I don't understand the positive reviews. I have had bad experience. Unfortunately Addition: Nice to see that the practice is trying to delete negative (truthful) reviews via Google. Embarrassing is what I call. They treated my brother and I accompanied him, you can be glad I didn't post any before and after pictures of their treatment.

The beautician Lisa was very nice. However, a Ukrainian woman still works there and due to her inexperience she destroyed my face! I have been living with severe depression for six months now, which also affects my family and I recommend that everyone undergo treatment from professional doctors.

Called 8 times at different times but no one answered...

Treated with laser hair removal over a period of over 2 years. The first meetings were very positive, but due to staff changes, the quality and thoroughness decreased significantly. Advice for improvements and customer requests are consistently ignored. It is now very disappointing and no longer recommended.

Everything was great. We had a case that made me feel very comfortable. There was a misunderstanding because I miscalculated the number of treatments. The employee Tanya was very understanding and a solution was quickly found. I can definitely recommend the store.

Appointments are canceled at short notice and you should stick to 4-week intervals, but postpone the appointment to 7 weeks later. Doesn't work at all.

Very satisfied. It was my first time with Anna and I will definitely go again. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the treatment took time. Anna is very friendly and careful.

I had a total of eight sessions at MyDerma, after the second session I had marks all over my legs that looked like hubs from injuries with a blade (I have pictures of that). I was told that these are pigment changes and not scars and that they will disappear again, so we stopped having lasers on both of them and only continued with the intimate area. I was then told after eight sessions that I was too dark for the diode laser as it still had no effect and there was no point after I had paid around €1000 and that I would get 15% compensation for a facial treatment. What a shame, I already had the same skin color at the first session and was €1000 richer and without those bad lines all over my legs. Impudence!

Lisa had laser treatment today (abdomen, armpits, chest). She is in a good mood, personable and works precisely, what more could a customer want. The next appointment has already been booked. I like going to her. LG, Y.K.

My personal needs were addressed competently and sensitively. The atmosphere of the rooms is also very appealing. My Derma is highly recommended all around!
