I ordered from here earlier today and observed a manager laughing whilst taking a picture of two employees sitting on the floor who were messing around. Also, the chocolate milkshake and fries that I ordered were half full, and I got an immense dirty look from a female employee. Very unprofessional environment but I will say they were quick at delivering my food.

Lost count of the amount of times I've been through the drive through to arrive home and find that they'd got my order wrong or the order was missing items. The 20 nuggets is usually missing a few and recently I ordered a Double Big Mac only to find it was a normal one in a Double box. Useless!

Nice little drive thro with parking too. Couple of mins from Royal Albert Dock also close to baltic Market, . Which is where LU BAN restaurant

Food was cold and I'm sick of paying 10p everytime for my sauce not to turn up. Sort it out. I have to ring Uber every time and it ruins a meal. You are both partners it isn't the customers responsibility to chase refunds everytime and to have a rubbish meal

Literally trash, I've seen toilets cleaner than this place! Avoid at all costs if possible

Vicky made my day today. I was tucking into my guilty pleasure of fresh chicken nuggets when the box fell tipping them onto the floor. I'd written it off as a loss but Vicky spotted it and arrived with a replacement just as I was binning the old ones. Outstanding staff. Made what would've been an unpleasant mishap a pleasant bit of the day - outstanding. Will be back when in town!!

This McDonald's once served me a salad that was ONLY lettuce. Giving three stars because I like lettuce.

Store was incredibly clean, the staff were lovely. I’m not from this area of England and the staff were polite and friendly with me when I asked which store this was so I could use the app without sending my order to the wrong store. I am impressed that I received milk, sugar, stirrers and napkins without having to ask for it!

Considering it serves food I've never come across a McDonald's so dirty as this one, it's filthy and being busy is no excuse as you rarely see any staff cleaning. I've complained but it fell on deaf ears. I would have a hot drink here as I like McDonald's coffee but I'd never buy food here. Widnes moor lane is luxury compared to this mackys

I'm a disabled person, who parked in a disabled bay in the restaurant car park. As always, my blue badge was clearly on show. Today I received a parking fine through the post for being parked in their carpark for "10 minutes longer than permitted" Firstly, my order took 20 minutes to arrive as it was busy. Secondly, my disability means I can take a long while to finish eating, but this has never been an issue for me at McDonald's before. Thirdly, there is not a sign saying you can only park for 90 minutes anywhere near the disabled bays....How am I going to see the sign? I can't walk around looking for it?! So I now have a £100 fine, for taking 10 minutes too long eating my food. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this restaurant as I find this appalling treatment.

Service was slow. Order was wrong, but didn't find out until we were a distance away. Moral is check before you leave. You shouldn't have to and it is basic stuff, but they don't get it right.

It's a Mcdonald's in Liverpool. Actually, the place was quiet at the time of our visit, and it was very clean. The food arrived with no errors, but I had to find a printout of an order so that I could get the age of the location.

Decent maccies appart from the fact the mcflurry machine never works 😞. Don't bother if you're looking for one.

Called in for our tea, food was fresh and hot chips warm and drinks cold. Exactly how they should be

Got my order wrong, when I went to the counter staff were very confused when I requested my order to be corrected, I have coeliac so I can't have the buns but I can get away with a bunless burger. Took 3 staff members to understand my request, still got it partially wrong as I received one corrected item, however the 2nd was just 2 burger patties in a box completely plain, didn't have the remaining effort needed to have this corrected to my order so left with what I got... if you have any requirements or you customise your burgers etc, don't be surprised if its not quite right 😅 aswell as the above, whatever milkshake you order, your getting chocolate 😂

Always a good spot. Car drivers don't spend more than 90 minutes remember! Baltic triangle within walking distance.

We popped in with our three grandchildren, found a good spot in the car park while my wife and 8 year old granddaughter nipped in. Happy meals and a special off Wrap for me and Big Mac for Grandma. All enjoyed at our home just along the Liverpool Waterfront.

