My second visit this year. Very nice place indeed and I will stay here again when I'm in this part of the country. Leo, the waiter, is superb. Couldn't be more helpful and also good fun to chat with at the end of our meals. The kitchen staff are great too. Well worth 5 stars.

The team at Le Relais looked after us brilliantly from start to finish, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Bitche! Every morning at the front desk Christine greeted us with an enormous smile and glowing character. Whenever we were in the restaurant Leo made sure that we were well looked after, and helped us so much with his translation skills! At the bar Salome was very helpful, and her English is much better than she thinks! Our whole party is so grateful for the whole team looking after us, we look forward to staying again!

Stopped for lunch after a tour of the Maginot Line. 3 courses: Smoke Salmon; Roast Hen w/mushroom sauce & Fried Potatoes; The wait staff was cordial and responsive! Excellent!

I've stayed at this hotel one night and ate a good steak. Overall it's a nice hotel in the city of Bitche. Great service.

Good hotel and great staff with impressive multilingual abilities. The food was delicious and we drank plenty of the splendid beer. We could see the massive citadel from our room window. All good here.

The bed was extremely soft. I woke up to a sore back for the day. They did clean our room well. And the staff were helpful and nice

Liegt nur wenige hundert Meter neben dem Golfplatz und bietet sich als Übernachtungsgelegenheit an. Das Zimmer war sauber und für eine Übernachtung zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Restaurant konnte mit gutem Essen und nettem Service überzeugen. Preis-Leistung ist ok. Das Frühstück mag dem regionalen Standard entsprechen, war aber nichts außergewöhnliches....aber ok.

Komme immer wieder gerne. Sehr saubere Zimmer, toller Service beim Essen und jedes Essen ein Traum
