One of the best hotel experience we've had in India. We stayed 5 days and the host looked after our every need, from booking taxis to cooking us meals. The place has a homely feel and is beautifully decorated. The restaurant is good and serves international food. Their home cooked Indian food was our favourite. I highly recommend this place.

The staffs are really what has me coming back. The location is great with a great set of people taking care of guests.

This is a great little guesthouse that has everything that you need. Toiletries including shampoo, shower gel and soap bars for the bathroom and quiet air conditioners as well as ceiling fans in each room keeping you cool at all times. It also includes cable TV with a few English channels. Breakfast, although not as varied as a hotel, is more than enough, including cereal, toast(heaps), jam and peanut butter, fruit, and eggs made to order, as well as tea or coffee. All were freshly made and very welcome. Now, as for the staff. The owners were unavoidably detained elsewhere, but that didn’t stop them from contacting me to see if everything was going fine, which it was. They told me that the managers, Parvat and Devyani, would look after me, and they sure did. They and the rest of the staff looked after me perfectly. I can’t say enough to show my gratitude. All in all, a great stay!

I stayed here with my family from 28th to 30th dec. It is one of the best stays I have till date. Rooms are big and clean. Location is right next to main road. I highly recommend this place to all for staying.

If there is a travellers home far away from home, then this is it. The accomodation is most cozy and comfortable with big rooms, clean facilities, homely breakfast and the owners who are most welcoming and helpful. There is even a pretty good restaurant connected right to the property. Basically all that a weary tourist needs in one spot. The stay felt literary like a visit to family.

This is a wonderful boutique home stay is managed by Mr and Mrs Rathod. Their hospitality, caring and helpful nature is unparallel. The support team is excellent and every staff works with a smile. The property is well maintained and if some one is looking for a peaceful place, then Udai Bhawan is the place.

We stayed here on our way to Ladakh road trip. We were surprised to see such a lovely cafe and great hospitality by the hosts. The rooms are amazing and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. We tried Pizza and Pasta from their restaurant and they were yummy. The breakfast was very nice and tasty. We highly recommend Udai Niwas for your stay in Bikaner.

Excellent concept of Guest House , we can say a home stay because home like environment is the key point here. Nice place.. decorated very neatly with nice ideas. No room service as such here... But it doesn't affect your comfort . The warmth of the staff make up for the same. Nice breakfast is served daily with some Indian dish along with fruits, cornflakes, toast etc.. The overall stay is just excellent. A cafe is there named ... Indra Cafe which serves you nice range of food in Pizza, Burger & Sandwich category.

One of the best home stays I visited.An old haveli converted to hotel.Rooms are spacious ,clean and hosts are gracious enough to make your stay comfortable.There is cafe /restuarant within the compund which offer good continental and Indian food options.Location is very good,surrounded by Govt offices and buildings.
