The receptionists are rude, you cannot get an appointment. They keep you on the telephone for an hour on hold to then be told there are no appointments and to call at 8.30am. I was on hold from 8.30 in the morning for an hour to then be told there were no appointments left and the only way to get an appointment is to go to the surgery at 8.30 in the morning to make one. Absolutely ludicrous when you have to be in work for 8am. What are you expected to do, it is an absolute shambles at this surgery. SHAME ON YOU ALL.

On hold in queue position 1 for 53 mins, still no answer! Horrible customer service, ignore the phones, rude staff. The GP don't care that they're appalling in what they do as they clearly haven't improved, I mean the bad reviews are endless for a reason #Avoid and pop a paracetamol Update: I walked in at 8.30am and watched the receptionists leave the phone on silent and ignore every inbound call 😐

Would give 0 stars if I could. Been registered with this surgery for over a year now. Managed to get an appointment twice. My 4 year old had a red rash which after spending A good 30-40 mins with a incompetent medical student and being checked by a doctor after, were told it was nothing and were sent home. Few days later came to surgery and been turned away with chicken pox, ended up having to wait 3 hours in a walking centre. then couple of days later she was complaining that her eye was hurting, again, wouldn't give us an appointment and told there was nothing to worry about . After another visit to walking centre it turned out to be conjunctivitis. Few weeks later same thing happened , we weren't able to get an appointment and ended up in walking centre once more. Overall we've been spending alot of time in walking centre instead if seeing our gp. Myself tried ringing the surgery for over a week to get an appointment and they just wouldnt pick up the phone and eventually ended up going there only to be spoken very rudely by a receptionist I believe her name is Emma. She had no manners at all , was rude and shouted in front of all the other patients . When I asked to see a manager , was told she was busy and I had to wait which I did. 20 mins later she didnt bother coming down to see me. Worst practice ever. Will be filing a complaint with NHS about this place.

This place needs to be shut down. They malpractice medicine on a daily basis, they are incompetent from the doctors all the way to the reception staff. I have never come across a surgery that treats its patients so poorly. I would have to be on the brink of death before considering going to this GP surgery. Seriously if you have other options GO TO THEM. I repeat this place needs to be investigated, the medical licence of the doctors in this surgery needs to be investigated. Something has to change.

Can't book an appointment to save your life, your lucky if they pick up the phone, it'll be like winning the jackpot if you manage to se a doctor face to face....yes the odds seem to be 7billion to one. You may aswell just play the lottery and have a chance at going private 🙏🏾🤣.

Receptionist extremely rude, phoned up at 8:33 was ‘number 1’ on the line, call went through 4 times and then music was playing again, finally got through properly after an hour for there too be no appointments, when I raised my issue about the phone call too the receptionist she didn’t care and was very rude, not happy at all I don’t appreciate being spoken to the way I was. Don’t think they deserve too be in charge of making such important decisions as they DO NOT have the right attitude, nobody can ever get through when needed too, it’s a waste of time and the surgery need new receptionist, I asked for every name so that I can make a complaint and her response was ‘Bucklands end lane surgery receptionist ending the call now’ and phone was put down. So currently as I’m sat writing this, all I’ve achieved from phoning my DOCTORS who I have been with my WHOLE LIFE is being spoken too rude, no appointment, nothing solved, still in pain and extremely unhappy with the service. NEW RECEPTIONIST NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!! Also can’t contact anybody else too complain too as there is no other number! Absolutely FUMING!!!!!!!

This is the worst surgery I have ever had to deal with, the Drs are not that bad if you can actually get an appt however the receptionists are a different story. You phone at 8.30 by the time you get to your turn its 30/40 mins later and all appts gone!!!! They ask you to come in at 8.30 to book but fail to realise the working class ppl actually work! I pay my taxes and have done since the age of 18 and this is the service from NHS. Even through out covid no compassion from the receptionists and no sense of ugency, I will fail to understand how some of them even manage to get a job! Worst customer service. If you love your life and value it then avoid this place like covid.

