One of the best place we have ever stayed. The hotel is perfect in every aspects. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Customers have access to free tea and coffee 7/24. The location is perfect, just 3min by walf from Gazi Caddesi, the center of Sur. Moreover, the hotel offers Hammam, Sauna and massages that we tried and were very satisfied. Strongly recommended hotel.

Much luxury, but I didn't find it warm-hearted. The staff is very professional though. Great and various breakfast! The beds were for me way to soft...

Watch out for this hotel. They tried to charge us for extra’s we didn’t take. Be careful with the valet parking: we got our car back covered in bird poo. They could clean it, but it would take two hours (and we had to leave). The bathrooms smell like sewer, I guess there is a problem with it. Some rooms completely smell like urine, but we could change rooms easily. The rooms are quiet however and the airco works great.

I went there with a friend from December 15 to 17, 2022. We were kindly received by the staff and the room was also beautiful. The breakfast was fine and the location of the hotel is near the center. If i ever go to Diyarbakir again, i would definitely will book this hotel again. Sandra

The hotel was excellent for our stay. Very relaxing and comfy. The rooms were big enough, as the bathroom was. The lobby & restaurant were great as well. The staff were very friendly & funny. We really felt welcome. We would love to visit diyarbakir again, so this hotel would be back in our list!

Loved it here! Super clean modern well insulated rooms with great heating (were there in winter) and the best showers I've had in all of Turkey! It's only a quick walk to the city center and there's a coffeeshop+ supermarkets around the corner. Definitely recommend it and will be back on my next trip to Diyarbakır!

We wanted to go to Nemrut Dag and wanted to fly to the closest point. This is how we ended up in Diyarbakir. This was an excellent choice. We had a great time here including the New Garden Hotel. The hotel is nice. The owner is really helpful, was very flexible when we had a delay in our flight. They have an excellent spa with great massage. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is really really nice. Can only recommend. If you want to have a nice evening go to the Tiger river for an evening tea.

Clean rooms, good service, nice and friendly staff. The breakfast options weren’t very big but quite sufficient. Food was fresh and delicious.

My wife and I stayed here two nights in May 23. The hotel is excellent and very clean, the staff are very welcoming (and speak several languages including English and French), the rooms expansive, the bathrooms brilliant (ours was a shower/hamam combination), and the breakfast expansive and very, very tasty. It also has its own off-street parking, and is in easy walking distance of the city centre. In over two years of living in Türkiye and travelling extensively, the has got to have been the best hotel we have stayed in. It was just a shame that we spent so long touring the city that we did not have time to enjoy the spa. If you visit Diyarbakır you must stay here. If we return to this amazing city this is where we will stay.

I've stayed one day in this hotel during my tour to Anatolia and everything was perfect. The service was extremely friendly and helpful and I also benefited from wide range of open breakfast options this place has offered. Must recommend.

Friendly staff, closed garage for our motorcycle, everything works as it should, no defects or clogged drains, no noise, good food, spacious room, comfortable bed and shower, powerful hairdryer. We arrived late in the evening and because there was no standard room left, we got a suite room for the price of a standard room. What can I say, hospitality of Diyarbakir. By the way, the city is very modern and neat. The people are very friendly and neat and hospitable. The cooperation and genuine friendliness and contact between the staff permeates our peace of mind. Seen few hotels where you have such a family or homely feeling. You feel at home. The location is perfect. 5 min walk to the old town and its highlights. In the future we will look no further for a hotel in Diyarbakir and the surrounding area. This is the one.

We visited in July 2021. The hotel is new and modern but that is the only thing positive I can say. Diyarbakir is very hot in the summer and that is no secret. When we checked in in the middle of the afternoon our room was well over 85F (30c). I k formed the staff and they could not care less. They told me to be patient . It took until 3 am for it to cool down, a full 12 hours. We had to close the shades and I was sweating in my room. Also, the mini refrigerator did not work AT ALL. I told the staff about this. Again, they didn’t care or do anything to fix it. The floors were also miserably hot. The staff was not very friendly at all and if you got a smile from anyone then consider yourself lucky. Please understand I speak perfect Turkish and none of this was a language communications error. It’s just a nice looking hotel with very poor management. Why not leave the air conditioning on so that when your guests arrive their room is cool? Why not check the mini refrigerators to make sure they are working? Seems like a good idea to me. Don’t stay here
