Amazing location, friendly staff and a very good breakfast. The room itself was nothing special and shower was leaking, but overall would still recommend this place!!!

It's location is great, staffing was friendly, breakfast was good, although guests brought their dogs with them, which for us was a bit odd. As the building is old but renovated, some sacrifices come with it, the rooms are small, so is the elevator. To get to the public car park you neet to walk stairs with your luggage, therefore it is recommended to drop off your luggage in front of the hotel, if it is not blocked by another car.

That’s what I call a room with a view! The hotel is actually cosier than one may think ‘cause of the international name. The room was not huge, but Comfortable. The shower was in the middle of the room, separating the sink from the bed. The room as the rest of the hotel doesn’t look super new, however it has all the key things in good order. For instance there are double windows (literally two windows) to ensure the room is silent - and when you open both of the windows and hear the wonderful and powerful noise of the ocean, it’s clear two are necessary. The breakfast is very good with a great variety of savoury and sweet dishes including pancakes and French cheeses. Recommendation is to sleep with the curtains fully open to enjoy the view of the Ocean under the moonlight 🌊🌙

Great hotel, with a tiny elevator (just keep that in mind when you come with 2 tons of luggage) that fits 2 people at most with no bags. Rooms were nice and clean, we upgraded to a family room so it was a good size room with a couch. Breakfast was top notch with fresh bakeries and some hot options as well. Location is really great too with a lot of food options and highly rated restaurants.

The hotel is well located, not too far from the beach. The room is good and clean. The only thing is that the hotel is positioned as a hotel with a beautiful view, which was not at all our case. We had a room in the low floor with a parking view. I think that when the customer comes out of tourist season, you can give a room with a more beautiful view than a parking.

Avoid, particularly the rooms ending in 05. It was tiny. The view was on the not so nice interior court. And the worst part, we could hear everything in the neighboring room because there was a common door between the two rooms (locked thankfully). It's not worth the price at all. A éviter. Surtout les chambres se finissant par 05. Minuscules, avec une porte fermée avec la chambre adjacente. On entend tout. Ca ne vaut pas le prix du tout.

My daughter and I had a wonderful 4 night break at Hotel Windsor. The staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast amazing (lots of variety and extremely good quality produce). The location was perfect for frequent visits to the beautiful beach and lovely shops. I couldn't fault our stay. Lots of lovely memories made. Thank you.

Stay just one night and I was shocked to see two dogs in the cafeteria having my breakfast. Even if this hotel accept animals in the room and this is tolerated by some guests ( not me) it is absolutely non hygienic authorizing dogs in the food area.

We stayed at this hotel during our time in Biarritz. It was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this Hotel and its prime location within Biarritz.

Great location But We were kind, courteous Americans, but we were treated with no respect or normal human kindness by the front desk. The waiters in the breakfast were very kind, though. The bathroom had painted over mold and rust. The bed was dirty when we walked in. The pillow case had black hair and smudge spots on it. Super gross! I personally had to redo the bed. They forgot to change the sheets before we came. The restaurants in that town were purposefully rude to us. We went to about 7 nice restaurants and each one served us with disrespect. It was a joke. We laughed after the third time. How bad could it get, we kept asking ourselves. We would order our food then 2 hours later, it came. Everyone who came in after us got there food less than 30 min. Every resturant was like this. So Bizarre! They really don’t like Americans in Biarritz. Drive 20 min to Spain and you will be treated like normal humans should be treated, with respect and kindness! No matter what you look like, you will be treated well in Spain! Won’t be coming back to France, ever!

We booked an ocean view room. On website the room had a sofa, separate room for shower. But we got a smaller room, with shower in the middle of the room. You can’t sleep night time, you would be hearing every steps of neighbors and something else, same thing early morning again. However view and location is amazing!

Great location, very clean room. The only issue is room and bathroom are really small. For short stays this is OK, but for longer stay it can be not very comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful to recommend places to eat around. Breakfast is rich as others mentioned.

The ocean view room was well worth the cost. Overall a VERY nice hotel. Parking was a bit of a hassle--would have been nice to know park in the "Casino" garage. Otherwise, a good location, comfortable, quiet, good breakfast!

We got a little lost finding the hotel but that was completely our fault. Great service at the reception desk. Really nice room and we got breakfast included and that was such a treat! The hotel was right next to the beach and a very short walking distance to the shopping streets. Overall great experience.

It is centrally located and very stylish. Beds are very nice and comfy and personnel was great. We had breakfast delivered into the room and it was fantastic. Was also no problem to park the car nearby. Very close to the beach, which makes even more attractive. Would stay there again.

We like Windsor a lot. Have stayed here in 2020 and 2021. Their staff is greatly accommodating and helpful; the rooms are excellent, with everything you would expect (ac that works, sound proofing, high speed connectivity, nespresso machine, good water pressure). Make sure you park at the casino parking and that you arrive at a time where all the parkings are not packed. Can’t beat being in front of the beach. The breakfast is great. All in all one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in France.

Despite the staff being extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was very small and we had a horrible odor of the sewage system in the middle of the night that kept us from sleeping. We called the front desk thinking it was a gas leak and they informed us that it was the sewage. We were on the 7th floor and could still smell it... The building is a rather old building so you can hear people coming and going from their rooms (doors slamming and whatnot). The positive side was that the breakfast was wonderful (lots of choices) and you are right on the beach. THERE IS NO FREE PARKING
