Won't be back, nor my colleagues in office near by. Recent Tues lunch, with a few group tables nearby, but a side salad and chicken breast shouldn't take just shy of an hour. Not the best customer service, after mix up with food order and with a chef brother...I know a heritage tomato 🍅 from a plain standard one....there is a difference and having had it there few weeks before, as the dish is called 'Feta & Heritage tomato salad' to be told that it was, was not right, when you could plainly see it was just a plain salad tomato. Wish I'd taken a picture to show my brother! Chicken breast was inedible also. Given them a few chances lately going with colleagues, but that was definitely the last chance!

Visited All Bar One on Newhall Street for first time today (26th August 2023) around midday for a drink, and to seek shelter from the rain! Drink - Ordered a pint of Madri from the bar. Served ice cold, fresh and perfectly. Staff - The lady who served was quick, friendly and with a smile. Atmosphere - Bar is quite quiet, being tucked out the way and likely a lot busier during the week from the city workers. Plenty of windows to sit and watch the world go by, well lit. It's quite a cosy bar, but lots of spaces to sit somewhere. A notable point: Staff conversations around the bar were particularly loud, at some distance away from the bar - over the top of the background music for most of the visit. The floor is quite sticky. dont think it is dirty or anything, but when quiet it does squeak as walk across it. Perhaps needs looking at for quieter times. The O2 WiFi isn't the fastest, but usable for browsing on mobile. Download 9.66Mbps / Upload 0.45Mbps according to speed test. Toilets freshly cleaned and fresh with hand soap / moisturiser available. They are small and tucked out the back, but no issues with. I would return, but probably when it's busier and for evening meal, rather than a quiet drink in the daytime.

Really lovely experience. Yasmin was so great with my cousins hen do for mocktail and cocktail masterclass. Everyone had a good time and felt looked after by her.

Visit for my work Christmas party. Private room at the back. Three courses. As many drinks as you want. Free WiFi I think from O2. Christmas cracker was on an app this time.

Cool bar, nice atmosphere

We had a cocktail experience with our host Adam to celebrate a special birthday. We had a great time, he was good fun, patience and fun.

Had a function there with work and I want to say a big thanks to the team who was really accommodating with my food restrictions. Absolute legends!!

Amazing service from start to finish with all staff at All Bar One, a perfect way to celebrate a mate’s graduation with the use of the private function room. Both good and drink were amazing. Would highly recommend.

First ever, bottomless alcohol brunch with food. I really got my money's worth. I would really go back again, but my one problem was where I was sitting the wall behind me. It needed filling and painting, so the selfie I take I couldn't post it at all.

Ellis and Dan, the BEST servers. It was Mt first time, and it certainly won't be my last. I truly celebrated my 35th in style, the brunch was fantastic, drinks were constantly flowing, food was great, and Ellis and Dan's- service was AMAZING! Great atmosphere, clean too! Thanks guys! x

Went for a girly meal to All Bar One to be seated in the far corner of the restaurant with horrendous bright lighting and no atmosphere at all ..arrived at 18.30hrs, still sat waiting for our drinks at 19.35hrs....was told the barperson was making them....i would understand but it was abottle of red and rose wine! Ordered some cocktails, wrong ones arrived to our table...ordered food to be told they only had duck gyzos to serve 2 people ! Chicken kebabs were dry so had to send them back for freshly cooked ones Took the waiter ages to clear the table Overall my experience at this restaurant was rather disppointing..will not be booking again. Spent alot of money for poor serve and food.

Bottomless with family and friends was great. Michael and Jess gave fab service and amazing food and drinks!

I did the cocktail masterclass with a few friends and it was so fun! Jordan explained everything clearly and made the experience so enjoyable, I’ll definitely be back to try making the other cocktails soon x

Started off well but rapidly went downhill...drinks arrived promptly but no sign of my food and was being completely ignored. I got up to ask where my chicken salad was...I had been waiting over half an hour by this time....to be told there were people in front of me !!! A member of staff went to check and after 5 minutes reappeared and ignored me. I got up again to ask when my meal would arrive....and at that point I was told that the chef was plating up an order for a table of 6 and then he would start my order. 45 minutes after ordering ! At lunch time !! It didn't look busy to me, .....I just paid for my drinks and left...would not recommend at all. Appalling customer service...if your kitchen is running slow you should be able to manage your customers better...ignoring them shouldn't be a strategy.

Went for a bottomless brunch and service from Ellie & Raj was brilliant! Drinks were topped up frequently and they were extremely polite and accommodating. However the portions of food were really small and the meal options could’ve been better.

Booked a cocktail masterclass for my cousins hen do, where the group got to make 3 of our favourite cocktails!! Really great experience for all of us involved. Liam was a good host and mixologist! Lots of fun and laughs all round. Team were friendly, polite and efficient! One suggestion: maybe have more than one ice bucket and mixers on a table of 8 or more - just to get around everyone a bit quicker!

Absolutely amazing food. Beautiful burger. The flavours was amazing. Drinks, well they were the best. The staff were so attentive and helpful. Went for a birthday party. You will not be disappointed. Book book book.
