👍👍 Lived here for a year, a value for money place. The best part was the support from the manager Umor, he was always approachable on WhatsApp and helped us with any queries we had. I’d highly recommend this to everyone looking for a place in city centre in a decent rent.

😠 Allegro has very bad management and does not have consideration on her tenants! There are 2 lifts at 2 Exchange Square but one of them has been out of service over 3 months. However, I never see any maintenance under processing!! How can you imagine 14 floors, 10 families each floor, total around 14...

😠 If you want lifts that constantly break down (good look to those on the 10th floor) and rubbish and bins bags left in the car park, hallways usually littered and the rear fire exit is always open inviting dodgy characters.most of the tenants are claiming benefits and do not look after the property...

😠 Living in the building for almost a year now. Unhappy about what I have paid for because of the following reasons:
- The intercom does not open the building front door so basically you cannot let someone in if they ring the bell but rather you have to walk down to the ground floor to open the door...

😠 BE WARNED! Unbelievable constant noise from 7am - 6pm EVERY DAY except Sunday from a metal recycling plant nearby. Not just loud for the flats near the canal. Even with the windows closed it wakes us up EVERY DAY. Balcony unusable during the day because of this. Working from home is horrible. So far...
