilst on a Eurotrip to Warsaw, Prague and Budapest. I stayed in luxury/autograph collection hotels for my entire trip and this was the most disappointing hotel, despite being the most expensive. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent, however the rooms are very unimpressive. There were no sockets by the bed, let alone USB ports to charge your phone - had to unplug the kettle and the lamp for my mother and I to charge our phones. My mother wanted a cup of tea in the morning, and the only cups available are small, espresso sized cups. When we called down to room service to request a larger cup/mug, we were informed that the hotel does not have any. We will not be returning.

I stayed at a selection of different hotels in Warsaw on my first visit to the city. The Bristol was one of them. Staff were formal, polished and professional throughout. The suite I occupied was spacious and comfortable. All the furnishings were quality pieces and in excellent repair. The bathroom was large enough with a tub/shower combo and glass divider. I had both dinner and the breakfast buffet on site, and was extremely pleased with the quality and selection offered. I can honestly say the F&B was amongst the best I can recall during the past year. I would be happy to return, but perhaps not during the colder months. My body definitely rebels against winter temperatures.

Everything about this hotel is opulent. The staff are friendly, the lounge area has multiple books to sit and relax, and it's extremely central. I will always stay here when in Warsaw. The gym is very clean and relatively nice for a hotel as well as it's pool/sauna/steam room in the basement. Definitely make a visit!

Hotel Bristol in Warsaw stands as the epitome of luxury, seamlessly blending historic charm with impeccable service. The culinary offerings are a gastronomic delight, making it an unequivocally recommendable haven for an exquisite experience. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with a great location! Staff is attentive, professional and nice. I really enjoyed the spa, which is clean, tranquil and beautiful. The massage with Denis was a wonderful experience. He accommodated the change in time gracefully, was kind, explained the process. The massage was the best I have had in a long time.

I've experienced great treatment in hotels before, but nothing to this standard. Everything from the first second to the last of our stay breathed luxury and care. The room is the nicest I've stayed in (I've tried many of the nicer hotels in Warsaw including the Intercontinental and the Marriott - the Intercontinental 's swimming pool is nicer, though this one is lovely, but the beautiful, spacious and comfortable room has no comparison). Loved the bed, softest sheets in the world, we have a Super King sized bed at home and this was even bigger, with duvet to match! Very rare in Poland! 😄 The decore is exquisite, carefully re-constituted from the Art-deco original. The gorgeous elevators are an experience in themselves. One last thing to note is the care the staff brought to our stay. The personal touches really made our stay very special. We'll be keeping this memory in our hearts for a very long time.

I have stay 2 night at Bristol hotel in warsaw. Beside the fact that the room was not clean when I got my room, the hotel charged me 2000 PNL because my friend smoke a cigarette in the room…. That bill was more expensive than my booking… i can admit my responsibility but the way they treat me at the check out was way too agressive for just a cigarette in the room.

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice spacious rooms. Really happy with our stay. However, we had a great night in the cocktail bar, sat at the bar chatted with the bartenders and tried many gin tonics. Happy with their excellent service we tipped them in cash. Little did we know they had already added a service charge without telling or informing us... Clear signs of people without honour, turns the experience a bit sour. Not about the money, but about the sneaky dishonest behaviour.

The room And service at the hotel was impeccable. Old-fashioned rooms but very comfy. Lovely spa area with sauna-steam. Small fitness room but reasonable equipment. Breakfast was wonderful. So many varieties of fish and delicious Omelettes. The biggest negative which is very important is the Internet speed.8mbps Is extremely slow And I had to work at an office near the hotel to use zoom . iIncomprehensible that the hotel doesn’t make the investment needed to provide Internet speed for business people

An amazing hotel. Likely the best hotel in Warsaw. The service is old school white glove. They make sure your every whim is satisfied. The quality, decor , furnishings and comfort level of everything is top drawer. Will absolutely return to this fine establishment again. My room was excellent. Bathroom was beautiful. A must stay if you're in Warsaw. Very centrally located to the historic center.

Great service and great room. We heavily relied on room service so we could relax a couple of days and I can honestly say it was high quality dishes served beautifully to your room. We had an amazing view of the decorated street, great for people watching. We will definitely be returning.

The best hotel in Warsaw. One of my favorite in Europe. I was upgraded to an excellent room with a large terrace overlooking all of Warsaw. My room was in perfect condition and spotless. The breakfast service was amazing and all staff members were friendly and helpful. An excellent experience overall.

