We
visited
in
July
2021.
The
hotel
is
new
and
modern
but
that
is
the
only
thing
positive
I
can
say.
Diyarbakir
is
very
hot
in
the
summer
and
that
is
no
secret.
When
we
checked
in
in
the
middle
of
the
afternoon
our
room
was
well
over
85F
(30c).
I
k
formed
the
staff
and
they
could
not
care
less.
They
told
me
to
be
patient
.
It
took
until
3
am
for
it
to
cool
down,
a
full
12
hours.
We
had
to
close
the
shades
and
I
was
sweating
in
my
room.
Also,
the
mini
refrigerator
did
not
work
AT
ALL.
I
told
the
staff
about
this.
Again,
they
didn’t
care
or
do
anything
to
fix
it.
The
floors
were
also
miserably
hot.
The
staff
was
not
very
friendly
at
all
and
if
you
got
a
smile
from
anyone
then
consider
yourself
lucky.
Please
understand
I
speak
perfect
Turkish
and
none
of
this
was
a
language
communications
error.
It’s
just
a
nice
looking
hotel
with
very
poor
management.
Why
not
leave
the
air
conditioning
on
so
that
when
your
guests
arrive
their
room
is
cool?
Why
not
check
the
mini
refrigerators
to
make
sure
they
are
working?
Seems
like
a
good
idea
to
me.
Don’t
stay
here
