Everywhere we could hop on a "Petit Train" in France during our road trip we did. Biarritz was towards the end of the trip, and as we walked around a lot ourselves, we thought we could skip it this time. Boy where we wrong! Got the last train at 9:00pm on our last evening and enjoyed the 45min train ride very much. Lesson learned: We LOVE the tourist trains. So far all the headsets were working and it's so enjoyable to get a comfortable overview of the area and some information about history.

Staff seemed disinterested, the ride is short and is mainly on the main walking routes and areas that you’d go to anyway. The points of interest are few and far between with the commentary being of poor quality and telling you about things either as you are going past or have actually gone past. Headphones didn’t work, we tried a number of sets, unless you held the Jack in place with you hand. Expensive for what you get.
