The building is clean and well-decorated, with many amenities like a concierge, lobby, and gym. Sonia and Zara are very friendly and helpful, and they don't hesitate to reach out and help you. I’m new to the town, and they welcomed me well and introduced me to many great places and activities.

The apartments and communal areas are high quality finish, with local amenities on the doorstep, and yet it is the staff that makes this place so special. The reception ladies, both Sonia and Zara deliver exceptional service, and Ian from the maintenance team, is not only very skilled but also funny! That being said, special thanks go to Zara as she was the one who introduced me to the Gilders Yard and impressed me the most with her professionalism, friendly approach, and warm heart at the same time - ideal combination to make this place an unforgettable experience for everyone who lives here.

Extraordinary place! Beginning with the well-finished apartments and amenities to the great hospitality of the employees, especially Sonia, Zara, and Corrina. It's contemporary and located in a safe location with many services around it. I recommend it for students and long-term stays.

Beautiful Apartment and Great place to live in. Spacious, modern furniture , lovely environment, few minutes walk from the city center. 24/7 gym , nice residents lounge , security and an on-site team always willing to help. Zara especially is a delight to encounter. Her warmth every time you meet with her is note-worthy. Always willing to help and has a lovely welcoming smile always.

Gilders Yard is an amazing apartment building with beautiful and clean amenities. Sonia was very helpful with the move in process, she made sure I had everything I needed. The move in was smooth, I couldn’t have asked for better service Sonia was just great. Also, she is always happy to help with any questions you might have about the area or the city if you’re new here.

Definitely hight quality apartments with very nice communal areas including a gym. Most importantly very friendly and helpful team, especially Zara and Dave, had some problem today and they responded quickly and ensured it was resolved ASAP.

I was able to book the board room downstairs and host my birthday dinner there. It was beautiful and spacious, able to accommodate all of my guests. A special thank you to Zara, who has been a lifesaver and beyond helpful before, during and after my celebration, with regarding the setting up of the dinner table, helping with the music, the decorations. Honestly I can’t thank you enough Zara for your kindness, help and support!!

Moved into Gilders Yard a week ago & couldn’t be happier! overall the building & facilities are great but the real stars of the show are the reception team, Zara & Sonia have been fantastic, have dealt with any issues we had so quickly and done so in such a friendly manner. A stark comparison to anywhere else i’ve lived!
