It's a great place but kinda traffic during weekends and security it isn't that awake .

Toilets are free but now there is no toilet paper Sometimes they leak too I wish it had free WiFi but overall has many stores and a photo booth for pictures

One stop shopping center offers wonderful shopping experience and very clean too.

Pavements in very bad condition right at the entrance of the mall. Post office side. Very, very dangerous for everyone entering or leaving the building. So many people, even small children used this entrance. Management of the building must urgently do something about it... Be sure I will not go there or advise others to go there, it's just to dangerous. To me it feels Management does not care for their customers or visitors. It is an extreme shame that people are treated like this.

Great place if you want to do traditional shopping ,the many options with great price,but outside bloem plaza is not safe so don't trust anyone

Wonderful center for your quick shopping convince. The only annoying thing about the place is scammers standing on center entrance. Be very vigilant when you pass there

Sorry aye it's truly a great great place to do your shopping just know it's a little busy

Don't use toilets from this plaza; very untidy with a foul smell. Otherwise, the place is just okay for small/medium shopping for a quick in-and-out.

Nice place with a lot of shops, which makes it more convenient for people who do not like going around some distance when shopping

One of my favorite shopping mall also. I usually go there on Sundays if I don't want to get into the rush of shoppers. The Pick and pay there is a must go.

The plaza is more accessible and caters for the needs of individuals. You get everything you need inside without having to across the streets. The directional signs are clearly defined.

Easy access to the shops where there is not too much stumped. Always clean and friendly

It is always packed as this is nearer to the location ,there are many shops and fast food joints

ATMs are near. Different shops and nearby. Securities are everywhere, it is a safe mall.

Still the same since I was in high school in 2010 missing the old Ouma shop where juice was very reasonably priced

Bon hotel has a warm and welcome feel to it. Always get good service. Food is very tasty. A verity of shops available in the plaza.

There's a potential ,more care is needed infrastructure especially roads leading to the area .

It's a nice smaller nyana plaza,u can find food stores, restaurant even beverages stores,clothes stores almost every thing is there it's nice

Mall was very busy and due to load shading i had to cut my stay short.

The place is being degraded by buses standing at Hoffman Square and meter taxis standing on East Burger Street. Much worse and dirty offloading Charles Street which makes it unattractive and stampeded ghetto.

Clean and organised mall although it looks unappealing from the outside. Eating area available, a few kids activities now and then, toilets having running water and are free (nothing fancy, very public with toilet paper stations outside the toilets). Difficult navigation around the centre and limited parking.

Good mall. Can get overcrowded at times

Very beautiful mall and probably the biggest in Bloemfontein though I am not certain about that.

It the best shopping mall that is convenient and clean in downtown. There's variety of stores inside you can shop in.

It is a small complex but they do have a lot of shops even a pharmacy, public toilets, dining space, also salons, etc. One can get almost every single thing they want.