Many McDonald's seem to ignore their click and service customers, as if sitting in a car parking space waiting for your food should take second fiddle to drive through customers. Not here. Click and serve is prompt, the orders are accurate and the staff are friendly.

I was immensely disappointed, having waited close to ten minutes to get parking space because of the host of Uber eat ...drivers Then entered a bit of chaotic scene in the restaurant, where the self checkout devices were all occupied. Haven't waited for abt 12 minutes to gain access to one devices I ordered my meal. Again it took me nearly a quarter of an hour to get my finished meal. Myself and my invited friend stayed in close to about 38minutes to chat while we enjoyed our food. Notwithstanding all those tremors, i have received a parking penalty of £50 for exceeding the parking epoch In a nutshell, i am saddened for such daylight ROBBERY haven't been told by the manager that it is a small branch and hardly espects customers to stay longer with no prior notification. This is not fair and an absolute ripped off. I will take the matter to the appropriate quaters. Never,Never Never again will i go near the McDonalds branch behind the Baltic centre in Liverpool one.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s?! Don’t know why it’s so difficult to get an order right, because they can never seem to do that. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order, it’s wrong or they’ve missed something off. Doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru or ordering - what a joke

Maybe it's cause I'm from Spain but they didn't had the normal hamburgers that we eat here. Because their food my boyfriend got sick so... Maybe to go to the McDonald's will be better to go to Spain

When your fighting food flies for your big mac, you got to wonder at the Decline of McDonald's over the past little while. I wouldn't eat anything in.there now, but the kids still love a happy meal

3rd successive visit they've given me something completely different to what I ordered. And I use the app so they can't even claim they misheard... There's more vegetables in uniforms than on the menu

This particular branch gets very busy. Car park is small and is immediately adjacent to another fast food outlet. Some outside seating when the weather is good.

Food is standard in all mcdonalds and is good for when you are on the move. Service was pretty fast and the tables had charging ports to charge up your phone while you eat. Was good to sit down and eat some cheap food

I only went through the drive through to get a coffee but the place was filled with delivery cyclists and kids. Coffee was nice and the staff were pleasant enough but the restaurant/grounds itself are VERY small and I didn't feel like hanging around.

Waited ages for an order, when finally ready it was barely warm. Lots of others waiting ages for their order too. Somebody who looked like a manager seemed more interested with their mobile phone than trying to sort out the obvious problems

Awful. Waited for 25 mins, hadn't started my food. Off duty worker "helped" by clearing orders and lost my order. Staff more interested in talking than sorting orders. Seemed like no one knew what was going on. No stock in condiments either.

Ordered from here tonight and didn’t get what I ordered. Never had an issue with deliveries before which made it all the more frustrating and annoying when I didn’t end up with my food. I had myself and my child to feed and ordered for convenience as we had a long day. Absolutely appalled by the lack of organisation and ability to make sure that the right order was being delivered. Absolutely angered and has made me question whether I will order from this McDonalds ever again.

Went into this McDonald’s and hoped to use my online points. The point system was down and it wouldn’t let me use the points. Manager Keely was so helpful and gave my meal with a discount as it was past 11oclock. Service with a smile!

Food was cold 🥶, staff were awfully rude. My girlfriend desperately needed the toilet and they just said no and walked off. Should be sacked. If they worked for me they would be on the doorstep. And they gave us no sauces. Absolutely disgusting

NOT happy !!!!! no food options for my cat who has just been through life changing surgery . She is 18 years old . But I myself had a nuggets share box which was divine . The team needs a bit of a JOLT in order to complete orders quicker.

Pit stop after going to see a band on the way home late evening. Very disappointed that we could buy food and drink but not use the loo. As a party of two young at heart women and two late teens it was poor service as after eating and drinking it is usual before a trip home to visit the ladies.

The burger was dry. Diet coke was watery. Sorry guys it wasn't the best. I tried the new cheesy nuggets (mistake!). The lady who was outside with disinfectant washing down the bins & door way was doing a brilliant job.