I've been trying all Monday morning to get through. One minute it's engaged, the next it rings through but without anyone picking up. Unfortunately, I can't spend all morning trying to ring through as I'm usually teaching. Tried during my lunch break several times. Each time it rang through, but no one picked up. If you let it ring for 3 or 4 minutes it times out with an automated message to try again later. Either the phone number has changed or there isn't anybody manning the phones.

DR's are OK, but the appointment booking system needs a review, You can't book a appointment for the following days, you have to call at 8,30 The same day, you sit on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get through, If you get through and all the appointment's are gone, they tell you to go to a walk in centre, why have I got my own DR's surgery ?, if I can't get to see him, I pet gets better service at the vet's than I do, nice pleasant lady on the phone Says, yes sir, when can you bring him in to see us, its your choice,

Very poor service. Phoned as told at 8:30am, receptionist picked the phone up and put it down cancelling my call twice. Visited the surgery and they said you will have to try again tomorrow. The appointment was for a 75 year old lady with chronic stomach pain. Explained this and she said try again tomorrow, if not we are open again on Monday. Wow the NHS.

Diabolical customer service. Try getting hold of this doctors surgery on a Monday morning... or any other for that matter... Good luck with that. I have spent over 3 HOURS calling and getting cut off, calling, getting cut off, over 60+ calls and still not even able to talk to a receptionist. Each time you call in you get cut off again, back to the end of the queue. If I were not unwell, I could walk to the hospital, go to Badger Clinic which usually involves a wait of around 2 hours or more, get seen and get home quicker than I could get an appointment at this surgery. And that is precisely what I had to do. Also their opening hours state that they are open until 1830 on a Wednesday. Rang in at about 4.30 pm and got answerphone message stating that the surgery was closed. I wish I could knock off work over 2 hours early! This place should be struck off the register! And does not deserve its NHS customer base. I am taking myself off their list as soon as I find an alternative surgery.

Whenever I call I get: "We are experiencing a high number of calls disrupting our TEA BREAK, please call back later but please don't call during our second breakfast" one day I got so fed up I drove into the surgery and guess what I found?? was it masses of the sick and dying? no the place was empty, staff are just sitting around have a laugh, surely if they were inundated with calls their hands would not have been free to lift mugs of tea. having said that the clinic is nice and clean, looks modern and well maintained, staff are generally friendly and helpful they can make mistakes though which has happened to us a few times but at least they are welcoming unlike other GP surgeries I've used before, most of the doctors are knowledgeable, friendly, jovial and genuinely want to help apart from Dr Sinha you want to avoid her whenever possible she just seems like she would rather be sticking pins in her eyes than be sat listening to you. So overall I would give them 3 out of 5 stars but this place could easily be 5 out of 5 if they just sort out the above issues.

Absolutely disgusted with the poor service of this practice. Receptionist who's name is Emma has VERY VERY POOR people skills she is very rude and abrupt and has one VERY bad attitude ,working in the same profession I know i would get an instant disciplinary if i spoke to patients like this. From seeing the other reviews it looks like I'm not the only one she has spoken to in this way. It will be taken further as this is not acceptable way to talk to people .

The practice manager blonde haired lady is so rude and ignorant. I think she hate people from other races. She spends most her time bitchin about other people. Advise to mangement sack her immediately. Promote the junior colleagues who are more helpful.

I have been shouted and sweared by Emma. She is the receptionist. I was out of medication and didn't want to talk to her and bagging for another reception. She was cutting the phone on me for 5 hours every timed I called. I addressed it to the doctor. I have been promised to get a call back from manager tomorrow. Very series issue.

This place has become an absolute Joke! Receptionists NEVER answer the phone and when they do most of the time it’s an automated machine telling you to to ‘try again later’ despite making numerous calls. There are also a good few doctors in there that don’t take their jobs seriously and disregard you’re symptoms! They just sweep it all under the carpet! So unprofessional!

