Un moment de détente absolu guidée par Laura qui nous permet de réaliser la pratique du yoga en sécurité. Le cadre des cours est toujours avec une vue à couper le souffle! Je retourne chaque année réaliser ses cours qui nous apporte une paix intérieur incroyable! Je recommande Laura et son sourire ensoleillée que j’ai hâte de retrouver chaque été. I have been taking classes with Namaste Yoga Biarritz since their very first class nearly ten years ago! The original outdoor yoga class at the Côte de Basque, Laura is a teacher that seamlessly integrates several languages into a class, depending on her clients that day (so no worries at all if you don’t speak French!). There is no better way to start the day than with an hour of vinyasa flow, looking out over a world class view of the ocean! I always head down for a swim straight after class, it’s literally ge best start to the day! And my yoga practice has gone from strength to strength with Namaste Yoga as Laura invests significant time in India each year, to not only deepen her personal practice but her teaching skills for us students. 🧘🏻‍♀️
