Went here for the first time today. It was a great experience. I am going back to vaping from smoking and wasn't completely set on anything specific but the guy here was more than willing to help me decide. He hooked me up in no time, and even though I am a seasoned vapor he still set up my tank and mod for me. Cool place, will be back.

Been coming here for awhile. Went in last night. I want to say that he is always the most helpful and polite young man. Any store owner should be lucky to have this employee.

They will sell you products, but they don't have the accessories or the coils after you buy the products. Prices on liquids are high, and usually not in stock. Hardware is nonexistent. This used to be a wonderful place to go, but now I'd rather go somewhere else.

Love this place they have helped me out so much they have even helped me purchase a coil when I was short. I appreciate the staff and their kindness.

New to the area have tried 2 other stores before this one. One was nice the second one well let’s say very rude. Wish I had found this store first. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Can’t wait for the remodel I will be a return customer

The girl who helped me was awesome. I honestly don’t remember her name but if she reads this she will remember us. Anywho I went in there for my first vape she helped me find the one I was looking for and recommended an awesome juice for it. Very satisfied with the pricing, professionalism, and they even have a rewards program. I’ll definitely be back soon. PS- the watermelon lime juice is great.

I had to send my trusty vaper to vape heaven today. Richard, from Vape Escape, spent 30 minutes trying desperately to get mine to work properly again. I knew it'd be hopeless but he tried with all his expertise might. Anyway, that model had been discontinued so he turned me on to a newer model, readied it for active vaping and I left happy as a lark! Every time I go in there, he's always in a good mood and eager to serve. Richard is a credit to his employer because he knows how to please his customers. Thanks again, Sir. Job well done!

I got a bottle of juice that had something wrong with it and per the manager's policy, they would not exchange the bottle because the seal had been broken. How do you expect me to know that the juice that you sold me would be bad? This is bad business. It also ruined my coil that I had just changed a couple days prior so it wasted me more money than just the bottle of juice. I had been going here for many years and it's sad that I won't be back. I had this issue once with Cigawatt and they happily replaced my bottle once they determined that the mix was not correct.

Happy I found this place. The manager is very informative and friendly you can tell he is passionate about the work he does. Very reasonable prices and staff is friendly all around. Very clean store and I would recommend to anyone that is looking to educate themselves or add to their vaping repertoire.

Very nice & helpful staff. Always friendly. They have a good loyalty program for return customers as well. I love how I can try different e-liquids before I spend money on a whole bottle that I might not end up liking. The shop is very clean and I'm glad to have found it.

They are awesome! Everyone is really helpful and kind. They are quick, they usually fix my coils or glass for free if I buy the part and they aren't busy. I went in there last week because my button stopped working and they gave a an even nicer mod for free. I drive over 30 minutes just to go to this shop when there are plenty near by.
