The location of this hotel is excellent. We were very close to the beach regaling us with beautiful coastline views and, if we wanted to go shopping, the shops were also within a short walk. I understand that the hotel was going to be remodeled soon. I cannot wait to go back and see it all remodeled!

No way a 4 star hotel - more 2 star - Too expensive - Rooms V V V small, toilet venting onto the bedroom and sea view if you hang out of a window and squint right !!! NOT recommended - Director does not phone back when complaint is lodged

3 people, 2 standard rooms, at a very reasonable price for early May. Very cosy, elegant hotel and rooms, lovely modern bathrooms, good beds. Nice patio on the first floor. Proper breakfast available though on a help-yourself basis. Still much much better than one croissant, coffee and orange juice at the Miremont for the same price. We enjoyed our stay and thank everyone for their welcome.

Small,but what a brilliant friendly hotel.Rooms were clean and well maintained.It was close to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

A very warm welcome and very helpful staff. The hotel is perfectly situated but has no attached car park, the carpark is a public one situated elsewhere. The rooms are slightly small but bed very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for short stays.

Charming hotel, ideally located in close proximity both to the beach and to the local interests such as the market and the major attractions/architecture. Welcoming and accommodating staff, well-kept rooms, and very reasonably priced.

Right in the centre of Biarritz on a lively road and very close to the beach (the central beach that is good for infants/kids). We were only there for a night. Rooms are compact but clean and v comfortable. The hotel has a old world feel/charm. I do have to mention the staff though, who were lovely and super helpful.

Super nice man at front desk who was very kind and helpful. I stayed in room 301. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, great WiFi, great air conditioning. Perfect location steps from beach and the path that takes you along the coast. Great pizza at L'ocean pizza on corner.

This place is absolutely lovely. We had a cute room which wasn't too big, but had everything we needed. Aside from this it was also decorated nicely. From the room we could partially see the ocean from our balcony. The location of this hotel is perfect, since it's right in front of the small beach and in the middle of a street which lots of restaurants. During the stay we had a medical issue which required a doctor. The staff helped us out and even got us a consultation, so staff, thank you for helping us out!

Hotel is very well located. Rooms are not big, but you have everything you need. People working there are very friendly. Alain at the bar was super attentive and nice. Recommended 💖

Nice small older hotel just a few steps from the beach where many locals swim. Within walking distance of many nice restaurants and Hales market full of Basque specialities. Room was small but clean, bed reasonably comfortable, and room was sufficiently cooled with central air conditioning. Shower had no fixed shower head which was inconvenient. Small fridge in room stocked with 2 water bottles. Breakfast buffet was small but well stocked with many choices. Scrambled eggs were good but slightly overcooked. Small croissants were tasty.

Great location and staff. A great team and nothing was too much trouble. Location wise, we had the beach on the right of us and shops and restaurants galore on the left, what more could you ask for? I was disappointed that the air conditioning didn’t work but thankfully, we visited when the weather wasn’t too hot. Definitely would go back again
