Today, we had to wait for 20 minutes to ORDER the pizza for one of our children. Inadequate level of staffing meant that one of the team was alternating between making the pizza base and taking the orders.... Ordering the rest of the meals was just a nightmare - maybe another 30 minutes during which time another customer asked if he could go in front of me to correct a mistake from a chef (who was not in my queue but to the right but hand sent the customer to another queue), So, this review is for the Toulouse Vapiano, in it's current state, not the concept.