Truly one of the Warsaw’s landmarks! Stayed there in February 2022 and was extremely happy. Even though they are considered category 5 on Marriott Bonvoy I really enjoyed it as mucha as only other 7 or 8 category hotels. If you’re looking for a bit of luxury this is the place. I booked with AMEX Fine Hotels and Resorts and as always was super happy with the perks and the stay overall. Bottle of local wine as a welcome gift was a nice touch. Sufficient variety of food/bar places on the property. Amazing service from the checkin throughout the stay to the checkout. I got upgraded to one of the suites and it was very nice. Boutique, luxurious experience. Amenities very well chosen and of very good quality. SPA on the premises. As far as the location, obviously is great considering the center of Warsaw and the Old Town in the vicinity. However, I had few complaints about the neighbor next door… but it’s rather my political views and the current host of the presidential palace I didn’t enjoy 😉 hahaha. Apart from that, you have to count with some minor manifestations on a regular basis and closed streets due to government cavalcades. Overall, a wonderful stay.

One of my favorite hotels in the Word. Great staff, clean and luxurious at every turn. Restaurants are fantastic and location is superior to all others in Warsaw.

My favourite hotel in Warsaw. I love everything about this hotel (except the shower in a bathtub which can be a problem for older people). Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and clean; the same with bathroom. Breakfast is amazing and the staff is kind, helpful and very professional. Recommend without any hesitation. Ah, and location is the best in the old town.

I suggest the Belleepoque management to change the restaurant administrator. I booked a table through the Visa concierge service, they sent me a written confirmation of the reservation. When I came to the restaurant at the appointed time, the administrator said that they did not have a reservation, without even asking my name. When the concierge service called to clarify the information, the administrator hung up on the question about the reservation. The concierge service wrote an official letter to the e-mail indicated on the website, but no one has responded for a week. In response to a written complaint on social networks, the restaurant sent a new menu without any apologies. I can provide screenshots of all correspondence and conversation recordings if necessary. Such behavior is unacceptable for such a level of restaurant.

Let’s begin focusing on the positive. The hotel is ideally located to begin your walking tour of this beautiful city. The very helpful concierge Martin is both knowledgeable and helpful. Our experiences with the wait staff at breakfast were also very positive. Sadly, it is very hard to find additional positivity when it comes to this tired looking property. After waiting in line for 15 minutes to check in because the desk supervisor Marcelina was too important to help, she finally assisted her colleagues. Unfortunately, we ended up with her and other comments you may read about her here, can only be confirmed by our experience. We should mention that it was our one year wedding anniversary, which we clearly mentioned when we made a reservation. Initially, Marcelina wanted to assign us a room with two twin beds which needless to say we rejected. She then “upgraded us” to probably the worlds smallest “executive room” on the planet. After arriving in this closet of a room, we waited 40 minutes for our luggage, and after three unanswered calls to the front desk, we decided to go investigate where our luggage was. Marcelina had failed to inform anyone that we had checked in, as our luggage was still sitting in the lobby!! Needless to say we are very grateful for the honest people of Warsaw. It cannot be overstated how poor of a first impression this person will leave on you. But if that wasn’t enough, the renovations they are doing and the incessant sound of a jackhammer should do the trick. We have generously left three stars for this tired, understaffed and poorly managed Hotel… It is a shame because we have heard from numerous people that used to be a respectable property.

This is the coziest and most relaxing hotel you could ever stay at. This is our second time here and we love it even more now. Rooms are cozy and clean. The staff members are very friendly. Food is amazing as well as their breakfast. Their bartender Monica is amazing and makes the best old fashion and screw drivers! There's an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Cant wait to visit again in a couple of months!

Stunning hotel located in the heart of Warsaw. We booked this hotel right after having a terrible experience in another 5* hotel in the city: thanks god we found the Bristol! Staff are very helpful and kind. Service is efficient and totally in the standards of what a 5* hotel should be. Room service is fast and very tasty. Breakfast is stunning, very diverse and composed with local and international products. Everyone could be satisfied and the buffet literally fills a 60sqm room. Sweet, savory, fresh juices and Prosecco are served.Absolutely worth every penny (90pln). Rooms are beautiful, very clean and refined. We had an amazing stay there and will definitely come for more!