I have now had 2 different instances of verbal and physical abuse from 2 different reception staff with one in March and the latest being a few days ago! Both staff took immediate offence when I asked them to change there attitude and the latest one attempted to slam the door in my face and then tried to smash it onto my foot while swearing at me! I have written letters of complaint to the management who are totally incompetent and don’t discipline these awful people! Plus the GPs are useless and keep refusing to issue medication! Avoid this surgery at all costs.

I am new to this surgery and they have been exceptional in every way. They really listen to what the issues are and then proceed to explain how they gonna treat it. From reception to everyone has been great. Dr shazma and Dr Ali and the nurse have been great. Thank you

Very bad service from the reception until the Doctors hardly you can get appointments and you should wait more than one hour each time Today I tried to phone them from 10:00 until 14:00 I couldn't so I went there just to tell them I had a missed call from the GP at 10:00 and they said it's too late now for the GP to call you back so I missed my telephone consultation because of the bad response from the reception They asked me to phone again in Monday this is very unhelpful because I am not sure whether they respond on Monday too or not Not happy at all

If i could I would give this place zero stars. U could be dying in here and no one would give a toss. Doctors r thick and lazy here as are most of the receptionists. It takes 6 weeks to do a referral but this place has taken 9 months and that's AFTER lots of chasing on the phone and having to visit them a number of times to get this issue sorted. They also made excuses for not doing it. This place needs to be shut down as and re-opened as a new surgery with new staff. They are so disinterested and literally do nothing.

This doctors isn't worth ur time, especially during covid19 I suggest u find one where u get to speak to doctors instead of condescending, rude and argumentative nurses who would rather hang up on u and speak to u like ur a child, I have underlining heath conditions and get fobbed off by doctors n have to deal with nurses as I was pretty much told to stop phoning them and I need to listen more well they can keep their rude and condescending staff iv now moved doctors again. Oh and iv only been at this surgery 2 weeks so don't expect any pleasantries from any of the staff u would get -stars if I could

Absolutely rubbish service, nobody answers the phone, even if you wait for hours, this happened to me now 5th time. Once I got through after 40 minutes wait and the lady on phone straight away denied appointment before even asking why I called (my partner had lost her voice due to severe tonsillitis infection) Since we joined (2 years) this surgery me and my partner not able to meet our GP even once

GPs can't refuse patients who will not wear a face covering, says NHS England 3 August 2020 Share Print Save 44 GPs cannot refuse to treat patients who present at their practice without a mask, NHS England has said. It also said that practices must now offer face-to-face appointments, while continuing remote triage. In a bulletin to GPs sent on Friday, NHS England said patients ‘should not be refused entry to a premises or access to care if they are unable to or refuse to’ wear a face mask. After speaking with the female dr she said she needed to see me so I went for the appointment to be handed a mask I said I didn’t want to wear one as I suffer with anxiety and copd the dr refused care told me to email them the info that there already suppose to be up to date on and they will decide tomorrow if they will see me and refused to treat me this practise is a joke they got no patient care there walking around surgery with no masks on the receptionist is just holding hers to her mouth it’s all on the video and phone recordings that I will be seeking compensation and something done about this horrible excuse for a dr

I have never been able to get through to this surgery when phoning them regardless of the time. I've wasted so much time hanging up and ringing them again and this has always been the case. It's about time that the surgery sorted this out as it's a recurring theme. Luckily for me I'm moving to a new surgery.

Absolutely appalling service. The telephone wait is ridiculous. I have now been waiting on the phone for 1hr and 32 minutes and am yet to speak to anybody. I started as number 7 in the queue and now it has been saying that I am number 1 in the queue for the last 25 minutes! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Can’t thank this surgery enough. Took my dad in as he had suspected heart failure and i didn't think he’d make it to hospital. The Dr’s and Staff were absolutely fantastic, managed to stabilise him until the ambulance arrived. I truly believe their fast action saved his life.

This used to be my GP. I remember I had a stroke 4 years ago. I woke up with half my face and body not working. I booked an appointment and told the Asian male doctor, he simply replied with “you’re too young” (late 20s) and dismissed me without checking me. Now, 4 years later I still have those same symptoms and they’ve gotten worse.
