Richtig laut gelegen am Kreisverkehr, neben dem Flughafen. Parkplatz nicht privat oder über Nacht abgeschlossen. Personal durchschnittlich motiviert. Als günstiger Zwischenstopp mangels Alternativen bei einem Roadtrip aber akzeptabel.

Nice hotel - rooms are not too big but clean. Nice staff and good breakfast. Also pets allowed which is a big bonus whilst on holidays or on the way. Recomended.

This place is dire and I'm not particularly fussy. Location is poor. It's pretty far to walk in to the city. It's close enough if you're just looking for a place to sleep before the airport, but it's very unclean or at least my room was. The shower was filthy. The beds were uncomfortable. The coffee tray looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The room in general was dirty. Little cushions on the bed smelled funny. I don't ask too much in a cheap hotel but I do want it to be clean and this place just wasn't.

Nachdem wir bereits zweimal in diesem Hotel übernachtet haben, war das dritte Mal die größte Enttäuschung. Nach Aufforderung haben wir das Zimmer im voraus bezahlt und stellten später fest, daß die Klimaanlage im ganzen Hotel schon länger ausgefallen war. Außer einem " tut mir leid " von der Angestellten in der Rezeption war die Sache abgehakt. Dieses Hotel werden wir in Zukunft meiden.

We had very unpleasant experiences. When we came back from spending the day out we found one of the glasses in the bathroom with lipstick in it and neither my friend nor I use lipstick. When we went to the reception to tell them about it, they looked at us with indifference and they even laughed at us. The last day they lost my tooth covers because they threw them in the trash and when I asked them to find a solution and that I wanted to put a complaint form they got angry and said that there were no complaint forms. The staff was very unpleasant and the rooms were very dirty

The food at the restaurant was excellent period this was the only restaurant I saw on my trip where the staff actually took the temperature of the cheese on the breakfast buffet. I like the attention to detail in that regard. The room was fine but the location was quite far from town. About a 5 minute walk to the bus stop but you could wait a long time for a bus. If you look at pictures of the hotel it looks like one of those travel lodges You see in the US Which is what I'm guessing its selling point is. There's a grocery store right across the street so it's excellent if you're going to stock up on things as well when you're there. So really it depends on why you are booking this hotel period if you're driving it's great. If you're not driving it's a long way from the beach.

A little bit under the standing you expect for this kind of place but still OK. Breakfast is expensive for the quality of the food.

Rooms are reasonable but very tired needs upgrading inside and out restaurant poor selection for my fast. In the past I have enjoyed staying here but not again, it's not worth the price. Staff are very friendly and helfull.

I have been in a few Campanile before, and this, in my opinion does not meet the criteria average. The food usually is quite good, but in this is quite far from the standard I have been. Still is just for a quick sleep.. so it's ok. The good point is the friendly staff as usual

No frills hotel. The room was very clean, even in the hidden spaces, even if maintenance could be improved.

With this hotel you get what you pay for the reception, bar area and restaurant were excellent with wonderfully helpfull and accommodating staff some of whom speak English. The buffet food meal deal was exceptional. The rooms are safe and functional but that's it, they are very tired. The spoil the experience and let the hotel down

Always a pleasant experience staying in this hotel in Biarritz. We drive to and from Southern Spain frequently and Biarritz is a great stopping off point after drive through the Pyrenees. Campanile always have friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean and after a long drive the hospitality tray is particularly welcome. The free WiFi is excellent. Quite often we will have my husband's laptop, my tablet and mobile phone all connected at the same time with no degradation in speed. All in all, a great place for a stop over.

Great staff which are really doing there best to let you have a great stay. But don't expect a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is clean and well run. The rooms are reasonably spacious and have all the facilities that a traveller would require. Quite a long walk if you want to visit Biarritz front on foot but well worth it. Although you will have to crosss the busy main road first. The hotel is a really good dog friendly hotel ideally located for a springboard into Spain. At nearly 10 euros for a breakfast it isn't the cheepest you can buy but well worth the money and sets you up for the day.

Just outside downtown, easy to find,, carpark near the rooms, cleanliness, friendly welcomed. 21m2 Rooms the best and rates really good.

1/5 I went there in the mid-2014 and stayed for several days. The staff were unfriendly, despite my efforts speaking French to them (politely, of course). I might have got the wrong impression, but I felt that they treated their Caucasian guests better than the non-Caucasian one like me. The food was nothing special either, although I could still tolerate it. What was difficult to accept was the high price that was not balanced with decent and polite service. I hope they will improve their service in the future, particularly by treating their guests more humanely and with some decency.
